Unloading is scheduled for 7:00 AM. The gates open at 7:10 AM. Documents are accepted at 7:45 AM, but I was called to unload an hour later. Unloading and receiving the goods takes a very long time. They first count the load, which is normal, but then the fun begins – they put their own labels on each box, start forming their own batches, open the boxes with the goods, collect the goods, scan all the boxes, take the goods to the warehouse, go to the office 10 times for labels, do their own thing, and all the while, they won't release the truck, knowing there are other customers... in short, it's a very long time. When I asked, "Why is it taking so long and why are they holding the truck?", the warehouse employees replied that there were shortages and not enough goods, but in the end, they handed over the documents with their stamp and without any answers. They're simply blatantly lying and holding up the truck, while doing their own thing. I hope the new law on fines for delaying trucks will teach them to treat drivers with respect. It's time to introduce negative ratings.

Bad experience today at the Ceparana shop, I asked for 1kg of prawns, on a sign there were two options based on the size of about 19 euros per kg and about 13 euros per kilo, I ask the difference, the clerk tells me that one type is frozen directly on board, the other in the factories on land, I decide to take the ones processed on land, which should be the cheapest, result: I pay the bill together with other products, I go out and I realize that they charged me 1kg of prawns at 30 euros, I go back and...... nothing, they can't take them back and the ones they gave me cost that 😟, there were no other prices displayed, if I had known I would have bought them fresh in the square as soon as they were caught, I feel taken for a ride.
