Quality has been slipping and less consistent - sometimes it's ok, but instances of burnt meat, wilted greens, and hard dried out rice, are too often to be considered occasional. This location was one of the few 'good' Chipotles in the area but is turning into yet another one to avoid.

"Tiny Burrito, Titanic Aftermath" Went to Chipotle excited for a burrito bowl feast, but when I opened it, I thought they had accidentally served me the "kid's meal" version. I mean, come on—I've seen more food at a preschool snack time. 😒 But the real adventure began after I ate it. Let’s just say that tiny portion packed a punch… on my digestive system. 🌪️ I spent a solid hour on the toilet, questioning every life decision that led me to that moment. Felt like I was auditioning for a toilet paper commercial. 🧻 Chipotle, I came for flavor, not a gastrointestinal thriller. Step up your portions and your aftermath game, please. 🙃

Came in about 9pm during the week and 4 people ahead of me. Just as we inched closer to ordering, we're told" THEY HAVE NO CHEESE"! How do you run out of cheese?! Lack of communication, incompetence or whoever is the manager doesn't care or know about inventory. Ridiculous,not only were they out of cheese,but utensils and the food came out warm at best.

I ordered a salad bowl and was really uncomfortable watching the staff put wilted and spoiled lettuce into my bowl. I immediately asked them to remove the bad lettuce. When I took a bite, I noticed a strange, foul taste in my mouth. I spit it out, only to realize it was rotten lettuce. If you’re planning to get a salad here, be cautious—the quality of their greens is not great.

DISGUSTING!! I was half way done with my food when I found a literal SNAIL in my bowl! How does that even happen?? This is unacceptable!

I asked for double chicken and they barely put any chicken. Instead of adding more she was showing attitude like the chicken is coming out of her paycheck.

So this afternoon, I went to this chipotle to go get chips and queso and a burrito bowl. I like chipotle… it’s very healthy, but every chipotle that I’ve ever been to except for the one in Fullerton by Cal State Fullerton…. They are all dirty and nasty. Like they don’t clean up. The chips that I got for the chips and queso didn’t taste like chipotle‘s handcrafted chips that have a pinch of salt. They tasted like cheap Walmart chips. They were extremely crunchy. Chips and queso alone are $10 for a large. I really wish there was a company to compete with chipotle so myself and other patrons can go elsewhere. You really have to fight with chipotle on everything. They want a nickel and dime you like you’re coming in with double off coupons where the meal is almost free, but everyone is spending $10-$25 for each transaction. Chipotle is making money but the product that we’re getting is subpar in the nastiness of each restaurant with the trash everywhere and food on the tables and on the ground is just gross. I usually get my food to go and eat in my car so I don’t have to eat in the facility

Poor customer service. Staff are only interested in getting you through the line and out the door as fast as possible. I asked for “sour cream…” and she immediately dumped it on top before I could even had time to say “…on the side.” The worst part was there was literally no one in the line behind me. After they were done I heard them bragging about beating their high “score”. As if customers are just points for a game.

Definitely no stars!! They barley add any chicken.. I been to plenty of Chipotles and this is the first time I get barely any chicken at this location!! Definitely don't recommend this location!! Or the workers don't know how to serve today at 2:50pm smh!! This Chipotle sucks!!!
