My first experience with CAVA was actually in Maryland. I am sooooo glad CAVA is finally here in Arizona and I finally made it!!!! Nothing has changed and the flavor was just the way I remember it! The portion size is great even for to-go. When I got home (20 minutes), the food still tasted great! The pita bread was crispy. All of the sauces were delicious. With so many options on the app, I was worried that the ordering process would be complex, but it was easy to follow through. I was only in the dining area for a brief moment and someone already saw me and told me I can grab my order at the pick up area. It was a smooth process. The aroma of the dining area…oh, it smelled so great! It's clean and tidy too!

I LOVE Cava!! I was a little disappointed because they were out of lamb meatballs and discontinued the spicy pita chops, but the food was delicious nonetheless. I had the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma Bowl over rice and arugula and it soooo good!! The blueberry soda is my favorite!

Great service by Monique. She greeted us kindly, very helpful with items I was not familiar with and made great suggestions. The food is delicious and I can’t wait to come back again! We need another Cava in the San Tan Valley area. another thing.. the place was very clean.

10/10 experience. Went here for the first time and got this order: -super greens with basmati rice -Honey harissa chicken as the protein -Crazy feta, tzatziki, red pepper hummus, corn -Tomato and cucumber blend, regular feta, pita chips -Avocado and skhug dressing

delicious but why giant bowl with little serving.. looking at the photos it seems inconsistent with how much they fill it. some peoples have full bowls and some are like mine that is barely halfway filled. inconsistent but good food/drinks

Their chicken bowl is hands down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly seasoned, tender, and paired with an incredible selection of sides and toppings that take the flavors to the next level. Every visit feels like a customized culinary experience, thanks to the endless combinations of vibrant, high-quality ingredients. The harissa honey chicken, spicy lamb meatballs, and fresh falafel are standout options, but the toppings and sauces are what truly make CAVA special. From the creamy tzatziki to the bold harissa and refreshing pickled onions, every bite is packed with flavor. I find myself coming back at least once a week—the food is consistently amazing, always fresh, and never disappoints. The portion sizes are generous, the quality is top-notch, and it’s the perfect balance of healthy and satisfying. At this point, I can confidently say I’m a CAVA guy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cava, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between stylish and comfortable—warm lighting, clean design, and a vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer than planned. The service was outstanding. Every member of the staff I interacted with was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making the experience great. They didn’t just go through the motions—they anticipated needs, explained the menu thoughtfully, and made sure everything came out just right. As for the food and drinks, absolutely top-notch. Each dish was prepared with care and beautifully presented, and the flavors exceeded expectations.

4.6 stars for this "Chipotle of the Mediterranean". Why not 5 stars? Their chicken could be a little cleaner to eliminate all gristle. Large tasty portions at a reasonable price. Fresh vibe, friendly helpful staff.

This was my first time trying Cava & it didn't disappoint!! The salad & crazy feta was wonderful! Loved the outa chops dipped in the garlic dressing too!!

Food is good, especially if you know what you're doing, my suggestion would be to read the directions really well because there are unlimited toppings and a couple of sauces you can get with a bowl which is included within the price. We also found out that they're also pita that comes with it. We never knew because the staff never tells you that or how to create the bowl, what comes with it. So don't rely on staff. There just bunch of young kids and not very motivated to serve or help you, but you can make a really delicious bowl all by yourself.

This Cava was really, really good when it first opened. The last few visits, the quality has been sliding. Rice undercooked and crunchy, an indifferent employee at the register, and overall not a great experience. This is our last visit at this location. We find the Tempe location is consistently great quality and service, this location, not so much.

I ordered a chicken shawarma bowl plus pita wrap options. I expected a nominal amount of protein instead if was full of arugula in the base plus less than average taste for a $16. I tried this place for the first time and will be my last time. Pathetic!!

I was so excited to try food in this place but had the most horrible experience! I went in at 9.30pm and the person serving there said the flavoured rice was over and has only salad. Since it was very late and I had no much options I said okay for salad and asked if he would still charge the same price, I had ordered for Harissa Avocado (Fan Favourite) . He said he will charge me the salad price. While adding each items, he said avocado is over, and the sauces are over except for Tahini, I said it’s okay for both. The quantity he gave me was so so less and I ended up paying $14. Highly disappointed with the quantity!!

It was my first time eating at Cava, I liked it, everything looked fresh and healthy; The wait in line was extremely intense, 25 minutes, there were too many people and the guys who work behind them do the best they can but you have to be aware that you are going to have to wait a long time to get your order. I ordered some extra vegetables and my bowl was $26.70. I think it's a little expensive for what I felt I ate, but at least I enjoyed it and it was delicious.

Yesterday, I had one of the worst customer service experiences at your location. The staff member, Cela, was rude and unprofessional. She assumed that I had added three proteins to my bowl and charged me accordingly. When I explained that I had only added two, she proceeded to check my bowl in front of everyone, which made me feel embarrassed. Even after realizing that I was correct, she did not offer a sincere apology I left feeling shocked and upset, and I couldn’t even enjoy my meal. I strongly recommend that Cela receive proper customer service training before continuing to work at the front desk.or else it’s better she work back in the kitchen so she doesn’t have to deal with Customers. No customer should feel embarrassed or disrespected while simply ordering food.
