Always greeted with a warm smile and a positive attitude! this place is awesome from the coffee, snacks , as well as the conversations with the staff. Cali knows her drinks like the back of her hand! She is very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and super nice! I will positively tell all of my friends and family about the great service and staff I always get coming in!!!

This drivethru is extremely convenient and rarely has a long line. The people who work at this location are SO friendly, accommodating, cheerful and professional. They get to show their personality with the masks they choose, including a few great pride masks! And they have polaroids of starbucks pups that come through the drive thru as a cute thing to look at while you’re waiting at the window. 10/10 recommend this location.

What a great location! This is also the PERFECT spot for a Starbucks! I have visited this location many times, and the staff is always so kind. Its also basically right off the parkway which makes it perfect for a quick stop before or after work! Overall Rating: 10/10

Staff was friendly. The inside of the store and the bathroom were clean. All the staff were working like a well oiled machine. Furthermore, there is a nice outdoor sitting area. In sum, i would recommend visiting the Chappaqua Crossing Starbucks.

Fabulous Starbucks. Lots of free parking, no waits, plenty of seating, and very friendly staff. Took off 1 star for handicapped accessibility - lots of available parking and interior is very open and accessible but entrance to building is around the corner from the parking lot down a long uncovered path. There is drive through service.

Old man is a lil rude. But whatever. Main gripe is that I told the worker my drink is missing the banana cold foam and he just dismissed me. Ive ordered this before, I loved it. But this one the drink I got was just wrong, and/or the foam is missing?? I go up and I ask POLITELY "i think this is missing the cold foam-" The guy with the glasses says "no its not. Its there." And then rolls his eyes at me as he turns around as if I offended him. I just said "oh ok." And moved on. I dont think he made the drink right and then just dismissed it so he didnt have to remake it. Its missing the foam or you made it just bad, dude. I dont taste it at all LOL

This is what customers see from the parking lot. One door leads to a dumpster and the other is employees entrance. A simple sign pointing to the right saying entrance that way is not hard. Don’t need to get an attitude and speak rudely

I picked up 7 beverages at this location today as you see in the photo they were placed into 3 separate 2 unit carriers and one loose How the hell is one person supposed to carry 6 hot coffees like this I asked for a larger carrier and was told Im sorry that all we have and the counter guy walks off to the back room It took me alot not to send the coffee behind him like a patriot missile I

Rude barista with wannabe Lance Bass hair from 1998 yelled at me for bringing my service animal to pick up a to go order. Completely unacceptable — both legally and just in terms of basic decency. A little lesson in manners, the law, and some sensitivity training wouldn’t go amiss.

It’s so sad that people don’t understand the meaning of “service” work. It was lunchtime- I know it gets busy - but 20 minutes tip wait for a coffee? I received and ate my wrap and was still waiting for my coffee. 20 minutes. I don’t know if the staff is burnt out or they just don’t care. I worked in restaurants and at Friendly’s years ago and we hustled.

Came in at a really slow time. Four customers quietly working at the the tables. One car in the drive thru, 3 employees working. I stood at the register for a few minutes, one worker came by to grab something at the register in front of me. Absolutely no acknowledgement of my existence. Just needed a warm place to wait out an hour so i ordered on my app. Wow… probably the worst starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Next time I’ll just walk over to whole foods.

I visited this store on 8/8/23 and waited a little bit to leave this comment because I needed time to process what happened to me at this place. I walked in and there's a kind staff told me to wait patiently because they were busy. I totally understood. I waited for at least 5 minutes and no one came to me. That's okay- I know they were busy. However, a White man walked to the counter and tried to order as well. Less than a minute, another staff came to him and took his order "right away." I was shocked because I came first and waited there for a while. I felt very uncomfortable and said to that staff "I believe I was here first." He looked at me and said nothing- continued taking order from this White man. I felt extremely uncomfortable and this was not okay. I decided to leave this store without ordering and will never go back to this place.

Awful. 3/28/23, ordered a simple coffee with 3 caramel swirls and 1 sugar and almond milk. Went to the pickup area and waited, and waited, and waited. After being ignored for about 8 minutes by the 4 workers and watching people that ordered drinks after me getting their drinks, I asked loudly if a coffee for John was coming up. One girl looked around and found my ticket at another printer and said "sorry, I'll take care of it". I watched her put ONE pump of caramel and 1 sugar and very little almond milk. She then handed me the coffee and the lid popped off, Spilling coffee on my hand. This place is awful. The coffee sucked and is about $1 more than dunkin. Watching them make the cold drinks looks so unsanitary. Lucky for them they have a school close by with kids with no limit credit cards from mom and dad 😄I I can't wait for whole foods to get thier coffee area going.

The employees here are quite insensitive and at times, rude! They are known to call the police on anyone who sits in their cafe without buying anything, so be warned.
