5 dollar boxes are incredible. Cheap and filling, perfect for anytime. The chicken roll ups are also super good. Wait times can some times be a little long if the line is packed but if there aren't too many it's quite fast. The food is always very good as well. I would definitely recommend this Taco Bell!

Everything was good and the service was polite and delivery was prompt and the place was swamped. It was four o'clock in the evening and our order was right and w didn't have to pull up or wait. It was amazing and I had two orders!!!! Thank you Taco Bell that's how it's done and with a smile😀💞😉☺️

The food always good. Just Chatsworth has not many places to eat. So tacebell.always full. That is good tho. Good business. Great service thru the one who runs it late afternoon. He is always so nice. The workers just need to step up the speed game some. But other than that over all very good place to go to and eat in.

I was the first and only in the drive thru but was ordered and out in 5 minutes. The young woman at the window smiled so wide, had a genuinely friendly attitude, & made just going through a drive thru feel special! Knocked it out of the park! Order was hot and the service was amazing! Special props to the person working the window around 7pm on 08/13/25! She was not a typical employee just trying to make it through a shift. Wish I had her name to be certain the correct person gets credit!

I stopped by today, through the drive thru, the Taco Bell app wasn’t working properly, so my order didn’t go through. I just wanna say that the manager LENA was great! She hooked me up with what I wanted. Y’all need more people like LENA!! Give this lady a raise… she was sweet and patient… She didn’t hesitate to take care of me, I’ll definitely be back!

The staff is awesome. The food is always correct. It's just very slow. Atleast 20 min wait each time I go in there. Probably because they are understaffed. May not be something they can help

I have never had a bad experience here, and I am a frequent flyer! From breakfast, to lunch, and dinner there is a little bit for everyone. If you're a fan of Mexican/American type food, then check out Taco Bell in Chatsworth. The lines are quick, and the prices are better!

Food was typical Taco Bell but it was good and hot, so plus for that. The gal behind the register was unaccustomed to large and special orders (the two sets of folks ahead of us). Lost the star because after our order she announced that the receipt machine was down "as usual" so no receipt for accounting.

It's an alright place. I didn't get all of my order and had to go back and get the rest of my order. This isn't the first time it has happened. Part of that is on me, because I didn't check it then and there. I can't gripe about having to go back. The food is usually pretty fresh. The times that I had to go back, the staff are usually pretty good about making what I'm missing and doing without an ugly attitude.

I love taco Bell. I always get the 5 layer burrito and nacho fries and fiesta potatoes bowl!

The dining room was clean, as was the restrooms. Ordering is done automated through a kiosks instead of by a person. But the few workers are nice and are willing to help if needed. It will just take a little longer due to the short staffed. The food was served warmed and very quickly as well as once unwrapped the food looked very appetizing.

Employees need to Learn how to make Burritos where they might actually taste and look like Burritos. Good Tacos if you eat RIGHT THEN, otherwise the grease in the meat soaks through and you have to make a Salad out of it. Would Love their TACO SALADS BACK!!!

We ordered bean burritos and requested sour cream, of course, you're charged for it, but we only got a smidge. If you could call it a smidge and it was wrapped up in the folds of the tortilla. Come on, if your going to charge for it, at least give people what their paying for. My daughter ordered the taco pizza, she said the hard shell tortilla had an old taste to it.

No acknowledgement when entering restaurant. All automated ordering kiosk is ridiculous. Should have a person and an option to do auto order. Will not visit this Taco Bell again.

You have to order on a computer screen yourself so there's really no customer service to rate. The food was pretty good but holy cow the price is ridiculous. For about $10 more we could have went to a authentic Mexican restaurant and the food would have been a lot better.

I do not like kiosks. I stopped by here because my son, who had his leg amputated recently, wanted tacos. My husband and I had been in here two weeks ago, the girl was at the register, she couldn't take our order there but she could help us at the kiosk. What is the difference? She had to take the time out anyway. We were not the only ones who walked out that day. Sometimes it is not a good thing to change completely.

Since taco bell has changed things there tacos are not as good. Every single time I get tacos some of them are old and all crunchy tacos stick to the wrapper. That pulls the bottom off of them when you take them out the wrapper or try eating it in wrapper. Makes a big mess. Step it up Taco Bell.

We entering no one speaks, you stand at the counter 5 minutes while 10 people stand in the back to be told you have to use the kiosk to order, to which I replied I can't order just a side of chicken in the kiosk to be told I could (knowing I couldn't) I placed my order & ask for help to which the person searched for it without finding a way to make it happen she just transfered my order tonthe counter & finished it!

The dine in is tarrable don't get me wrong the food is good I guess but the dine in wait is literally hours there was people waiting for over an hour for a small bag me waiting for 30mins FOR ONE BARRETTO that's ridiculous don't dine in it's a bad experience

I ordered online 2hrs before close and asked for delivery and no one dropped my food off, and when I called the store it took them forever to answer the phone and when they did I told her about what had happened and she said she could either remake my food or I could go get it. I told her to give me just a min to decide and she hung up on me. Then I called again took them 9 almost ten tries for them to answer told them I would be coming to pick up my order. I got there came to the window and the lady completely ignored me went to the front door knocked on it a few time and none answered me and then I called again and they told me to pull back up at the window. Horrible customer service

My, how we have fallen... This place went from fair/average to a symbol of the decay of modern society. The only reason I gave it three stars for atmosphere is a small "taco bell haters club" social circle formed in the dining area as we all waited. And waited. And waited. The ordering kiosk not only barely works, but it removed any semblance of customer service they had left. We were 3rd in line and it took them 30 minutes to totally butcher our order. Not by a little, oh no, by a level I have rarely seen in my 40+ years on this planet. All those extras you payed for? Nay, not one was included. Those basic menu items you ordered... How do you forget to grill a grilled burrito... It's literally in the name!?! It was amusing for the manager to drop everything in the midst of everything to compare Facebook posting tips with an off duty employee as more and more customers lost what little faith in humanity they had left. Save your money, and your optimism and try somewhere else.

Why is it that the employees can’t seem to read orders correctly? Does their franchise owner not care? They will tell people they are not allowed to take orders, but yet the inside sitting area is completely nasty. Trash on the floor and tables were dirty. Counter where sauce is located was also sticky. Food was great though even though they gave us food we didn’t pay for.

The dinning room was trashed, literally. There was trash all over the place, we had to ask one of the employees to wipe down one of the tables just so we could sit down, he acted as if we were an inconvenience to him because he was busy talking to his co-worker.

Menu's have all been removed...The Kiosk is a joke, half of the items aren't even listed and the employees say they will get in trouble for taking a order though the register. Also learned that if your order is not prepaired within 30 mins it automatically deletes itself from the system and you'll be waiting for nothing.

Our order was missing 3 items. The lady was not friendly, upon trying to fix our order we got 3 of the same burrito that we didn't even order. They didn't seem to care much. Sitting areas and floor was dirty. The Dalton locations are much better then the Chatsworth location.

Absolute worst taco bell in the area. I've been to the Dalton locations, the Calhoun location, Cartersville location, and this one is not worth wasting your money at. At all the other locations you get burritos and tacos with plenty of filling. Mcds, Wendy's, and Burger King breakfast burritos are better. Service was good though.

We get taco bell breakfast one to two times a month and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the Starry is out. Try to do better!!

Foods good here but due to me getting sexually assaulted by one of the managers and trying to go to the police about it the employees now stare and are rude. I was treated poorly while I was dashin tonight while I was at McDonald's parked jamming out to music and waiting on orders and just cause I glanced over at the window the man who did what he did to me sent out one of his employees to proceed to cuss and accuse me of trying to start probablems and talking to me like i was a dog and proceeded to tell me to leave even though I was at McDonald's minding my own. So I will definitely say with how these people at this store has treated me just due to my issues between me and this man. I'm trying to acr like ive never met him and like he's a complete stranger cause that's what he deserves from me if they don't wanna accept the truth that's good and dandy but id aappriciate not being harassed while I'm trying to make money by people who dont even know me that are jumping to the defense of a person who did me wrong . Cause apparently he's the best most loyal person on this planet even though I've known him longer than any of his people . I genuinely love taco bell im pregnant and the flamen hot burrito hits the spot every time . But the actual trauma I keep developing just by dashing from them isn't worth it

Well I came to this Taco Bell to give it another chance after having several wrong orders In the past the line for the drive thru was into the parking lot and I was in it for about 10 minutes before getting to the menu, I already knew what I wanted when I got there so I ordered quickly I wanted to try their new Chalupa street tacos so I ordered the combo not the box the combo comes with chicken the sauce, onions and cilantro with a side of chips and a drink. I got to the window paid for my food and sat there for about 10 minutes before actually getting my food the gentleman at the window was very kind ,I should have known better than to not check my food tell I got home but that was my mistake it was late and needed to get home upon opening my food which was in a box so that was the 1st indication I had the wrong meal I did in fact end up getting the chalupa box meal with steak and a crunchy taco and a burrito which I did not order also there were 3 little pieces of steak and no onions or cilantro in the chalupa… I hardly eat out and when I do it’s never the right thing safe to say I’ll stay home next time …

Taco bell more like taco FAIL no one to take your order or help you with the kiosk. The app issue worthless as it literally says uh-oh something went wrong were working on it. The store only had 3 employees working the manager that was running the shift was on his cell phone while the other workers was doing their job. The sign said the lobby was open but they would not let anyone in . And then when I asked a question the manager got smart with me and shut the window . His name tag said Mike.

The service was very slow. No one seemed to know what they were doing . It got to the point I had tobtell them I needed to get out of line cause I was going to be late for work. I finally got through the line a d then I got down the road to find that my tools were completely destroyed mashed and broken go the point of not being able to pick them up from the wrapping. I just got home with our order and our food was absolutely disgusting!!! Total waste of money!!! The workers were very very rude & got aggravated when I mentioned items were missing!! Seriously? Counter Girl seemed totally disinterested in helping us. Ambulance Drivers waiting hoped they did not get a call before food was served as it took about 20 minutes. Order was correct but felt we were too much to bother with.

Such poor service & very disrespectful employees! All 4 of the boys working with long hair with no hair nets no gloves on and waited 34min for my order, I canceled my order that took a extra 15min to complete!

Terrible experience. Ordered 2 pizzas at drive thru had tell order several times at window after it was placed. There wasn't enough beef/beans to cover a third of the bottom chip, barely any cheese and only 2 tomatoes on top. We got to where we were gonna eat and they were ice cold. Drive less than 2 mins. I understand places do need more help but not a reason for poor quality in food. We might as well just ate 2 chips.

Nasty dining area no ice in machine inspite of repeatedly being told to fill it but a employee had his hands in his pockets the entire time and needs fully addressed by district manager immediately not later complete health code violations front to back end and this will be reported to the health department monday. App is also down bathroom in the women's sink had hot water and hurt my sons hands not going back to this location until its addressed and all issues fixed amd we hear from district management

Staff don’t seem to care if anyone walks in with a problem. They also can’t seem to read as every time I’ve given this place a chance they mess it up. Don’t eat here unless you plan on waiting 30 minutes for your order to be fixed. Complete opposite of fast food.

Don't like Tacobell due to you have to order yourself and no printed receipt they need your phone or email and we all know why. But stopped anyway cause kids really wanted tacobell, and this place was awful, no towels or soap in restroom, no toilet paper, lucky for me I keep sanitizer in the car. set up order online. Put to have onions on the side. Then I ordered extra cups. They put very little onion and sour cream and so you have to order extra cups. They refused to give the on the side cups and made me pay for for the ones already paid for with the food. I know 35 cents 3 times and 80 cents twice isn't a lot of money but they are still ripping me off. Showed on my receipt that I already paid but made me pay again.

Honestly dont think I’ll ever be back here. I asked for a bean burrito WITH sour cream and they didn’t give me any sour cream and I asked for a taco with no cheese and they gave me one with no lettuce. We have gone to this taco bell so many nights to grab food and go home since we moved in with my father. Tonight my mom went to get taco bell after work she ordered 2 drinks, 2 orders of chalupas one without sauce, a soft taco and a hard taco, and also Thoes new birthday churros. She got home and we had only one order of the chalupas which was the one with no sauce. My mom can't drive back cause it's all windy roads and 10 minutes away so she decided to call them. The phone number is out of service? She tried calling 5 times. They still made us pay for both orders and since we can contact them we can't get that second order or a refund till the morning.

Need to improve attention to detail. The person who took our order had everything correct. We wanted two meximelts with Pico and beef on both and charged us for it. Went home and there was only barely any cheese on it and didn't have beef or Pico. I gave it to my dog and was left hungry because they were closed late at night. I could maybe see why if they were busy but we were the only people in line.We also tried calling the store twice and nobody answered.

My taco was very wet and stuck to the paper, I couldn't even hold it. It was tearing up as I unwrapped it. My cat liked it. I mean since it fell all over me, my clothes, the floor and the table. This is our last time here. This place is so dirty. Ladies bathroom was filthy. No soap, no hand sanitizer. Every surface from floors, to tables, walls, and service areas is very dirty. Needs a top to bottom cleaning. Makes me queasy to think about eating food there.

They completely ignore me every time I go to this store. I always order off the kiosk but they always forget something or get something wrong and multiple employees will make eye contact with you and completely ignore you. Today me and another lady were trying to get their attention and 2 of their employees just ignored the both of us. I even shouted I'm just missing some nacho chips. They're sitting already prepared and packaged on the other side of the counter. They continued to ignore me when they could have easily just handed me one of the already prepared things of nachos. So I stepped around the counter and grabbed them myself. They *then* decided to pay attention to me and asked me to leave. So I guess only go there if you order on the kiosk and are OK with eating whatever they give u whether it's correct or not.
