Friend and I had reserved for a shared a blizzard January birthday. We were 15 mins late. But was seated within 5 mins by our lovely hostess. The table had 2 birthday cards and birthday confetti. Our server Ray birthday in August was very accommodating and went beyond to make our evening special. The young handsome personable manager even stopped by speak with us in few mins. Rarely do restaurants managers speak with diners now. The foods were fresh but I wasn't impressed with the cosmo and the chocolate martini $19 wasn't great. I had better one in PF Chang in Plymouth Meeting. Great drinks there Ill go again. But Ray made it extra special with 2 complementary birthday desserts. And 2 long red stem roses 🌹 😍 💕 friend and I. Highly recommend for an intimate meals with family and friends. FYI: It was King of Prussia location. 😀
We were there to celebrate a birthday and couldn't have asked for anything more. Our server was Brandy and she was extremely knowledgeable had some good suggestions and was very attentive! Had the calamari to start and even their bread and butter is top notch. Went with the filet with crab imperial and lobster. Very over the top ! Our sides were the scalloped potatoes and the honey Sriracha Brussels sprouts. If you're looking for a special place to celebrate a night out or the holidays this is THE BEST IN TOWN.
Fine dining. Great service. They treated my dad well for his birthday. All of us enjoyed our meal, very filling we definitely took leftovers home. There is live music in the front room. If you want that experience you have to ask for it with your reservations. My family enjoyed sitting in the back room with quieter speaker music.
I came here based on Google's recommended rating, which is 4.8 for Eddie V's. Big data doesn't lie. The waiters here are impeccably gentlemanly. The chef's special today is spaghetti with lobster tails. The George Coast scallops are baked with citrus fruits, roasted almonds and brown butter. They are a bit salty, but that doesn't detract from their quality. The crab cakes are the best I've ever had. They are made with solid ingredients without any starchy fillers and have a thin layer of crispy texture on the surface. The sugar syrup on the dessert is topped with a blue flame. The cake has a hint of wine flavor when you take a bite. The ice cream is walnut flavored. 12/14/2025
Best if you want to highlight the technical quality of the meal. If you’re looking for top-tier seafood, this is it. The Chilean Sea Bass was buttery and perfectly flaked, while the Bananas Foster Butter Cake for dessert is a mandatory order. You can tell they take sourcing seriously—the oysters were incredibly fresh. Pricey, but the quality justifies every cent."
This was my 1st time dining at Eddie V’s, but it won’t be my last. My servers name was Vince. I explained I was in the area for a dinner for my niece next door, but came over to Eddie V’s after for a better quality cocktail. Vince went through the drink list with me and selected the “24 Karat”. It was DELICIOUS! From the presentation down to the last drop was perfect. The live music was enjoyable and my overall experience was just terrific.
Christina our server, par excellence! She made the late afternoon dining experience a delight! We talked family, finance and the future. We made a new friend! We genuinely appreciate her attentiveness and concern for our satisfaction and after this visit let us tell you we think the world of her! We happened to be shopping at the Cherry Hill Mall which was packed on a hot Sunday afternoon in July. This tells me, at least anecdotally that the economy is still booming. No place to park at Eddie V’s? No problem! Valet parking is totally complementary; just tip the guys. Hey, they even open the restaurant door for you! We did make a reservation online which was quick and easy and immediately confirmed by the restaurant. And we were immediately seated albeit this was their slow season and it was just around the 4pm opening time (we are your quintessential boomers who eat dinner early now!) Christina brought out the Italian bread and seasoned butter along with a Salmon nugget with Sriracha sauce on top to prepare our palette. On the house from the chef! (Thank you guy in the back on the line who doubles as the butcher! lol As an appetizer we ordered the Calamari (pronounced Calamar in Sicily) with a delectable drizzle dripping on top. Very fresh and delicious. Although it says Eddie V’s Seafood they have a variety of steaks to rival neighbor Capital Grille, Flemings and Estia Taverna. So we both ordered the 10 oz (huge) filet medium rare. And it was exquisite. Charred perfectly with an out of the world flavor. As an enhancement we also ordered the jumbo stuffed Shrimp and shared the two. My wife raved about it. She said fantastic! And our accompaniment was the grilled asparagus for “health” reasons. Delish! But the coup de grace was Christina bringing out the scalloped au gratin cheese potatoes and when she said it was on her I couldn’t believe it! I immediately thought we were being treated like royalty here; the valet guys, the chef and Christina! It tells me Eddie V’s does not take you for granted, they genuinely want your attendance and they want you back! So I asked Christina when she works and she responded usually Fri Sat Sun Mon. And my name is in the system so when I make a reservation again if Christina is working we will get her again! By the way, the ambience is luxurious and romantic! You OP’s out there will feel younger and frisky. Even without alcohol! All in all it was memorable so we can’t wait to get back!
Love this restaurant! The atmosphere is amazing! The food is excellent. And our server Vince was honestly the best waiter I have had in a very long time. Thank you for making my boyfriend’s birthday so special! :)
First time dining here and it was amazing. Food was delicious and Service was excellent!! Gabrielle was our waitress and she was so friendly and her service was just top notch.
What a refreshing change, at last a restaurant that offers both excellent cuisine and ambiance, My top choice for dining or simply savoring a cocktail at the bar. The Jazz ensemble is just perfect. Currently, my preferred beverage is the golden hour.
For a birthday dinner. The atmosphere and service were impeccable. We enjoyed everything. The waitstaff was so intuitive and knowledgeable. Our seafood and lamb were all cooked to perfection.
First timer for business dinner. Very pleased with ever facet of our experience! The food rivals all the best and comes up on top. Highly recommend!!
A great experience! Went here for a family members birthday. The food was delicious. We enjoyed everything from the appetizer, entrée, and desert. Our waiter was incredible and very attentive. The price was of course high but the portions were surprisingly good. Would definitely go back.
I took hubby to this place on a date night, and we had the best time. Absolutely stunning. Pleasant staff. Food was beyond beyond amazing Not one bad thing to say about the food… I love the formal attire and cinematic mood of the place. Felt like we were in a movie. Just amazing all together. Portion sizes were decent, prices reasonable. 10 out of 10 would recommend…. The desserts are orgasmic……
My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant, and it was truly unforgettable! From start to finish, the experience was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was cooked to perfection. The cocktails were some of the best I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend trying them. The staff went above and beyond to make our evening special. They surprised us with a thoughtful note for our anniversary and an incredible dessert that added such a personal touch to the night. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel so appreciated. Thank you to everyone who made our anniversary so memorable. We can’t wait to come back and will be recommending this place to everyone we know! 10/10
Eddie V’s in Cherry Hill never disappoints! I frequent this location often, and the experience is always exceptional. Victoria, my server, is absolutely fantastic—she consistently goes above and beyond, providing top-tier service with a warm and welcoming attitude. She remembers the little details that make each visit special. Tyler Reed, one of the managers, is equally outstanding. His professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction truly set the tone for a great dining experience. It’s clear that he cares about both his team and the guests, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The food, ambiance, and service are always impeccable. If you're looking for an upscale yet inviting dining experience, Eddie V’s Cherry Hill is the place to be. Highly recommend!
First time here, food, services was more than 5 stars and Alex was wonderful.
Anniversary night so of course I expected top notch everything. I did reserve. Get there seated right away. Table was decorated with hearts and glitter and a Happy Anniversary Card 🎉 Food was outstanding surf and turf, ribeye crab cakes wine and mule all were fantastic. After all was said and done a complimentary desert banna foster that was put on fire 🔥soo delicious. Our waiter was fantastic!! sorry forgot his name, but has cornrows. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel like vip. Great job Eddie Vs
Any life event, I have to come here. The staff at Eddie V’s just hits the nail on the head every time. Such exceptional attention to detail & high level of professionalism. The food is amazinggg. I will continue to celebrate all of life’s special moments here. Special thank you to Vince, the best waiter I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing!
Celebrated my husband birthday & everything was AMAZING. The food & service was wonderful. Jessica was our server , she recommended good drinks & food & it didn’t disappoint. The food is very flavorful & delicious. Will forever come back. Thank you Jessica for making our night special. 🥰
Just left and the food and service was outstanding. Our waited Nick made us feel comfortable from the beginning and gave us the best recommendations for starters and entrees. The crab cake was huge and flavor was even larger. The Chilean Sea Bass was perfect and just melted with every bite. Crab fried rice was delicious as was the Truffled Macaroni & Cheese. It is Saturday night so expect a packed house and lively banter in the dining room. We each had a signature cocktail, The Hope Diamond and 24k Gold something. (sorry I don't remember right now).
To celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, I took him to Eddie V's, which proved to be an outstanding choice. The food and service were impressive. The provision of a hot towel to clean our hands before dinner added an air of sophistication. This is the epitome of fine dining.
Eddie V’s was exceptional. I went to the Cherry Hill location to celebrate my 12 yr wedding anniversary. This was definitely in the books to try and I am so glad we did. The atmosphere was incredible and the light dimming brought out the zen in the building. The food was so tasty. We had the Lamb Chops that was so tender and cut to perfection. We also had the scallops and the lobster mashed potatoes. Everything was made to our liking. The drinks was on point. We had the 24q and lemon drop martini. Our server Payten was amazing her energy the way she new the menu and made it a point to recognize my peanut allergy! I would definitely come back and request to be served by her!
Came for Thanksgiving with my family. Had reservations and was seated promptly. Thomas are server was amazing and very attentive. Our appetizers came out pretty quickly although they were busy. I ordered the lamb which was perfect. Overall everything was amazing and worth every penny.
Always a top tier experience! Their happy hour is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...and they have a live band too!
The food and service were absolutely outstanding! While it was on the pricey side, it was well worth every penny. The salmon was cooked to perfection, and the crab fried rice was an absolute standout. We also indulged in dessert, and wow, just incredible! The entire experience was fantastic, and our waiter was exceptionally attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
We had such a great time here. I made a 5 pm reservation to try out the happy hour offerings. We tried a few items from both the regular and happy hour menu. The presentation of drinks and food is always an A+ here. Our waitress, Becca, was phenomenal! We couldn't ask for anything more. She was personable, attentive, and very courteous. She gave us some menu suggestions that we gladly took. Becca was great and so was our food and drinks. We'll definitely be back to Eddie V's.
From start to finish, the experience was great. The food was delicious, especially the lobster mashed potatoes. Our server was very friendly and even provided us with a complimentary glass of champagne. The music was also lovely. Definitely will return!
Probably one of my favorite steakhouses to go to beside old homestead in borgata . The food was great . The waitress we had was amazing . Good portions as well as variety of sides . I wish I lived locally so I can enjoy their wine menu . The butter cake with the butter Pecan icecream was to die for . A nice place for a date or anniversary. Def recommend reservations because they are booming
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The food was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Everything had such amazing flavor, but the tuna tartar, the crab fried rice, the brussel sprouts, the cheesy potatoes & bananas foster really stood out at the MVPs. We were truly impressed by every dish. The service was equally if not more impressive. Our server, Vince, was truly phenomenal. We were celebrating our anniversary & he truly went out of his way to make us feel special & celebrated. We couldn’t have imagined a better dining experience than the one he gave us. In short, if you go, ask for Vince & get the tuna tartar. You will NOT be disappointed.
Today I visited this place for Mother’s Day. Although the food took over 2 hours because of the overbooking due to the holiday. The customer service was great and because of the wait they took care of the WHOLE bill as well as give us two extra meals to take home and desert on the house. This was more than enough to make up for a long wait. Not only did they do that but also gave out scratch off tickets and bathbombs that actually turned out to be a winning ticket! Great experience and hospitality!! I came In hungry and left with a free meal and a $10 winning ticket!!!!!
We decided to try this restaurant based on the website, so that is well done. Walking in, the atmosphere and feel are upscale but trendy. The table was decorated with confetti in celebration of my son’s graduation, and they had a card waiting for him. We ordered the seafood tower to start, highly recommend. All of the main entrees were cooked perfectly and had wonderful flavor. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars is because the scalloped potatoes were too cheesy, the cheese over powered the potatoes. The other two sides were ok. We got the banana foster cake- delicious! Again presentation was awesome. Above all, the service was superb. Highly recommend.
I had a reservation last week for my girlfriend’s birthday and everything was perfect. The server was very attentive and friendly, the pace was great and the food was even better. We left very happy and should be back in the near future
Went to Eddie V's last night... ordered the salmon, stuffed shrimp, crab fried rice with the lobster mashed potatoes. The food was excellent. That's was not the headliner of the amazing experience. We were lucky to have the best waitress i have ever encountered in my life. The waitress name is Leigh...Hopefully i spelled her name correctly. Unfortunately I do not believe there's enough space to tell you how amazing this lady is. We will be back and we will ask for her to be our waitress. Amazing service from a pure and joyfully young lady. We appreciate the experience we had with her... Oh.... the food was delicious also 😋
Our team recently celebrated a major milestone in our company and we had a wonderful experience! It wasn't that crowded, but we did go on a Wednesday. We had seven people and service was friendly and prompt from the moment we came in. Our waiter Nick was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the menu and specials. Coming from a background that is not well-versed in drinks and speciality foods, Nick was able to give great suggestions. The food was cooked perfectly and the drinks were excellent! The team kept our table clean and made sure to check-in to see how we were doing, they even gave the girls at our table roses! I would definitely come back again to celebrate another special occasion! Thanks Nick!
Eddie V’s is truly exceptional and delivers a fine dining experience every single time. Whether I’ve gone with a group or just for a quiet dinner with my husband, the food, service, and atmosphere are consistently outstanding. The seafood tower is beautifully presented and incredibly fresh, and the sea bass is unforgettable. It literally melts in your mouth and is cooked to perfection. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared with high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. The service is polished, attentive, and professional without ever feeling rushed or intrusive. The atmosphere is elegant, calm, and perfect for a special night out or a more intimate dinner.
My husband and I had our date night last night. From the hosts to the service to the food, everything was wonderful. We made reservations so getting seated was pretty fast. Our server, Bryce was outstanding. He truly made an already wonderful night even more incredible. His suggestions and overall attention to detail was impeccable. We ordered oysters and they were fresh! We got the calamari and tuna tarter for starters. I got the ribeye and my husband got the Lamb. Delicious and cooked just like we like it. The drinks were great. Pom Mule and Old fashion. Bryce suggested the Banana foster for dessert and that was a wonderful end to a great experience. Needless to say, we loved it! Can’t say enough how awesome Bryce was!!!
Thank you to Ashley, Rachel, Vivi and Dan for such a great experience and warm welcome! My Fiancé and I wholeheartedly enjoyed our night at this location! The steaks cooked to PERFECTION!!!! The truffle oil on top was chefs kiss! The crab fried rice and Mac n cheese with the truffles!!! Mmm mmm good!!! Special shout out to the couple next to us who gave us a lamb chop because sharing is caring! The little dance I did after one bite! I am coming back for those lamb chops. The pomegranate mule was AMAZING! From the greeting at the door to the beautiful birthday presentation of the tastiest treats, we had a wonderful time!
Had a fantastic dinner on Christmas Eve. The restaurant was packed! We had a reservation but still waited 1/2 hour. Our party didn’t mind the music at bar was great, people dressed and having fun. We were just happy to see a restaurant thrive and fortunate enough to have staff work and serve us! Great steaks and seafood! Thanks !!
This is a beautiful restaurant, probably the only one worth really visiting at Cherry Hill Mall. We walked in on a whim and I wish I had dressed a bit nicer but I didn't realize how upscale it was. Food- excellent. Same with service. Calamari was perfect. Husband loved his crabcake fried rice and I really loved the scallops on my salad. One star less b/c we waited about 45 minutes after finishing our appetizer for the main courses to land. That's a bit too long imo. Otherwise, no complaints and I do recommend.
Everything was good. Environment, service, atmosphere. The seafood was amazing, but we did order a filet mignon that was plated like a charcoaled brick which I had hoped would taste better than it looked, but was highly disappointed. The piece of meat tasted old and chewy and was completely inedible. I would come back again just for the other dishes that aren’t steaks.
Beautiful atmosphere. Visited here 1/16/26 for my birthday. My fiancé surprised me with reservations. It was our first time. The decor and ambiance were beautiful and comfortable. The live band was phenomenal! The sound, their vocals, and friendliness were outstanding. The food was ok, I was not impressed with the crab stuffed shrimp. The shrimp were small and the crab stuffing was mediocre. The beef wagyu dumplings were good but there was nothing memorable about them. My fiancé said the steak lacked flavor. The lobster mashed potatoes were delish. The non-alcoholic cocktail I had was a Rita Del-Sol which was delicious. The price is up there, for the little we had the bill was $240. We will definitely go back again. I wish I knew the name of the band, would love to follow them. Also, Our waitress was very attentive and friendly.
What a lovely experience! The manager walks around and checks to ensure that you are having a great experience. The valet staff, hostesses, and servers are remarkably kind and attentive. The food is also delicious. The only caveat is the noise. This Eddie V's location is much more casual than its big sister, in KOP. The chatter was deafening. Be prepared in knowing that the dining room is really loud at this location, similar to a casual restaurant. Other than that, I would still recommend for the food and service. Our server, Katie, was amazing.
Enjoyed a nice college graduation dinner and what I remember most was the excellent service that provided to our table. Everyone on staff from the server to the waiter was very attentive to needs our table. I appreciated their attention to detail and the execution of service. Give this place a try and you won’t regret it. $$$$ Bring your wallet.
Atmosphere was amazing. Service was great as well. We enjoyed our food also, but the Mac & Cheese was a, No Go. I had Lamb chops they were Perfect my wife had Sea Bass she loved her food as well. We will return.
Eddie V’s Prime Seafood in Cherry Hill offers a polished dining experience with fresh seafood that stands out. The oysters were a highlight, showcasing quality and flavor. However, the sea bass, while fresh, was underwhelming, tasting similar to my homemade version with an Asian-style sauce. For the high price, it didn’t leave a lasting impression or justify the cost. Some dishes, including the sea bass, have an Asian touch, which may appeal to some but felt unremarkable to me. The happy hour menu is a mixed bag. It’s oddly restricted to bar seating unless you specifically request it at a table, which feels awkward and unclear since the option isn’t proactively offered. While the seafood is fresh, the overall value doesn’t match the steep prices, especially when I can replicate similar dishes at home. For these reasons, I wouldn’t return, as the experience didn’t live up to the cost.
My daughter surprised me as a Mother's Day gift since she knew I've wanted to try this restaurant for a while now. Nice place, our server was amazing. Appetizers were really delicious as well as my drink and entree. We were only not impressed with the sides. The crab fried rice and mac were disappointing as far as taste.
Our service was exceptional, and the ambiance was beautiful. We loved the live jazz music. Oysters were very good. We did not care for lobster tacos nor the steak tartare. The tortilla on taco was flimsy and lacking flavor. Steak tartar was very bland. My husband ordered the rib eye topped with crab meat and bearnaise sauce. Steak was cooked inconsistently, ordered medium rare. Medium on one side and medium rare on the other. Steak arrived at the table room temperature, not warm. The sauce arrived late to the table and tasted bitter as if made with old cream. Crab meat was not lump crab, and it appeared to be from can. Ceasar salad was ok, a little bland without olive tamponade (I asked for olives to be held because I dislike them very much). Burrata and beet salad was enjoyed by other members of the party. Chilean sea bass was a huge letdown. Fish had no flavor, served over salty soy broth, which did not accompany the fish well. Spinach was so salty in the soy broth. It was outrageous to charge $53 for maybe 3 oz of fish. "Stunning steaming tableside reveal" it was not. Crab stuffed Jumbo gulf shrimp added on for $22 for 2 shrimp were tasty. Other members of the party thoroughly enjoyed their meals. They both enjoyed their bone in rib eyes. Blue cheese crust added to one and parmesan and horesradish crust to the other. Both my husband and I agreed crusts were flavorful; however, they were way too rich for our palates. Brussels and augratin potatoes were delicious. They definitely saved our meal. Bananas foster and lemon tarte were devoured. I would definitely like to come back to sit at the bar for happy hour. I loved the ambiance, service, and live music. In my opinion, food is way overpriced. I expect perfection for a bill of almost $700 with tip for four people with no alcohol. We went on a Wednesday night at 7 pm, and they were not busy.Unfortunately, Eddie V's did not live up to the hype.
Had dinner in the Cherry Hill restaurant. I will start with the service. My waitress was excellent no complaints with the service. My problem is the food. I got the Chillean sea bass seemed over cooked. Mind you its $54 just for this piece of fish. The sauce it was in was very good. We got the brussel sprouts (dry) Longhorn brussel sprouts are wayyyyy better and cheaper if i must say. The mashed potatoes were very good. For desert we both got the creme brulee, it was cold and in this deep desert dish which i didnt like. Usually creme brulee is at the least room temp. They clearly dont do the sugar crust on top before they serve. Definately pre-done and stored in fridge. Very disappointed with the food Eddie V just disappointed : (
We were extremely disappointed with our experience. My spouse is allergic to onions and scallions, and unfortunately nearly every dish contained them. We were told the items were pre-made and couldn’t be modified, which left him unable to enjoy anything on the menu. Spending over $200 and leaving upset is not the experience we expected. My Shirley Temple was also poorly made. The only redeeming items were the bread and the lemonade. It was also extremely loud.
