I always go to my local supermarket daily and I've heard people complaining about the straws, however management came to their senses and put good straws back in.
Good customer service, the only thing is you have to be a little patient, because the guy is new and sometimes takes a while.

Everything's fine, except that having a babu is now a luxury due to the price increase.
A good place with parking across 5 de Mayo Street. The service is good, and the prices aren't cheap, but they're not stratospheric either. A traditional spot in Chetumal.
They have a very good variety of flavors and options, only the schedule says they work until 9pm and at 8:30 they stop serving, they don't explain why, I assume it's to leave at 9 o'clock, only they should stop serving until 9pm and leave later, otherwise they should announce that their service hours are until 8:30 🙄
The ice creams are delicious, although if you don't like them too sweet, they are. The sizes compared to the price are very good. The service is friendly and fast.
A wide variety of teas. With so many flavors (all very delicious, by the way), the prices are truly breathtaking.
Good place to go for a drink. The prices leave a lot to be desired in relation to the size.
Drinks and shaved ice are clean, varied, and tasty. What I'm missing is a place to have them there; they're to go.

I would like to give them 5 stars, but I have had a bad experience with them since I repeatedly went to their establishment to speak with their legal representative, and on none of the visits did she want to receive me. I consider this a lack of respect towards me.

Everything was very expensive and of low quality
Misleading menu. Bad experience at the Morelos Street branch in Chetumal. You go to Babu Tea because their specialty is tapioca, but it's not listed on the price list. You order the tea and they give it to you without tapioca. When you ask, they tell you that with tapioca it's $20.00 more, and to top it all off, they don't accept cards.
Unfortunately, the staff at the Cancun Mall, the last few times we've been there, have never treated us well; they either look annoyed or they never have what we want, and there's no one in charge who can help us.
