We went tonight to try the new management, and we were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was excellent, the service impeccable. The owner and his wife were incredibly kind and paid special attention to their customers, which is not always a given these days. I highly recommend trying it! Thank you so much, we'll be back soon.

Not just pizza at the Bar Pizzeria Paperino in Chiari but various delicacies (focaccias, mixed salads, bresaola with Grana flakes, etc.), freshly prepared with the freshest, quality products. Plus at killer prices❗️😳😱👍 The pizza is definitely very good and the choice of beers 🍺 fresh and on tap more than satisfying. The restaurant is air conditioned inside and the table service is fast and friendly. When it's not too hot 🥵 you can sit outside. A place that I highly recommend for those who want to spend little and eat well. 👌

The service was quick and friendly for lunch. I had the mixed cold cuts: a nice, generous plate served with a thin focaccia. Good coffee and reasonable prices.

Per noi Gulaschesse il servizio è stato molto lento, la cameriera non ha riconosciuto le Gulaschesse e la Bora qua soffia troppo lentamente, soprattutto nel periodo autunnale della primavera. Non vi sono nemmeno ritratti della sovrana Katharina von Bora. Ma la domanda piu importante è: perché si chiama Paperino e non Boracchino? Le bibite erano scadute, risalenti al periodo d'Oro del bronzo argento dell'epoca medievale del 2017. La sovrana sarà molto delusa dal servizio. La cosa più inaspettata di questo pranzo delle 19:37 è il fatto che le tappinesse sono arrivate a rompere il Gulasch. La pizza qui è come la pasta col Gulasch, una BESTEMMIA. Tratto da una vera inventata ma originale del libro delle gulaschesse

The square was nice, but guys, the sanitary conditions of the outside tables are embarrassing. Full of cigarette ash, crumbs, and generally dirty. In front of me, the owner "cleaned" the previously occupied table with a bar napkin (the hard ones), and the only thing he achieved was smearing dirt and ash everywhere. Then the staff... you walk in and they don't say hello. They play cards with customers or friends while you wait... The waitress didn't even set my table with a paper placemat... so I ate directly on the dirty table. All very questionable. Hmm.

We booked 12 days in advance to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived, the reserved table wasn't available. We were offered to eat outside (in the 2°C temperature) or leave. We chose the latter, and we won't be returning.

New management doesn't care about customers. Table service needs a complete overhaul, the seafood pizza is terrible, with extremely low-quality fish that even affects the pasta. No receipts at the register unless requested by the customer, and the POS system doesn't work. Avoid. It's a shame, because the previous management was completely different.

Despite the pouring rain, and despite the fact that I only had a sweatshirt with a broken zipper that wouldn't close and no umbrella, when I asked if I could sit down for a short while to warm up and wait for the rain to stop, the bartender told me I had to pay to sit inside the bar, even though it was completely empty. I was basically forced to pay €1 for a 50cl bottle of water that you can buy at the supermarket for less than 10 cents. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
