CDA Chicago Reviews
A good lot for the sub contractors construction crews to park in. Be aware that you must be authorized to park in the lot, and if you are it’s a great, safe, and secure lot with plenty of security continuously patrolling through. It’s nice knowing that our vehicles won’t be broken into while they are parked here.
A wonderful bunch of employees and very, helpful
Nice place and personal
Want to give a huge shout out to Unique! She was absolutely amazing, and helped make my son and my experience one we won't forget. Props to her and her team 🙂
People need to stop blaming these people for just doing their jobs. Get the facts and the story straight before you make a public review. They had nothing to do with the incompetent doctor who decided to defy authority and cause his own problems. Stop watching videos on Facebook that are biased and don't cover the entire story.
OHare is such a pain to travel to or through. Avoid the headaches - simply avoid OHare and Chicago. If you are planning a meeting, convention, or even leisure travel, I’d avoid Chicago! Have your meeting elsewhere, plenty of convention centers besides Chicago. Going on vacation? Enjoy a city that has an airport that actually welcomes you - because OHare pretty much screams “go away”. Very unwelcoming. Case and point. The disaster of the air train shut down during construction. What a mess!! It’s astounding to me that this actually happened. It’s failed so badly. But I guess that is corrupt Chicago politics that allow a large city airport to fail basic people mobility. The shuttle busses are unorganized and inefficient. Wait times substantially increased. Getting a rental car is a pain. And once you do rent a car, Chicago puts HUGE taxes and fees on rental cars. Our team was going to fly in, and have a global meeting. After looking into the costs, the fees , and the headaches of Chicago. We passed. San Diego was much better for our team meeting. Also, customs and immigration/CBP at OHare is miserable. My company’s employees from abroad have refused to come visit our Chicago offices, due to the extreme lines at customs and the poor treatment they receive. We now host global meetings and conventions anywhere else, except Chicago. If Chicago wants to be “business friendly” they need to take a hard look in the mirror. It’s certainly not the place to go.
ORD badging office is a very difficult on so many levels. And employees are short with customers.
They are so rudeeeee . They can’t answer simple questions it’s a shame
Expect to wait 5+ hours if you're not in the first 50 in qless
Absolutely despicable way to treat a paying airline passenger.
O'Hare baggage claim is the worst in the country!!!
Probably run by the folks who have never traveled outside the US or taken a long flight, they stopped Uber/lyft pickup at terminal 5, and you got to travel to terminal 2 with multiple bags and after 23 hr journey, take 5 elevators ans a train to just to board a Uber. Ground staff is not present to help, directions are misleading or not present. This is CDA for you, finding ways to make life of passengers more difficult!
Unbelievable that the airport transit is down. The buses provided are falling apart. Bus 10 was deplorable and should be taken to the junk yard. Waiting for the bus in the transit station which smelled terrible. No buses then three show up at the same time. This is not a good introduction to the city of Chicago.
Public disgrace that this branch of city government still cannot get the people mover trains going. Simply an embarrassment to the city of Chicago and all of Illinois.
Regarding the CDA "officers" who removed the Doctor from the United Airlines flight: Nothing but "Bullies with Badges," these amatuers are an embare-ass-ment to PROFESSIONAL Law Enforcement. This so called police agency needs to be disbanded, those responsible for operating it fired, and the so called "officers" who injured that Doctor need to be CRIMINALLY charged.
Clearly an act of law enforcement that is lacking training and likes the use of excessive force when an opportunity occurs to do so. Another black eye for law enforcement, but after all what else would you expect from the law enforcement hired goons in Chicago
So clearly the shuttle between terminals was shut down with almost no plan whatsoever. Our city looks moronic with the tent and not enough buses!
Doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not sat hear for 2 hours now and watched people who don't have appointment go a head of me..lady at the desk just chosies who she wants..
Look up rude in the dictionary, definition Chicago City employees. Look up Slow and inefficient, misguided Yep you guessed it
