1st timer and the staff was hella cool. I was given recommendations for their coffee and an energy drink. The aftershock & The Snickers. Both were not too sweet just right. It's worth the hype I've been hearing about it. One is coming to Hollister soon but that's the closest to the Bay I will have. The iced Snickers is probably 1 of the best mocha's I've had in my life. Recommend

This was our first time to a Dutch Bros coffee (we are visiting from out of town). The blonde server was so helpful and friendly explaining the concept and menu and giving us recommendations. They comped our first drinks - the cold brew is delicious and we will definitely be back again!! Highly recommend!

I go here all of the time, and normally they are great. But yesterday evening one of the male barista's gave me a ripped dollar. I know I should have checked the money befor driving away, and I know it's only a dollar, but it's so bad it's completely unusable.

Dutch Bros at the bottom of skyway. Here I am again spending 5.00 on a cup of coffee that has enough calories for the entire daily allotment. In good company with the sheriff and PG&E. Us state employees need coffee as a buffer fir the day ahead. The reason for 3 stars is Duth Bros made peppermint mocha seasonal. What is with getting rid of my daily flavor? It throws off my whole routine.

Worst time at Dutch ever lady who took our order was rude and depressing. Then got our drinks our son’s drink was leaking and when asked for some napkins was handed just one. Then had to park due to crack in cup. Then went up to get another cup and more napkins the staff was very rude and took forever(stopped to talk to each other before getting it to me) by then was all over my wife’s stuff and son. Will not be returning to this store again.

Worst experience at a Dutch bros we have ever had. Girl who took are order was rude and depressing. Maybe having a bad day. But, then, we are handed our child’s drink. It is leaking everywhere. Ask for napkins. We get one. The cup is leaking everywhere. Ask for another cup. Cup is thrown at my husband. Ask again for more napkins. We get one more. My husband ask for more. They walk away and ignore us. Ask again for more since it is all over me and my car at this point and get one more with a lot of attitude.
