The staff are incredibly polite, helpful, and cheerful. Plus, the barista is top-notch; they serve excellent coffee! It's the second-best Bernardi in Chihuahua City.
It's my favorite branch because while it's common for them to make mistakes with drive-thru orders, when you comment on the correction, they deliver the order correctly after adjusting it. In terms of flavor and quality, this is where I like the preparation the most.

Pleasant and affordable The combo includes an Americano and a croissant for $105. You can add flavor to your Americano, and they really do make it delicious. It's a good place to work because they have free Wi-Fi for customers. Online billing available.

The place is comfortable, but the workers are not attentive. They are in their own conversation and hardly look at us while we were ordering. They don't answer questions directly. They ask each other the question and they assume we heard the answer and didn't look at our faces to give us the answer.

I ordered my coffee through Uber Eats and only opened the protective label enough to insert the straw. A used staple fell out into the coffee.
Bernardi is a great coffee shop, but this location is terrible. After waiting more than 10 minutes at the drive-thru, they gave me my wrong order, cold coffee, and the glass was too full to look at. Also, very bad attitude.
Hot, no a/c bad coffee unless you like sugar over sugar and no real coffee
