Thai Kitchen Childress Reviews
Very good customer service, clean and excellent food display 😀👍
They've gotten better at their customer service at this location , and I love the 24hrs schedule. Even though they were packed, and we heard the guy working calling for the other employee(who we saw out back on our way in) to come up front and help with the customers, the dude handled it like a pro (his co worker never came) I give this guy props and management should promote the person who was working the evening of March 11th... I won't drop names, I always ask before putting them in a review, but the other guy who we saw again outside on our way out, should find a new job. It sucks 😞 that good people sometimes get placed with Lame ppl in a work environment, but even being short his helper, the guy working did 👍 Great!
Area is sketchy but that's fine by me. The lady is cool in there. Just because they don't smile doesn't make them bad people. At least they make my (and our) sandwiches excellent and we've been to 2 other subways in the area which are awful, rude, poor quality of food etc. But not this one and it's 24 hours. I'll be returning
Another subway location. Parking is in the back and is scarce. Not a lot of parking and it's hard to get to the parking lot from the alleyway. Friendly staff and they didn't hold back on my veggie sandwich which most subways act like they can't give you a couple more cucumbers. This place is overall good for a quick bite to eat.
Once again, this place is never fails to disappoint me this time. The employees were once again rude. I ordered three combos. They charged me for three combos worth of stuff separately. They were training people too. The sandwiches were skimpy. The service sucked it was much time and they didn't even have the drinks made yet for the for the keys. I just recommend this go somewhere else I will be from now on. I'll give it too many chances and they've never changed anything. This location is terrible
Never had issues here at this location until today. I ordered online and my subway wasn't toasted like I had marked on the app. Funny thing is that the receipt had toasted on it and they didn't do it for all 3 sandwiches. Employees were Armando and Araceli who clearly didn't pay attention to the order 🙄
I don't understand why every single employee/manager have bad customer service. When your ordering at the counter it feels like your bothering them, doesn't matter wat you say or wat you want. One exception is the male manager at night.(I forget his name, but he's the only guy working there, the rest are females) who is always VERY nice with a good attitude and great customer service.
They took 20 minutes to take my order at 12am because they were on their break there was 2 girl and one of them was on her phone while the other one was taking to her and I was sitting on the table ... When they found out I was trying to get a picture they run behind the wall ..... After everything what make post this was .. the just a second they came back a couple walk in and they serve them first then me and they didn't have the bread I wanted ... HORRIBLE SERVICE
Horrible customer service. I ordered a #3. I asked the young lady to exclude onions. Once it was heated, I asked for jalapeños on top as a side item. She said the sandwich comes the way it says on the menu. I mentioned that I can add all I want as long as I pay, avocado as an example. The manager was sure I couldn't, with an aggressive attitude. I mentioned other subways do it and was asked if I still wanted the items. I refused. Paid for the sandwich and left.
I have given this place two chances already the first time I believe the bathroom was probably unavailable now they came up with the key was left inside as a customer or potential customer. I should be able to use it. How do you expect a customer to eat if you guys don’t even allow him to use the restroom and wash their hands That’s why you guys have a 3.6 review change it if you like this to go better consider it customers money.
Date/Time of Visit: 06/04/2025 at 12:14 AM Location: Subway (24-hour location) I want to start with I never give bad reviews but you have a staff that is awful to customers and it needs to stop. I come to this Subway location nearly every night because I work late and appreciate the convenience of the 24-hour service. Unfortunately, every time I come in during the overnight shift, I have an extremely unpleasant experience with the same male staff member. This employee consistently displays poor customer service: he is visibly irritated when customers enter the store, slams items around as if he’s being inconvenienced, and does not communicate at all. He does not speak or understand English, which wouldn’t be a problem if he made any effort to be courteous or helpful. During tonight’s visit, I asked for additional sauce on my sandwich. He shook his head “no,” and when I politely repeated the request, he squinted a huge glob in one place on my sandwich and refused to spread it out. he then began slamming things around in frustration. When it came time to pay, the screen jumped straight to the payment screen without giving me the chance to enter my rewards number (which he has done many times). I asked if I could enter my phone number for my rewards and while he pretended to help, he ultimately stood there doing nothing as the screen went back to payment again—refusing to let me enter my number. I asked him for his name and he refused to provide it, even when I asked in Spanish. So I never got his name but he is the only one here during overnight shift every time I come here. This is not acceptable. I always try to be respectful and friendly to the staff, but this employee repeatedly makes me and others feel unwelcome and like a burden and like he is mad that he has to do his job. It’s clear he hates his job and does not value the customers or the job. No one should be treated with disrespect like this—especially not loyal, paying customers. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, as this employee is harming your business and your reputation. I will say the female staff that works the PM shift is amazing and sweet and deserves recognition!
Ordered online, ordered a STEAK sandwich and got more like a veggie! Minimal steak. so much condiments made my sandwich soggy.
It’s says 24 hrs open. I try to come in , they said it was close . When people were inside , a short lady with a big nose told me it was close . It was 2/14/24 at 1:15am . I been coming all the time around that time . When I get out of work. If it’s not 24hrs open remove or Change the hours and remove the sign
Bad service went in for some soup and sandwiches with my kids, and the employees seemed so mad, like if they didn't want to be there, giving attitude, especially the male working, i got home and noticed both of the breads were burned the sandwiches were all stiff i had to throw them away!!!!
I would go here more if the workers didn't suck. This 24 hour subway is the only place that even though you can tell them exactly how you want the sandwich in front of you, they will consistently still mess it up. A couple of the workers will sometimes make it right, but there's a few of them that I unfortunately usually get that after dozens of times ordering the exact same thing they somehow find a different way to mess it up every time. Stale bread, leaving stems from the peppers, getting mad when I ask for extra veggies then throwing the toppings all over the place, and then getting more mad when I ask them to fix it, putting a disgusting amount of sauce even when I ask for a small amount, it seems like they enjoy messing it up. How do you work at a sandwich place and can't make a sandwich? The only thing those workers can actually do is put soup in a cup. I've ordered the same thing for years always the same way: foot long herbs and cheese, veggie patty with some good cheese toasted with extra jalapenos, then a little lettuce and extra spinach, six tomatoes like they used to do (my first job was at Subway and they changed it from 6 to 4 while I was there, don't know why), one thin line each of honey mustard, sweet onion teriyaki, and garlic aioli, then some parmesan cheese and sometimes avocado. I feel like these are very specific and easy to follow instructions, but they almost always mess it up.
Very rude..and she not allow to use restroom...every person right to use because company make money to customer and staff refuse to use restroom...iam a customer and my name is Deepak..I ordered online app and pickup in midnight time is 1.43am and date is 08/19/2024. Rude staff and bad service...I never come again here..
This Location Straight Up ROBBED ME, Placed An order online at 8:15pm, Orders No Longer Accepted after 8:30 and when I showed up to Get my Food and there was Some old Hispanic guy Just Staring at the Cutting board. I walked in and I said "I have an online order to pickup" and He just said "it's too late" and he Didnt make the Food, so I asked him if I was going to get Refunded and he said "Yeah, Yeah". All He Did Was Mark it "Picked up" and they Still Charged my card And I had to call corporate to Refund me.
Just walked out of this horrible and unhygienic place. First of all, they have very rude workers that don't greet and DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS. Customer service non existent. There were two guys working there attempting to make a 6 inch sandwich (guys) and neither one of them washed their hands! I noticed both guys look very unhappy working there and both had an unclean appearance with their ungroomed beards and long hair. Not coming back here.
"You can't add anything, only remove items from how they come..." This is the only Subway where I have ever heard this malarkey and the young man behind the counter was very steadfast that Subway has always been this way. Do NOT come to this store if you want to customize your sandwich. They will refuse to deviate from the menu. Go to any other store, full options for every sandwich. This one is one I will not be returning to.
Eventhough corporate at subway clearly stated one can still customize the new preset menu items the ignorant worker, Itzel (I might be spelling it wrong but that is the name she gave me) told me I had to purchase the sandwich exactly as it was on the menu without being able to remove the items I am allergic to. I have never had this problem at any other subway eventhough I always order off the preset menu. Also the restroom wasn't working and a 35 year old creep was too busy flirting with a little girl in a disgusting manner making me wait 5 minutes while he pathetically simped out trying to impress a little girl... Not all subways are the same and I would definitely avoid this one in the future. This subway location is subpar and even at their best the staff is generally garbage.
