El pollo nada diferente, el problema los empleados que te piden dinero extra por algunos alimentos, a pesar que dicen que los pagos deben hacerse en caja. La comida nada espectacular, a diferencia de otras sucursales creo que está no es buena opción.

Today (April 27, 2024) I went to the restaurant for lunch, and I'd say the food was excellent, but the restaurant was very dirty. We saw cockroaches, and the bathrooms had no light. The service was terrible, as if they didn't want to be there. Recommended for takeout only.

The tortillas are the only good thing about this place. We waited a week for food, and we're still here. Don't bother stopping; you'll be on your trip a month late.

Unpleasant Experience at Pollo Feliz Unfortunately, my visit to the Pollo Feliz branch was a complete disaster. After traveling for an hour, I arrived at 10:30 a.m., only to find the restaurant closed. The grill man who served me informed me that the restaurant was being cleaned and had been fumigated the day before, which made me unsure about the hygiene and safety of the place. After waiting outside with my wife and son, an employee unkindly suggested we leave because we were going to get wet. We weren't able to taste the food, so I can't comment on the quality of the products. Overall, customer service was poor and communication was inadequate. I hope management takes steps to improve the customer experience at this branch.

Terrible, absolutely terrible service. Half an hour to get the menu, half an hour to take our order, nobody paid us any attention, saying it wasn't their table. We ordered, and after 20 minutes they told us the meat would be ready in 40 minutes. They hadn't brought anything, not even the drinks, nothing. Completely disorganized. Not even tortilla chips as an appetizer. They brought the chicken, but no tortillas or salsa. Ugh, I'm so angry. Last time I'm going there.

Not at all, the waiters acted like they owned the place and just gave me the food without even checking if I needed more tortillas. Plus, their tortillas were freezing cold, the salsa was awful, and their chicken was ridiculously small.

Everything's fine, except they need to update their prices. I ordered delivery and the menu shows one price, but when I asked about the cost, they gave me a very high price, claiming the menu prices weren't up to date. I ordered it anyway, but please fix that.
