We got huge amount of everything in our bowl, overflowing. We ate outside on patio. Left immediately after for home (15 miles away). Wife realized she didn't have her purse as we pulled in driveway, so we called this location while we were driving back; they had picked up the purse, kept it for us until we got there, everything OK (could easily have been picked up by a passerby reaching over railing). Thanks to employees! All's well that ends well.
Wife and I stopped here for a quick lunch. Good vibes. Good music. I'll be back!
Same chipotle standard. Good food fast. No complaints. I only wish their marketing was different... Their sign read that their queso came from cheese that came from cow that spent time outside. What a strange flex. They're dairy cows. If you want to impress me talk about how the milk comes from cows who are graised on grass and self milk (yes it's a thing, Google it).

Although there were thousands of people in attendance for the shoppes Halloween event It felt as if I was in and out of here in minutes. Some individuals who stood out to me were these two hard working muscular young men working the grill area, not only did they cook the food to perfection, they also found time to assist the front line in completion of orders. They're definitely due for a raise sooner than later.

I ordered through the app for the first time at this location and the process to pick up was easy and convenient. Once I got back to work to eat I noticed my salad bowl had no lettuce to make it a salad. Was disappointed but it was still good that’s why I didn’t give the full 5 stars.

Going Down Hill, FAST! This location used to be fantastic, now every time I go in the quality and service is gradually declining. Today, my burritos remained open on the line for more than 5mins because there was no lettuce. Everyone knows, cold Chipotle is not very good. We also had to wait for chips, only to get home and find that the long wait was for stale chips. I hope the management reads these reviews because this is a great location with good food. Someone in management needs to restore the "Quality Control Bar."
It's your average Chipotle so you know that it's going to be good going in. The only problem with this place is the wait times. It's a busy location I know, but if you go during lunch of dinner, expect to wait at least a good 20-30 minutes for a burrito. Not acceptable.

Rice was hard. The workers are great there is one that seems so rushed thou not sure if the owner or not but I think it is the rushing of things is why they may not be getting things done. The rushing makes it a Chaotic feel. I know it is busy pace but sometimes just a step back can bring more.🤷♀️
I order online all the time and you know that’s effin pricey. It’s always a disappointment in the evenings where the staff is rude and don’t care about the customer at all. Several times I barely get any meat on the bowls and forget about the salsas or sides. Every single time I have to call (they never answer) and have to ask the doordash driver to please check. I never complain, but today I ended up finally getting someone on the phone after my order was delivered. They denied the doordash driver salsa and said that they ran out and also no large queso for the third time. The girl on the phone had attitude, said that I should call doordash and get a refund. Why does the dasher or myself have to check on you!! These are unnecessary hoops to go through just to get an order right. We all have jobs so I understand human error, but this is just plain shady. Why not choose to be professional and kind.
Waited pretty long for my order. Chicken was a little overcooked and the portion for my bowl was significantly smaller than other Chipotle restaurants. I can see why the overall rating is low.
The customer service here is absolutely abysmal. I went in with a big order for my roommates but instead of the two 3-pointer bowls I had asked for they gave me two 3-pointer burritos. I had driven home and given them to my roommates where they noticed the error. I had gone back and politely asked them to correct the order, but since all I had brought with me was the receipt, they said I would have to purchase another two bowls. I only came in to get some food for me and the roomies before I got ready for work and I didn't want to give the cashiers a hard time by holding up the line in peak hours so I just reluctantly bought the food. They charged me 7.09 per bowl and burrito (3-pointers only cost 4.75) so they overcharged by by roughly 10 dollars. My roommate had a similar problem when he went in for a couple of 3-pointer burritos and they tried to charge him $20 for a veggie burrito. He when he refused to pay $15 more than he should have, they hassled him for 10-15 min straight, clogging up the checkout line. You're better off hopping on the 71 and heading north to the Chipotle in Pomona.
Placed an order online. I want to say We love Chipotle and we’re so disappointed I decided it’s note worthy. Bought 4 meals…half way through all 4 they were out of meat. The burrito we ordered was half the size they normally are. The 3 bowls had about 7 bits of meat. SMH! Chips were over cooked and not salted at all. I’ve never had such a bad experience at Chipotle. What a shame. Guess I have to drive to Brea to get Chipotle.
Don't get me wrong, I love Chipotle but this location is poorly managed. The trash cans were overflowing and every table was dirty. The food itself was not fresh, the barbacoa (my usual) was VERY dry and the lettuce (I get the salad) was old with several dark slimy pieces. This was not the first time I had a bad experience here. Super disappointed that this location is not up to par, if it was I would be a regular.

Guess what the chips doesn’t taste like chips anymore ….. it’s so soggy… NOT CRUNCHY AT ALLLLLLLLLL. I am so disappointed at this location! Dirty and food sucks!!!

I was going to pay for an extra scoop not sure if the guy heard me wrong or what but he said he’d get in trouble if he gave me more and I got a good amount already. online ordering experience is awful. they marked my order as complete at 6:20 but the order didnt come out until around 6:50. the name on the bag was correct as well as the extra things on the side but when I got home I realized the bowl had someone elses name and I was completely jipped.
It’s really bad with this store. When i return home with my mobile order , I find snacks and 2drinks are not in bag. This is not 1st time with their mistake. Three times they made mistakes with my order. I understand they are busy with many orders, but it need to care each order and double check orders when they packed. You may Imagine how it’s pity when you sit at home and find your order is wrong .
Went on two separate occasions within a month and both times I have been given bad guacamole. The guacamole is always a bright green, this time it was a very dark green and did not smell good what so ever. I'd recommend the Chipotle on Central instead I've never had an issue there.
This chipotle is the worst in the area. Placed an order and they were out of guacamole...i was offered queso, or salsa and turned down both since i dont eat either of those. How can you be out of the most popular ingredient on a friday night?? I wasnt even offered a refund.....the woman who helped me was nice but was stresses out...
this chipotle got worse by the minute i was in there… for starters the workers were more interested in talking to one another rather than helping the customers as they were serving my food they were spraying soap around the food containers and cleaning around my bowl which was very unprofessional not to mention they were almost completely out of every item and served the least amount of everything from rice to sour cream my bowl was basically half empty. i guess this is what you get when there is no manager to keep their minor workers in place.
Check the attitude of your young workers, no one asked them to come to work with that nasty lazy service.
Today I visited this location with my loved one who she has a gluten allergy, but towards the end of the line, our bowls were open and touching other contaminants, which is toxic those with celiacs. The problem was the cashier lady at the front who snatched our bowl from our hands when we tried to move it away from the contamination (with her hands unwashed, after touching cash and not wearing gloves). While she snatched it she said, "excuse me mam," with a rude tone and moved back where the contamination was (flour contaminant). She did this twice until I had to tell her that her hands aren't clean and that she needs to stop putting her fingers in our bowls. I'm not sure if this behavier manifested because she was pregnant, but this was not the Chipotle experience that we are used to. It did not feel safe for people with allergies.
I’ve eaten Chipotle from other locations and never had any issues. However- I got a sofritas veggie bowl from this Chino location and I am stuck in bed with diarrhea, feeling nauseous and painful stomach cramps! Basically food poisoning. I’ve never in my life felt like this. All after eating a chipotle bowl. I am praying and hoping they didn’t have another bad breakout. I will never in my life eat chipotle again! Disgusting…Poisonous food.
The girl that prepare my bowls. Serve the person before me great plate mines were poor and pretty ugly lettuce and very little. Seems like she new that person serve really well and could tell the big difference. And kind of moody bad service
Don't know what happened to the great food they used to serve. Last visit, said never again. Today, decided one more time. Ordered chicken salad. What a joke. All I can say is 3,4 pieces of chicken with a lot of fat does not make it a chicken salad. I'll never eat at a Chipolte again. Waste of money.
I ordered2 burrito bowls and 1 of them looked like half eaten.
Didnt want to believe it but portion sizes really have gotten tiny. Spent nearly $15 for the smallest burrito I have ever seen! Not joking when I say that the burrito is half the size the used to be. I would cut my burrito in half but legit they now are the same size as a half. I asked for larger portions but I was told it would cost more. Whats more depressing is the chips which would fill most the bag in the past barely covered the bottom. I honestly thought they had given me one that had already been eatwn out of. Frankly, you should go elsewhere for food like this. I know this is the last time I will ever visit a Chipotle.
Management of this Chipotle should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I have been here many, many times because it’s 10 mins away from my home. Each time I come I hope that I will see some improvement. Sadly, it’s only gotten worse. The frontline staff all so clearly hate their jobs that they are never friendly to customers or try to meet their needs. They always look overworked and frustrated, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manager on the frontlines with them helping with anything. Every time I come I see new faces, which indicates the working conditions here are poor and they can’t keep quality staff. This is affecting the entire restaurant. Food items are constantly “out” but then reappear as soon as you are a few steps down the line, as others have mentioned. It’s dirty, the soda fountains spit liquid rather than pour, indicating they likely are not getting cleaned properly, etc. It’s getting to the point where I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Chipotle on Rio Rancho in Pomona because the customer service there is 110% better than this place.
Absolutely awful experience today. I ordered a fajita steak burrito with no rice and none of the overpriced add-ons.. The texture of the steak was off. They gave me some from the bottom of the tray and it was too dry and barely warm. The black beans were bland. Even the vegetables were sad and wilted. I paid almost $14 for a burrito with no add-ons. Absolutely ludicrous. I originally asked them to melt the cheese on my burrito before we started, but they wanted to charge $3.50. To melt cheese. I skipped it. There were about 5 or 6 people in front of me, yet it took close to 25 minutes to get my burrito. There's no "pep" whatsoever in the staff - I mean with the ingredients already prepared and literally sitting right in front of them, they're slower than a full service restaurant. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to leave the place. I definitely will not be returning to this location, and if the quality of the food and the "nickle and dime" attitude is what should be expected at other locations, I'll be skipping Chipotle everywhere for a long time.
Easily the worst chipotle Ive ever been to. The staff is so rude. I went today and there was a lady cutting up the meat behind the back counter, just staring at me with an attitude and rolling her eyes. She's a bit heavy set about 5'2 - 5'4. She's never been happy to help anyone. If she's going to be that unhappy with her life and have a bad attitude then she should think about switching carriers to something that don't deal with customer service. Also the guy helping me with glasses barley put any meat, I got probably 7 pieces of meat on my bowl and when i asked for light sour cream he put a whole spoon full. The only one that was friendly was the girl at the register today. I would've tipped them but since I know they share tips I definitely am not tipping just be of the lady working in the back counter.
I have food allergies and came to this location because they normally cater to my allergies. Today I came and they were very busy. Towards the end of the line, right before paying, I moved my bowl closer to me because cross contamination can make me very sick, and they were pushing all of the food close to each other, and I moved it out of the way from touching other food nearby. I did not take it off the counter but simply was pulling it closer to me. The cashier proceeded to snatch my food from my hands and say, excuse me ma'am with a rude tone. The cashier does not wear gloves, touches cash and has dirty hands and touched my open bowl of food. On top of that, snatching something from someone is bad etiquette, much less customer service. She could have simply asked me to leave it closer to her on the counter. Very bad experience and will not come back
Service here has gone down hill. Everything from management down to the quality of the food. Last time the manager tried to charge me for a side of sour cream!! Since I didn’t get it on the bowl I live in chino hills and this used to be my go to chipotle but now I rather drive to the one in Pomona off rio rancho rd.
I placed a mobile order for a chicken quesadilla, Steak burrito, and chicken kids meal. Unfortunately, they put a ton of onions and bell peppers in it. I order chicken, cheese and sour cream only. They also forgot the sour cream. My steak burrito was extremely small and only had seven small pieces of steak the size of my pinky nail. Absolutely pitiful. Thankfully nothing was wrong with the kids meal. I returned to the restaurant and spoke to a rude manager by the name of Genesis. Horrible customer service and overall lack of professionalism. I'm not sure how she qualifies as management. She refused to assist me, because I didn't have my food present. She couldn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience. That was the least she could've done. My overall conclusion. Buyers beware. Skip this location.

The chimichurri prob has the most flavor but it’s tangier then it should be. My order was to go and My guac was brown by the time I got home. When I tasted it it was clearly Missing lime and salt. Also paid for double carne asada and for almost $8 more I def didn’t get extra.

Over time, I’ve noticed that the portion sizes have decreased significantly, and the overall quality of the food has taken a nosedive. It’s disheartening to see a once-promising establishment fall short. I hope they address these issues soon.
Food portion size is unacceptable. I ordered online and order the same combination every time, so I can say for certain this order is about 25% less food than usual. There's so much air in this bowl!

The manager is aware of this negativity but chooses not to intervene. I can’t understand how the employees tolerate such offensive behavior from their peers without anyone addressing it.
