I must say that this place has really good coffee and it also has little pastries and things that you can eat. It is a really nice atmosphere and a comfortable place where you can sit and just relax and have coffee and a pastry. You can bring your laptop there and just do some work as well.

Last Sunday we went to get our usual coffee bean. It was crazy busy. The crew always remembers us. The person making the drinks confirmed that we were getting our usual order. Very nice atmosphere and convenient, the counter help was very helpful in making suggestions. There were some local law enforcement officers there as well and they were treated with respect, humanizing them while joking around. Keep up the good work Coffee Bean staff👍🏽

Black forest is my favorite, I don't know why they're not more store around. I really like the atmosphere here, inside and outside. My drinks were made to perfection, wish I had a store closer to my home. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone wanting a good coffee drink.

The area is busy with a gas station and surrounding restaurants. I ordered a Chai Latte and a Rose Latte. They were both delicious. There are many good places to do work with many plug in spots. I would recommend this place for a grab and go mostly.

This is typical Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in that product quality and service are extremely good (I was in at 10:00 on a weekday, and service was still relatively fast) There are a couple of complaints though. First, seating is not the best, with most tables accommodating only two people. Also, because of the lay out, seating feels "cramped". Next, cabinetry is showing signs of age. Some cabinet doors have damaged hardware, and baseboards throughout are heavily water damaged. Finally, parking in the area is "challenging". I made the mistake of parking in the lot to the south, not realizing that I was now directly next to the Chick-fil-A drive through. If you're a fan of CBTL, the quality and service make the stop worth it, but I personally suggest grabbing that caffeine fix to go.

As other baristas chit chatted and the one that said I'll be right with you slowly made something with eggs. It was slow barely anyone there. I ended up going across the way to coffee klatch. Where even tho it was hopping I was in and out with drink in hand 5 mins.

They just charge me .25 for water after I just spent $20 for coffee and food. Such a bad customer experience to have to run your credit card for .25 for water after your a paying customer. This place used to be much better then Starbucks but I was working out of Starbucks yesterday and I did the same thing I got food and coffee and needed a water after an hour and I was give the water with no issue and no charge. Not coming back here again I hope the .25 was worth it.

Walked in a few minutes before closing and they had already shut down the espresso machines and refused to allow access to the restrooms.( California health code requires a restroom be accessible in a food establishment - there were other customers in there imbibing).

I left a review about my bad experience with their customer service that had been provided by a specific worker who has piercings on her face and tattoos, and some how they removed my review after they contacted me? This is very interesting how you guys are trying to control the freedom of speech and wish I could do something more about it but I will leave my review again. The girl who i think the manager here or at least a floor manager doesn't know how to control the situation and doesn't know how to math 3.5+1 =4.5. I was told that they didn't have jalapeño croissant, so I asked if I can get bagle with cream cheese, because I already paid and bagle with cream cheese makes same amount with the croissant. However, the girl was saying to me like they could do it but only this time. And I'm like what do you mean this time? I'm paying for my food not getting it for free!! Lol long story short, they are control your reviews people. Check back your reviews. I'm shocked Lol

Horrible service, employees never greet customers. I ordered a dirty chai and the barista commented to the other employee how much he hates making that drink. Never coming back to this store.
