I really enjoyed my experience at Popeyes. The chicken was hot, crispy, and packed with flavor definitely not bland or greasy. You can taste the seasoning in every bite, and the crunch held up all the way through the meal. The sides were just as good as the main dish, especially the biscuits and Cajun fries. Everything felt fresh and filling, and the portions were solid for the price. Overall, it hit the spot when I wanted something satisfying and flavorful. I’d definitely go back.

Small place...but customers keep coming...and many of them "to go" by "drive thru"... Located at corner and tiny space ... That's made the chickens fresh from fryer...also the burgers... Try yourself...at convenience of your time...and need a patient of you...😊😁🤗👍
114/10 It's a small store inside the gas station with few seats. We order spicy chicken sandwitch, chicken tenders and fries. The chicken sandwitch is good quality, but the tenders are soggy, not crsipy... overall is good. The restaurant is clean, combining with convenience store. There is a restroom inside as well.
Taste :3/5 I know chicken sandwich was really popular but maybe I prefer chicken Fila ...more .. Fried chicken taste crunchy and juicy . It’s nice to have them once in a while A soft light-textured yeasted dough, enriched with butter, eggs & sugar that provides richness in flavor and a soft, sweet outer crust
I was in the drive-Thur, needed to pull forward and park and wait for my order. Food did not come, after about 10 minutes, I walked into the store and pick up my order. Food is good, but the service was lacking.
I always get tenders, but this is the first time I got a 3 piece "thin-ders" for a platter. This is pretty sad, never seen them this small! Who packed this and thought it was acceptable? I was excited because I haven't been to this location in more than 6 months and there was only two cars in front of me (now I know why)! Most times this place is pretty busy and couple other times they've been closed.
This Popeyes has to be the worst on the planet. Cold food (if they even have most menu items), the breading is layered on so thick that it’s caked up between the meat and the skin. The biscuits are beyond cold and hard, they rarely ever have the correct cups for frozen drinks, no sweet heat most days, fries are hard and cold. On the days there’s hot food, the food tastes like it’s been double dipped in the grease. The managers are always angry and the crew changes a lot. In my opinion, they should close this place down or hire a completely new staff. It’s beyond horrible. They only sell dark meat, the white meat is rarely available. I can go on and on about this place. They won’t give you a corporate # so there’s really no way to call in complaints. I really wish I didn’t have to drive all the way to Ontario for Popeyes but sadly that’s my only choice. This place is a dump! Doesn’t even taste like Popeyes honestly, tastes like grease. Oh and the cups are dirty so make sure you take the lid off before drinking or may drink black stuff.
Service sucks. No customer skills whatsoever by the employees. I stood at the counter for couple mins and multiple employees walked right past me and didn’t even make eye contact. I waited another minute and walked out. The gas station attendant was cool though
Paid 60.00 for 3 meals asked for bbq sauce and I was told they would cost extra after I already paid after all this they asked me to wait around the front for another 10 minutes
If raw chicken is what you’re looking for look no further . This is the place. Absolutely disgusting
They did not put sauce on my wings. I ordered garlic parmesan and sweet hot and I got regular wings and wings with barely any sauce. Also did not give me dipping sauce. I would give zero stars if I can.
I just received two $6 chicken wraps and fries. The tortillas are hard as if they are using old ones. I didn't get to enjoy them the way I wanted to.
Everyone works very well, but I recommend having someone on duty to serve customers. There's a shortage of staff, and many customers arrive and no one attends to them; they just make a mess and prioritize the drive-thru.
Fries are so stale, they taste like they were made hours ago and it's no where near closing time. Plus the guy didn't give me a receipt ):
I ordered a fried chicken wing, obviously 12 pieces! But they only gave me six pieces！
Sent my boyfriend to go grab food for us and my kids and he comes back with no biscuits , old fries and they gave us spicy tenders for the meal that was for my 5 and 7 year old... Never coming back to this place again. Nothing but mindless teenagers working here.
I had to give it a star to write a review! I give it ZERO STARA!!! Let's start with, I sent 60 bucks on a family meal and I asked for BBQ sauce and I was told, I needed to pay extra for it??? It would be .25 for each BBQ sauce!! WTH??? I will never go to Popeyes again and I'll move my business somewhere else!! I wouldn't recommend Popeye's to anyone based off of their new protocol on sauces.
I put a mobile order. 10 minutes later I pull up to the drive through, they tell me they only just dropped chicken strips. So I had to go inside and wait. Okay, sure whatever I guess. I go inside and tell them I'm a mobile and let me know when my order is done. I wait in the store for about 7 minutes before I try to ask them where my order is but they seemed too preoccupied to notice me trying to get their attention. It wasn't busy at all, fyi. Had to walk out without my food unfortunately. If I had time to wait for my food for 20 minutes I wouldn't have ordered through the app lol.
I should have checked before I left with my order from the drive through! Ordered Shrimp Tackle Combo but got a surf and turf, no biscuit no sauce! No utensils no napkins.The quality of the shrimp and chicken is disappointing too! The shrimp has a very think crust and very dry too. This is probably the worst fast food chain I’ve ever been to!
Popeyes is some bomb chicken. The service at this location is definitely the worst I've ever experienced. From the top... The girl working the window when I ordered a family meal let us know that our 12 piece meal would take 15-20 minutes to prepare, which is told her was fine. Once I got to the window to pay for the order the girl proceeded to let me know again that it would take 15-20 minutes to have our meal made and that we needed to park off to the side for them to bring our order out once it was done. Once again, I told her, "no problem." The order was placed at 7:04pm My wife and I started an episode of Family Guy in the van, and we were hanging out waiting for the order. We finished the episode, still no food. I went inside at 7:25 and after watching the girl working the window texting on her phone not paying attention to anything else around her the manager took over the window while she did nothing to help any of her fellow associates. At 7:27 the guy working the counter informed me that they were, "just dropping the chicken." I'm not a chicken expert but I'm pretty sure that means they're just getting around to MAKING THE CHICKEN. I didn't realize they had to raise the chicken before they could kill and cook the bird. At 7:48pm we finally got our order.
Worst drive thru service I've experienced in many years. I ordered ahead but when I got there was told to park because part of the food wasn't ready yet. After 20-25 minutes of waiting I decided to pull into the drive thru again only to be told that they didn't even have the flavor I wanted and if I was ok with a replacement. I agree because at this point I'm just hungry and want to get out of here. I'm handed a bag with half the order cold and an inedible side of what can only be described as red beans & rice & water. At no point does the cashier bother to apologize for the wait or the inconvenience. I definitely won't be getting Popeyes from this location again any time soon.
HORRIBLE. Placed my order for 3 piece tenders at 8:10 for 8:20 pick up and when I got there was told there would be a wait. I got my food until 8:50 and was not given the sauce I had ordered and this is what my “tenders” looked like. CRAZY.
I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches on DoorDash and when it arrived here my dad bite into the sandwiches and the chicken is raw and uncooked and it is hard
