I used to live in Rowland Heights but now I’m in Chino, and I’ve been looking for a more traditional Sichuan restaurant. I finally found this place, and it’s great! The dumplings are especially good. I like making my own dipping sauce with vinegar, chili oil, and soy sauce, but honestly everything I’ve tried here has been delicious. This has definitely become my new go-to spot. Thanks!

Crispy and delicious, with moderate spiciness. If you love spicy food, you can't miss it! Soft and delicious, with just the right amount of seasoning. Perfect balance of sweet, sour and spicy! The waiter service is very good.

Ordered on DoorDash and food was excellent. We enjoyed the mapo tofu, stir fry cabbage, salt & pepper wings, and stir fry lamb. Everything was spicy as expected. I forgot to ask for rice, so make sure to order some, or make it at home if you’re ordering delivery!

Legit the best Sichuan I’ve had in Southern California. We’ve been looking for a place for years, and nothing has been quite right. This place is a blast of flavor, and they’re SO NICE. We got a free dessert with our meal, and the menu has lots of photos to see what you’re getting. 11/10 recommend.

If you are looking for an authentic Sichuan Chinese food, this is the place for you! This is the only restaurant that has all of the traditional Chinese food I used to eat back in the motherland. 10 out of 10!!

The customer service was great! The host was so welcoming and helpful in recommending some good dishes. I highly recommend the pork bao bun and mixed noodles with beef, chicken, and shrimp! The food tasted great and felt like good quality authentic Chinese food 😁

Finally found the authentic braised beef noodle soup that I've been looking for 10+ years. Other dishes are great, too.

Quiet atmosphere with authentic Sichuan food. Tried their egg drop soup, dumplings, and dan dan noodles and everything was fresh and delicious. Price is reasonable and service was friendly. We arrived early before opening and the owner immediately started preparing our food before the cashier even showed up to take orders. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

The first time I came to this "Grandma's Cabbage and Shrimp", I fell in love with it! The shrimp is tender and chewy, and the cabbage absorbs enough soup, with a refreshing and delicious taste. It really feels like grandma cooking at home~ The service in the store is also very good. The waiter is very patient and will take the initiative to help introduce the dishes. The attitude is also very friendly. The environment is clean and tidy, the lighting is soft, and the seats are not crowded. Parking is also convenient, and the overall experience is great! I will come again to try other dishes, highly recommended

I came to eat at the restaurant recommended by my friend with my family. It tastes good, and it's very convenient to park in this place. It's worth going. When we came, we saw a lot of takeaways.

The online order was a delightful experience, and the food was truly excellent. The spicy chicken, Mongolian beef, cumin spicy pork ribs, and vegetable fried rice were all wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and certainly plan to return.

I would’ve give a 5 star for the food but not very happy with the service. I went in at a not very busy post lunch time and sat down. All the people inside seat ordered before me. While I was patiently waiting for my orders, there’s another couple came in and sat down, apparently to be friends of the waitress. Waitress were talking and chatting nonstop with them and must’ve moved the couple’s order before mine. The couple got all their order before me and I was staring at the waitress for sitting over 20 mins there with nothing. She was trying to tell me, oh your orders are different than theirs that’s why it’s taking longer. Nah uh, I’m not buying it. Was feeling very unsatisfied with the treatment cause I was there first. Food (beef and eel)was great but mood was ruined.

This is my first time coming here, the service was good, they check the table but never refill my water except we asking for it, there’s a lot of spicy food on the table. And I really like spicy crispy tofu, that’s lovely amazing and the texture 😊 so good. the cumin was not meaty, only have a lot of chili and pepper, you still can count the meat, I mean I love Szechuan food but only in this restaurant they give the meat just a few and little portion but so pricey. A lot of Szechuan restaurant, it’s just $18 but the meat a lot they put,big portion and not too much spice ingredients. And the fish head just small and pricey also, even just head but still little bit portion for that price.

The taste is not bad but the portion is smaller compared to typical Sichuan restaurants. We had dinner at 7 PM, but the food still had to be reheated before serving — and it was still undercooked.

I frequently eat sichuan food in SGV and OC areas. I happened to be driving by Chino and found Sichuan Spicy Factory through an online search. I was craving the rattan pepper fish so I ordered it for takeout. This dish was the most numbing rattan pepper fish I have ever had. I could not feel my lips - it felt like I received an injection to prepare me for surgery. I found the culprit - apparently 3 branches of the rattan peppercorn was used (approximately 100 pieces, I counted)... I don't recall ever seeing this much in this dish at other restaurants. The fish itself was good and I received a good amount, but the fish used had been battered & fried. I was not a fan of the batter, as it made the dish mushier. The flavor and salt levels were good, no complaints there. Overall, it hit the spot but I would not order this dish again due to the extreme numbing and fish coating/batter. The dish also leaked inside the plastic bag even though it was upright the whole time, and a little oil got on my car floor. I would recommend double bagging.
