This establishment is a small establishment and can be quite dingy at times the waitresses have been friendly enough except for one of the managers who seems to have an attitude with frequent people that come in there and the youngsters that are behind the register always have a smile on their face but I think it's in a mockery tone although I could be mistaken which is when you go in here it don't expect a bunch of friendly helpful people just expect people doing their job and to get blunt straightforward conversation or replies very short though and not a friendly tone to him not an angry tone just not the regular customer service type of people so don't expect a lot of highs and smiles and stuff when you walk in here but the food will be done for you and they messed up on two of orders and didn't give us our fries and burned us so two times plus another you know the proofs in the pudding and right now the pudding is okay not good not great but okay

I work for amzon delivery and i have just 30 minutes for lunch they give me me one taco in 30 minutes that’s realy sucks

I ordered loaded beef nachos, got home and you guys didn't put any meat. Then you guys refuse to answer your phone. My sons in the hospital and I was hoping to get a good meal in while I can. What a lovely day. Luckily I got some tacos too, But honestly the meat didn't even taste like usual taco bell, it had way less seasoning. Corporate needs to come check this place out and give me my refund.

I’m just having a hard time believing that this Taco Bell is the only one with no customers while the surrounding Taco Bell‘s are packed and over a 30 minute wait. Anybody with any kind of common sense will realize that the staff purposely closes down the windows shut it all down so when you drive up it looks like it’s closed. It sucks that the employees are running this Taco Bell poor management or maybe you don’t care.

Did an order online. Didn’t get any red sauce or chipotle sauce. food was cold. Just horrible. And ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and it looked like some different kind of meat like steak was on it. I am HIGHLY disappointed. Everyone in there looked like kids. Didn’t see a manager around. Unprofessional.

Went in for lunch time. The doors were all locked had to knock on the window when the employees finally let us in. They have a dinning room opened sign and store hrs from 9am-12am yet all the doors were closed. Once we were let in the employees were very rude and telling us that the dinning room was closed. We ordered our food and someone else came by the door so we let them in and we found out it was another employee who also proceeded to be rude and let us know the dinning room is closed as once wasn’t enough and they had signs indicating otherwise. Manager/ owner needs to better train and care for their store since the employees don’t seem to want to be there doing their job and serving customers they rather close the doors and pretend they aren’t open.

I just went thru drive thru all 6 of my crunchy tacos were all broken from the bottom so as soon as u pick them up everything fell I understand one maybe two but all of them plus they didn’t even give me my receipt no napkins and still have an attitude when I asked to bag my burritos in a separate bag good job Taco Bell oh and there weren’t any cars behind me either so no reason to be treating people rudely

This isn’t my usual Taco Bell but it was convenient as it’s right off the freeway in the direction of my home. We stopped here to get my son a freeze with his combo. The drive thru Cashier told me they do not serve Freezes at this location. Which I found odd cause it’s on their menu (see photo). As I placed my order I noticed the prices on the order screen were higher than the listed menu prices. When I asked the cashier she had no explanation. Just offered to cancel the order if I had concerns. I proceeded with the order. When I got to the window and was given my bags sealed with stickers, I asked is this everything. The cashier went to another employee who came to the window and politely said “I made sure everything is in there”. That was not the case when I opened the bags there was 2 missing items. I tried calling a couple time and no answer. The employees seem nice but it’s the restaurants responsibility to make sure these don’t happen. So not only was I over charged but I was shorted on my order. Thanks but won’t use your location again.

I just when to this store, and I'm honestly very disappointed with the portion of my nacho fries!! They gave me all my order in one bag and I didn't check till I was home and my fries where literally like halfway not even 3/4 of the box just like half and they where cold, definitely not fresh at all !!

This one is the worst. It took forever to get our order. And we were giving half of the cup of fries in our order. And to top it off they were cold hard and tasted old. When we asked for a full order the worker said " that's how they come" and just looked away.

It was absolutely horrifying & disgusting...the Crunch Wrap was flat with old lettuce...the cheesy gordita crunch taco shell was in pieces before I even took it out the wrapper...and the double Chalupa was extra watery & soggy...I want a refund or a gift card for me inconvenience.
