Been coming to this location for a while , and all I can say is thank you to all the hard working staff. Working in any kind of customer service job can take a lot of you but no matter which day I go into this shop I’m always greeted with a smile or acknowledged when it’s busy . I’m truly grateful to the kind staff at this location . Special S/ O to Rob who always brings the best vibes and the heat ( pun intended) cause wings .

Been coming to this location for a while , and all I can say is thank you to all the hard working staff. Working in any kind of customer service job can take a lot of you but no matter which day I go into this shop I’m always greeted with a smile or acknowledged when it’s busy . I’m truly grateful to the kind staff at this location . Special S/ O to Rob who always brings the best vibes and the heat ( pun intended) cause wings .
Stopped by with my son for 70¢ wings on Monday (also available on Tuesdays), which is a great deal. This only applies to boneless wings. We got the garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, and BBQ boneless wings. We also added the Louisiana Voodoo Fries (cheese sauce, ranch, and their signature Cajun seasonings). The food was hot and fresh, it was all good (especially the fries), and the service was excellent. There are a couple of other locations that we have visited (West Covia, Covina, and Glendora) where the service was not as good. The people here were super helpful and actually friendly, which I truly appreciated. I rated the atmosphere a three because there were no trash cans inside so there were several tables in the dining area where people had left their big paper bags filled with trash and they hadn't been cleared out (not shown in my photo). Other than that, the area was still clean enough.

Phoned in an order, to my surprise it was a call center. So whoever took my order wasnt even there for what I had requested. Gentleman working on 4/2 at 12pm took initiative and resolved my issue, I didn’t get his name. But he knows who I am based on review.
This place is usually 50/50 It's the closest to my house so I eat at this one alot. I have had issues in the past w getting my order wrong so I check my bag before I leave always but I have to say they're was only 2-3 workers from what I saw tonight fri,Sept. 8th around 9 o'clock and they were obviously very tired but very productive, a guy and a girl. Guy was running register was very respectful. Probably the fastest I ever got my order from here and nothing was missing

Not trying to scam you out of food just trying to get the food that I paid for. Another time, an order was placed later during the night and wings were missing from a combo I ordered. Called about the combo and only the wings were getting replaced, understandable yet the combo was ruined and it was too close to closing for me to go back that day. Don't make your customers feel like criminals when you don't confirm that the order is complete.

They were clearly busy, which is not the workers fault, but the complete lack of customer service is absolutely their fault. No one was working the counter. One of them would help the next customer, say 'your order is next or they're working on it' then walk away. Didn't help the next person in line. I had to ask twice for my order, which apparently they didn't start until after I was already in the store!! No apology for the wait, no thank you for your patience, nothing! Luckily there was a bench to wait on because all of the tables were full of trash. Just a really negative experience.

Very disappointed coming to this location. My put an online order in at 9:40pm and didn’t get my order till 10:40pm. While I’m sitting in the lobby watching the Wingstop workers laughing and fooling around. Very unprofessional. Not only that, I got home and my order was wrong… like come on guys, get it together. This is embarrassing! Never again coming to this location
Ordered 1 online order today reaching the $100, ordered online to be ready at 4:30 , I was there exactly 4:25 and got out at 5:12 with my order, got home and start “eating “ No flavor at all ordered the Buffalo they tasted just like pure salt , also I didn’t receive mango habanero and instead of our veggie sticks they gave us “brownies” fries were so soggy and tasted old … Pure trash. I regret spending money on food that we didn’t even enjoyed, all of it went Literally to the trash..
Went in to store said theyre closed at 11:45pm. Please dont say you close at 12:00am. False advertisement. If are planning on closing early. Change your store hours.
So I ordered 30 wings, and I arrived to pick them up. I see 2 bags on the pickup rack. One looked as if they had a handful of sauce when they packaged the wings. Sure enough, it was my order. The clerk proceeded to hand me the bag, and I asked if I could get a clean bag. He tells me that the wings fell when he put them in the bag and proceeded to remove the containers. When he does, the containers are full of sauce and proceed to clean the containers. It was evident the wings fell out of the containers and were placed back in. I told him I did not want the wings and left. I guess it was a good thing that the employee was sloppy. otherwise, I would have been given wings that had fallen. If an employee is that open with his uncleanness, what else is he doing.
Cancelled my pickup order bc I was supposed to make it a delivery, waited 3 weeks for my refund. Never got it! The manager Joshua said he told his district manager to do the refund so I should be getting it within 3-5 days, NEVER GOT IT! but it’s okay bc the guys working gave me free food plus more for my bf to make up for it,… they probably knew I was never gonna get my refund so they decided to give hella free food

Wish I could leave a negative star review waited 30 minutes in store just be be ignored and was the only one in line , just for them to tell me they can’t take my in store order when I finally get acknowledged because the manager was not there she couldn’t type my order into the register. Her excuse was that there was a big order which I have no issue waiting but seriously refusing to take my order but ringing up sauces for online orders is actually crazy , lazy workers and should not be working there. God forbid you have to work while at work, by the way she said if I ordered online she can make my order so what’s the difference of making me wait and telling me that 30 mins later I could’ve been ordered my wings. 1st I walk into the restaurant to pick up my online order and it’s so messy and trashy. Food all over the floor in the kitchen the staff was just messing around don’t care to clean up walking all over everything. There station was so clutter with trash it was disgusting. If I didn’t pay for my food online I would have just walk out. Horrible horrible experience here. They need a manager on them. I hope management looks back into the cameras and see how dirty and unprofessional they where today 2/17 @8pm
