An old-fashioned workshop lovingly run by Gianfranco and his wife. I stopped by to see a Royal Enfield in person and came out on a gorgeous Voge 525ACX. The expertise and passion of Cafè Racer and the entire team immediately captivated me. Gianfranco gave me a really good price on the 525, including the first service, a cell phone holder, and even a full tank of gas. They also proved very helpful when I fell off a stationary bike, and they immediately repaired the brake and gear lever with great skill and professionalism. As if that weren't enough, they're also very knowledgeable about Moto Guzzis. I also have a V85TT, and they're helping me with that too, for service, etc., and it's important with Guzzis to be able to count on a competent mechanic and not just a salesman like so many others. Top! 5 well-deserved stars!

I've been a customer of theirs for over 6/7 years, I think, with various motorcycles and scooters, and they've always treated me very well, no matter what the problem. On July 24th, I purchased a Voge SR1 125 from their dealership for my son....Aside from the excellent assistance, they valued my used 125 Piaggio super well and with extreme transparency and honesty!!! Lately, I've been having "problems" with the front shock absorbers on my Honda Integra 750. I wanted to replace them...but they, with their "usual" professionalism, recommended a softer step, namely replacing the oil. The existing one had deteriorated abnormally. Basically, for a negligible expense, they completely solved the bottoming-out and road holding problem. So, the dealership and workshop are highly recommended, even if you don't own motorcycles/scooters sold by them and of different brands...

I decided to replace my Triumph 800 Tiger with turn signals and add headlights. I studied the lighting project with them regarding the materials. I brought the bike and checked with them how to do it, and they proved to be competitive and very kind. Experts. I absolutely recommend them!

I dealt with them for a scooter and then asked them to contact me for a black Voge 900ds900x. They fixed the scooter for me a bit roughly with a sort of invoice where they don't list the prices of the various parts and jobs. Since February I have asked to be contacted to see and possibly purchase a Voge ds900x but after various excuses for reasons to date nothing. I purchased La Voge in Chieri and from my point of view I didn't like them. I'll make a point about the lady who is welcoming and helpful.

Terrible experience. Poor customer service. I brought the bike in at the beginning of June, they held it for a week, then told me they didn't have a tool to do it, and told me to come get it. I went and picked it up. They told me they'd ordered the tool, so I left. I returned a week later to check on the situation. Nothing. I returned a third time, and after more than two weeks, the tool was on its way. A month went by... nothing... I looked for the tool online: shipping took 2-3 days. I wanted to bring it to them myself, but I realized they weren't interested in a new customer. I preferred to try elsewhere. Honestly, I felt cheated. I won't be going back.
