The Manager Chris went above and beyond to make sure I had everything in my order, he also assisted with taking my large order to my car. An even though my son split a drink in the walkway he did not hesitate to have it cleaned up and wasn’t even upset about it. The bartender was also super helpful and pleasant to be around while I waited for my food. 10 out of 10 recommended 🥳

After receiving a bad experience next door at BJ's and leaving, we came here to celebrate Mother's Day with my wife. It made our night better with the great service we received from our server, Maddison. Withing 5 minutes she came greeted us and took our drink orders. We didn't have to wait 20 minutes like at the other place where no one came. Besides the bacon being a little on the extra toasted side, slight burnt taste but crispy. She was very attentive and took my empty cup for a refill within a minute, which at the very least takes a couple of minutes. Will definitely be coming here, thanks to her.

As a thriller and romance author, I always enjoy stopping by Buffalo Wild Wings when I want a lively sports bar atmosphere and good food. This location has a big bar seating area that creates a high-energy sports bar feel. With screens everywhere and a steady crowd, it’s a fun place to relax, watch a game, and enjoy a meal. One thing I like about Buffalo Wild Wings is that you can customize your order a bit. Sometimes I order all flats instead of the traditional wing mix if I don’t want drumsticks, which is a neat option if you know the trick. I also often get the Ultimate Nachos as an appetizer, although there’s so much food it usually ends up being my full meal. The staff has always been friendly and efficient, even when the restaurant is busy, which it often is. Parking around the mall is plentiful, making it easy to stop by. Overall it’s a great spot for wings, sports, and a lively atmosphere.

Not worth the price. Boneless wings were over cooked and not much sauce. Bone in wings were small and only drumsticks. Should have been way better for the price you charge! Being a late order is not excuse I'm a chef!

I've been going here for years and over time quality has dropped in both food and service. Many times lately when I order wings they don't come completely covered in sauce, sometimes barely touched. My last visit made me question if I will return. I went and told them first off that I wanted to use my rewards points for my order. The server didn't know how to do that so they asked the manager. He said I could. At the end of my meal, my server didn't know how to redeem them for my meal and after more confusion than necessary, I ended up paying full price. This just showed that the employees aren't trained properly and the cooks don't have good quality control. The restaurant was clean but I got there when they opened the doors so I was first in so it couldn't have been dirty from the day. Also, considering I got there early and there was no line it took a while to get my food. All in all, what I thought would be a fast and free lunch (due to saving my BWW app points) turned into over an hour and full price. If BWW wants to continue being a good business they need better server training and quality control.

The food is good. But service tends to suck. They were also out of a bunch of alcoholic drink options, and they must have been out of pretzel bites because I ordered them twice and they never came, but the waitress was paying so little attention to her tables that she never checked on us or noticed we didn’t get them and they were on the bill, so I had to call her back after getting the check to remove the charge for them.

Definitely, the wings are outstanding. It was very crunchy and moist on the inside. That is a plus.. last time I had something like that was at the anchor bar in Buffalo, NY. Great job on that. Service was a little slow. The atmosphere, well, just turn the music a little bit down. It was waaayyy too loud.

It was a busy night Monday Night Football. We had to wait 20 25 minutes for a table Another 20 minutes to order our drinks. 20 minutes for our drinks and to take our food order. It's now half time and finally we got our food. It was okay, but our server was overwhelmed and late on returning to our table. FYI the wings were awful, dry and the sauce was like the bottom of the pan.. We had the pick 6 for $19.00. Overall it was ok.

Honestly the wings are generally over cooked with too much breading and the sauce just tastes salty with no other flavor. It’s a chain so I guess you kinda know what you’re in for but to be honest I don’t know why people come here for anything other than to drink and watch sports. We've been coming to BWW (H St. & Broadway) and in other locations and the service is getting worse. We came in around noon, not busy with less than 10 customers. First, no one in the front to greet you and take you in. Because there was no one at the front, we had to wait until a waitress could welcome us in. Secondly, the menu: BWW changed their menus from physical to digital. Not all customers want digital menus because the menu text is too small to read, or they may have a question if you are a first-time diner. You have to enter a lot of card information to the point that it takes 10 minutes for you to go through the menu before getting a glass of water or their attention. So, actually, where is the service? Do i still need to tip?Thirdly, the food: the chicken wings are getting smaller, boneless, or not. There is nothing special about the food, it's like eating at fast food. People come to dine-in for the atmosphere, service, and unique food. So, if you want to use online ordering, stay in your house and get delivery. If you want to dine in with the same quality food, go to Popeyes or Chick-fil-A.

The food was fine, but the service was terrible, the restaurant was filthy, and they didn't know how to process business credit cards. Service was very slow, even with the restaurant not being busy. The waiter didn't seem to know how to take an order, I had to prompt him and give him guidance several times. The male bathroom smelled terrible and was covered in urine and feces. The towel dispenser didn't work and has been vandalized. I tried to pay with a business credit card and was told the first run was declined due to insufficient funds, and the second time it was declined with the reason of "voice authorization required." After paying with a different card, I contacted my bank, and they told me that nothing was wrong, and the restaurant processed the card wrong. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Upon arriving we were checked in told the waiting was 15-20 min when there were plenty of tables available. At least 15 tables were empty. Asked if we can be seated since they are empty but host said no servers were available. Decided to wait.We got seated within 15 min the table wasn’t wiped. The waiter was good. We ordered a traditional 10 piece wing on DoorDash and fries. The order arrived in a very timely manner. But the wings were beyond disappointing. Very hard and dry, extremely small and barely edible except for a couple flats. The fries didn’t even have salt or pepper. They were cold and stale as well. BWW used to be amazing but we won’t eat BWW again after this experience. Epic wings is way better especially for the high prices at BWW. More expensive now, lower quality, not worth it.

I celebrate my bday every single time at Buffalo wild wings, this will sadly be my last time. I arrived at a full Buffalo wild wings and left with an almost empty place by the time I got my food. They took forever to clean the table we were going to sit on, and gave us food individually almost 20min apart with me being the last for a table of 12 people and 2 people left before they could be served (this was before the table was ready so it was no problem, so I thought). By the time It was my time to eat all my friends were gone, they took 40min to even give me drinks. The waiter said I may get a discount or something which i did not, even if the food was free, it would have been a bad experience. This use to be my go to place, now it's my never again place. The food is as decent as ever so that's the only good side but everything about the experience is worse than ever. This is my first time eating at this restaurant and will be my last. It took them more than 30 minutes for our food to bring to the table. The chicken was too hard and dried. Not good service at all. We did half of the service ourself by ordering through the app. When I left, I selected 15% tips to the waitress due to making us wait too long for foods otherwise it will be 20%. But somehow their system switch to 18% tips, which I felt violated of my choice. I will never come back to this place.

The most overcooked wings I've ever had. The customer service was whatever. We went when it was pretty empty, and they took about 20 minutes to bring our drinks. When using the card payment system they change the tip you give, I mentioned this to the server on my receipt, he changed it back and gave me another receipt with the tip corrected but my card was charged the amount with the higher tip either way. Black guy with dreads, his tone and attitude changed when I corrected the first tip. Why? Respect people choices.

1 star for this place is too high. I use to love Bdubs but I think this was my last time making an appearance. I came for lunch and the place was not busy but the host wasn’t at the front. I waited and I waited. After about 5 minutes the manager came and seated me. My order was taken in a reasonable time, however the majority of my wings were fried hard. I was hungry and figure I wouldn’t make a fuse and deal with it. No one never came to check on me. I left one wing on the plate to show my server, but I didn’t get a chance to b/c once I left to use the restroom they cleared off the table. Waiter came with the billed at a reasonable time and I ask for a military discount and he said we don’t do that on lunch menu. I said well that’s a first but ok. I have never heard that before after years of coming but whatever. They ended up charging my card from another table and my table, but had let me know about the mistake. The same mistake happened last time I came to BWW.. I’m done and never ever coming back.. Do yourself a favor and cook for yourself! These places are getting horrible..

Horrible customer service ! First of all , they took forever to greet us at the entrance, when they finally did, they said I couldnt take my (doona) stroller with me , i had to either put it in the car or they can put it somewhere beside the restaurant , my baby was asleep so they wanted me to take him out and carry him to eat wings! I have been to this place several times and different locations and never had an issue like this, when we asked to speak to the manager , he came out half way and didnt speak to us , bit finally they told us we can take the stroller with us and gave us a table, food took a long time to come out but no complaint it was good , restaurant was NOT busy at all ( a lot of people walked away after waiting long time at entrance to be greeted and seated). As a frequent flyer with bdubs and over 40k points with them (many more over time as redeemed points) by far hands down this one takes the cake as in, no one will seat you or greet you for the first 5 minutes walking through the door. Then you get somewhat greeted and sit down at a table. 15 minutes later, after watching about 7 staff members in black shirts walk out of the back stand around, and walk back from where they came from (multiple times) to get up and leave because no one came to the table, didn't even get a glance our way. Disgraceful. We are talking about empty seats everywhere, so it wasn't crowded.

If I could give this place zero starts I would!! The host was very nice! But other than that nothing else was good. Our server wasn’t attentive at all and had us waiting for 10 minutes to order. Other guests were complaining as well that should have been our sign to leave. Also, they have the option to pay to play songs and we paid to skip whatever songs were ahead and a worker who had paid previously but we weren’t aware came out of nowhere with this attitude like we did something wrong. A Mexican manager came out and swore he was going to refund my entire order because we had to come in 3 times because our order was wrong. HE LIED! I never received anything back. It seems like they are short staffed so they will hire anybody to do the job! Horrible! Wings were nasty and cold by the time we got home I threw them away.

I've given this place chance after chance because it close by, but I will be driving further for better food. Everytime I get food from here my wings barely have sauce even when I ask for extra wet. One of my friends tried the Blazing Wing Challenge and completed it under 5 minutes to get the wings for FREE(according to their official rules on the waiver) But the management twisted their words and never got the wings for free. The food tasted alright but horrible management. Will never step into this restaurant ever again.

My wife and I went for a lunch/happy hour date. From the beginning, the vibes were off. It took around ten minutes for our server (Lolita) to even acknowledge us. Once we were acknowledged, little did we know that would be the last time we would see her again, other than getting our food and our check. We tried to get her attention a couple of times, but either she chose to ignore us or was oblivious to her surroundings. We ordered wings, mozzarella sticks, street tacos, loaded ice cream, a beer and an ice tea. Unfortunately we never got our loaded ice cream and I never got to order another beer or 2. Overall we were pretty disappointed in our service and you missed out on a couples extra $$$.

Poor experience :( the food was barely subpar... it was cold too. We had missing items from our order, and everything was packed dirty and sticky...

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, leading to significant delays in getting our food. There was no active manager present, and the only excuse offered was that a cook had walked out. No one took responsibility for the chaotic service or lack of professionalism, and it was disheartening to see a visibly pregnant employee, working without a break, struggling to keep up due to poor management. The lack of accountability and organization was obvious, making it clear that the staff were poorly supported and mismanaged.

Worst service ever. After we wanted a table that had to be cleaned (Lord forbid you actually do your job) we were then attacked by the serving asking us if we were making fun of the hostess because we were “making faces.” The nerve of this waitress is crazy. Like how old are we? I’ve never seen anything like it. She thinks she’s a lot hotter than she is, like calm down girl. Also a total lie that they were out of nearly all beers on tap. We were trying to enjoy some wings and beers after work and this ruined it. We will not be back. Very bad location. If you want wings and beer go somewhere else.

We waited around 20 minutes and no one came, not even to ask for our drinks but that wasn't the issue, the issue was that people who got there after us were being helped first, I'm not planning to come back, there's other places with better food and better customer service, also the woman greeting at the door was weird 👎

Will NEVER come back. Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Then took another 30 before I could order my food followed by 45 minutes to get food ordered a drink and paid for and never received it My server Jose and other servers were at a nearby table being loud and very unprofessional Had to flag down server multiple times 7/8 dirty tables for over an hour Sat me at a dirty table Didn’t get proper help until someone was shadowing him.. Came here last evening with a large group to try the unlimited bonless wings. We got seated in the outdoor patio which is fine but we totally got neglected out there. Took forever to get our first order in, then 45 mins later finally got asked for our second round then took forever to get those wings and no one ever came back after that point. We waited about and hour after asking for the tab so we could just leave, we wanted more wings too but the wait was just not even worth it anymore. We eventually all had to walk over to the front register to see what was going on so we could finally bill. We were there from 6:15pm to 8:49pm only to get 16 wings. Definitely not worth it.

This place their server need to pay attention on taking orders wrong and charge us extra item we didn't even order ..I should check first their reviews 3.8 stars before coming here..not recommended food and service

Placed an order 9/16 740pm online on our way to the location.When we completed the order, it stated that the wait time be ready by 850pm. We went inside to see if it was really going to take that long. The lady upfront was not helpful at all and relied with an answer of "I don't know" and left our conversation to help another customer. The location was NOT busy at all. Poor customer service all around.

We came in around lunch time and can obviously tell it was busy cause there was a few games going on. We got seated and had about three servers walk past our table without a greeting. Again, we understood it was busy so we didn’t make a big deal out of it. About 30 minutes passed and still without a greeting but at that point we didn’t care anymore. We wanted to at least just put in our food order. We did not know who our server was so we asked the hostess if she can let them know we’re ready to order. We see her walk up to the server (guy with a pony tail) to let him know and his reaction was truly surprising. He looks at her, looks our way, laughs, shakes his head and shrugs his shoulders and turns back around. Completely dismisses her. We witnessed the whole interaction and felt so bad for the hostess. We decided to just leave after that. We understood it was busy, which is why we never complained about the wait, along with not getting greeted in the 30 minutes we sat there. All we wanted was to let whoever our server was know that we’re ready to order. Nothing warranted such a disrespectful response. Truly disgusting display of behavior towards the hostess and to us. The hostess apologized to us multiple times I told her it’s not her fault and appreciate her understanding. Shoutout to her for handling the situation professionally. I hope the sever has a better week.

Horrible experience one too many times. We have been long life fans of Buffalo Wild Wings, until recently we have been going to another location because the service here is more than horrible. We always leave unhappy in more than one way. The manager Daniel is absolutely the worst, he is the major cause of how bad this establishment is doing. He does not care about the client. We have had 3 situations where we ordered delivery, and the restaurant sent the wrong items, even though the receipt had the correct information and constantly, every time, blamed the driver for not “opening” our order to check if all the items were correct. Specially during these times where Covid is on full blast, how can he expect the driver to break the safety seal on our food exposing us to contagion, when it is the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure that the items we have payed for are included. All 3 times we called to clear up the misunderstanding and every single time we struggled to get our money back, due to him not accepting his error and blaming the driver. He is completely unprofessional and quite frankly I have no idea what Buffalo Wild Wings is doing putting him to manage an establishment with such a big name and responsibility. I will never return to this establishment, and it is a shame that one of our family favorite restaurants has gone down to such a low level of professionalism all around.

I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Like I'll order something with my husband and they forget something or the order that we just ordered is cold I would literally there early. I really used to enjoy the buffalo chicken salad twice. I ordered it like I said, giving it the benefit of the doubt they gave me the ends of chicken tenders, not any chicken tendthe ends. They forget our sides all the time, whether it be french fries or onion rings or the Kurds. Every time we order them, they forget them. It makes me sad because we want something different to eat in Chula Vista. If you want to talk or shop, you can find that. This time, they forgot our onion rings on both of our entrees. Honestly, this was the last straw. Sadly, that was the last time I will be going back.

Most judgy place I've ever been. Been to multiple BDubs spots and this one is the worst.

So me and my friend walked in to get food and there was no host or anyone to help us at the stand for like 10 minutes then we went to go towards the bar to find help then they ignored us at first showed no interest in wanting to help us. Had to go up to someone to ask and pretty much told us they were short staffed and that we had to wait in a rude way. Pretty much making us seem like if we don’t like it we have to go somewhere type of answer. I get some days are short staff because I work in the industry, but the way they answered it and made us feel like we were causing stress to them or bothering them definitely created a bad impression and experience. Then when I started to stand my ground they tried putting us at this short top that had stuff all over it and said that’s all we have and you’re gonna have to wait. The host and bartender gave us attitude so we walked away. Half of the tables in the store had food plates and trays piled to the top and nobody wanted to clean at least one table because they were waiting for a server that has been there but didn’t know where they were at. So multiple times now we just were pushed off to the side. Host was a lady with a tattoo on her right arm and she was shorter and the bartender was a younger guy with a beard with tattoos on his upper arms. Just in case y'all are wondering. Very upset and very disappointed will not be coming back and I will be telling other people about this location. Flat out disrespectful.

Ordered online for pick up a 5pc tenders with Buffalo medium with chips & salsa. Arrived 10 mins after ordering which was early and at the time the restaurant was mostly empty with maybe 5 tables with guests and I didn't mind waiting a bit longer. I was acknowledged right away and was told that they would check on my order. After about 5 mins the hostess came out saying they were waiting on my tenders. Again I said that's fine and waited a bit longer. After over 35 mins of waiting we decided to ask for the order to be canceled and requested a refund. Manager came up and agreed as they stated tenders don't usually take that long. As he was processing the refund the order finally came out at which point it was offered for free as they were offering the refund still. We left the restaurant pretty upset and went home. Once we arrived home the tenders had no sauce and the chips and salsa were missing the salsa. I realize I could've checked at the restaurant but all on all a very bad experience

Went in for an afternoon beer. Sat down, with three waitresses on the floor nobody came to my table for about twelve minutes. It wasn't like it was fight night and it was extremely busy. There was also about a 5 minute span, where there was no waitresses on the floor. I got up and told the manager and he was like, okay, bye. Service here has gotten worse over the years.

The waitress took more than 20 minutes to take my order when there was only two people sitting in the bar area in one table in the bar area, had people in it. The waitress was chitchatting with other waitresses. After she took my order, she had a really bad attitude when she came back she had to order wrong. I order wings and she brought me boneless wings. I have been going to this Buffalo wings for 20 years and after that incident, I will no longer be going to that location. To be a specific, this is the Buffalo wild wings in Chula Vista.

This place would have much more potential if it wasn’t for the horrible service. Majority of the time spent was spent waiting. Waiting forever to get our order in, having to wave our server down to tell her she got our order wrong. While we were trying to flag her down again to get our box to go another table was getting up to ask another server for the check and she told them to wait for Karina. We had enough and had to get out of our table to request our check and the server came back saying she was taking long because she was fixing our check when we were watching her wait on other tables at the opposite end of the restaurant.

Literally only go here for the sports. Otherwise, it’s horrible. Service is horrible & so slow. Specifically, by Candy. Food is mediocre. The only time we got any good service is when a manager came over to bring us our drinks. I believe he was manager, I wish I would have gotten him name to give him credit because he was the only good thing about our experience there.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would lol. My bf and I got there and got seated in a booth, the hostess told us SALMA would be our server and would be with us soon. We take out time looking in the menu as 20 minutes have now gone by and the 2 servers in the section (BREVI AND SALMA) kept walking n past us looking at us with no drinks at least and would turn and walk away, ignoring us, and helping the other tables behind and in front of us. 2 more minutes go by and Salma asks us if we’ve been helped and at that point my bf and I just ordered online so we said we were good and ordered online since both ladies ignored us, SALMA then blamed BREVI and said she was our server and servers are picky about their section and dont want others helping, mind you salma was helping the table behind us? It was very unfortunate as we were looking forward to enjoying the games and the most popular place to do this has servers who ignore the customers, lie and blame eachother for it.

Honestly dont like this place but I got a gift card and of course it failed haha, ranch was spilled all over my food, my drink was no where to be found but I obviously got charged for it, my food was so cold, and the ice cream was melted by the time it got to me lol never again, anyone want the rest of the balance on my gift card? From the moment we stepped in it was awful. The table was so dirty it was sticky. I thought it was a mistake, even though I was clearly led to it, I didn't just sit down on my own. There was a Padres game on, I figured they were just busy and it was an oversight. Our server was busy with other customers. She acknowledged us and said she would be back but decided to take the orders from customers who arrived well after us. It took at least 10 minutes for our order to be taken. I asked for a specialty drink, some kind of mint soda. The drink I was given, the rim was decorated with tajin, it was just sweet and flat. I couldn't drink it, it was so sweet I wanted to throw up. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get the attention of the server in order to return it. My boyfriend ordered iced tea, they gave him a glass with no ice! She came back with a cup with ice for the ice tea. When he ordered he specifically asked for lemon, he had to get up and walk over to the bar to get his own lemon. There was no sweetener at the table either, he had to ask for it. She did bring that eventually. It took 30 minutes to get 10 wings. I ordered a barbecue chicken salad that took at least 10 minutes longer to bring. It had what looked like two small chicken pattie breasts that you buy from Costco but smaller, half an old tomato cut on the side (you could tell how old it was because the skin was wrinkly), wilted romaine lettuce, some shredded carrots, a handful of bacon bits and maybe one or two tablespoons of ranch dressing. It was exactly this because I was so shocked I went through that plate with my spoon 3 times. It tasted as bad as it looked. I didn't care because I wasn't planning on bringing it home and I'm definitely not going to that restaurant ever again. If you have ever listened to advice from a reviewer before, please avoid this place, there is NOTHING good about it. The place is dirty from the tables to the floor (and the bathrooms), the food is awful and the staff is lacking to say the least. Usually I would say they were busy or try to empathize but to serve iced tea with no ice and actually make someone get up to get the lemon they requested, plus she never once came to check if we needed anything. That's a no for me.

Never had their wings before. Not sure if its supposed to be like this. Ordered the value bundle for delivery. Chicken was way overcooked. It was as if we got the batch that was in the bottom of the fryer. It was like eating dried fish. Fries were the same. Lemon pepper dry rub - barely seasoned Parmesan Garlic - too salty Honey BBQ - decent Mango habenero - flavor is good but warning. Its hot!

Place is cold, so bring a jacket, and be prepared to be greeted by no one and when finally some realizes yoir there in our case was a girl named Fara, don’t expect a HI or a welcome just say you want to ear there and expect no expression from Fara just assumed you need to follow her to where she seats you. In my case was the super tall chairs and tables for someone who had surgery not to long ago those chairs are not the best. Our server had an awesome attitude Thank you Tyler! You did what you could with what you had. Sadly i couldn’t eat my boneless wings:( they where cold and super hard. My cocktail had more syrup than anything:/ It was a boomer because i was craving wings. I guess this is not a good option.
