For the price I was expecting a bit more food but it was pretty good. Green salsa was a bit chunky so 1 is not enough to cover all the fries. Red salsa was just enough.

You can always call in at lunch time and place a phone order for pick up. Friendly customer service. Horchata and Jamaica drinks are fresh. The Salsa bar is fresh too!

Came here for lunch with my resident, and I usually love the food and the service. I ONLY ever order the “Bitchin Cali” and today I was served their ‘Surf & Turf’. When I went to the register to explain that they got my order wrong, the cashier proceeded to argue with me saying that she never gets an order wrong. Girl bye and give my burrito! 🙄 Once I did, I was doing my happy dance! 💃🏾

Tbh the carne asada has the taste and texture of a meat that was cooked at least two times before service. Salsa is like water with peppers no taste at all. People seem to be enjoying the atmosphere here. Not me I came for the food and it sucked. I should have gone the te church chicken next door..

I have been coming here for well over ten years. This place used to be the spot! Now, it’s hit or miss. I would hands down NOT recommend their carne asada fries. They add nacho cheese and beans to it.. not worth the nearly $20 they charge. Today I brought my son to get a bean burrito, no cheese. There was so much grease from the beans that it bled through the paper. The tortilla was wet. Super disappointed that they let that soggy burrito leave that kitchen. So far, it’s two strikes for Los Panchos. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The picture I included is AFTER I had it sit on a paper towel. We try not to waste food, but my little dude couldn’t manage to finish it because of the grease. Yuck!!

Prices have gone up, quality and portion sizes have gone down. I have an avocado allergy and have repeatedly had them put avocado in my food when I request no avocado and inform them of my allergy. My family was a long time return customer but won't be going back any time soon with how bad they have gotten. There are too many other good taco shops to keep getting ripped off here.

I had ordered some Panchos fries and it says it comes with nacho cheese. I remember they would put it in a small container on the side. Long story short no nacho cheese on the fries or on the side. Paid 17 bucks for some crappy greasy dark dry burnt fries like they were refried twice. Called the store to let them know. And I even told them that I asked about the nacho cheese and they claim they add it already on the fries. The lady who answered said to drive back to add nacho cheese like really ? So unprofessional and expensive Won’t be coming here anymore.

Honestly very disappointed in the burritos ! Not what it used to be. The last time I had a breakfast burrito it was dry and cold and not full… this time I tried to give it another chance and ordered California burrito and again fries were very dry and cold !!! They proved my point I will not be coming here again for burritos on top of that it’s expensive ! $33 for two burritos only for the quality to be not so great. We live far so we would make the commute all the way to Chula Vista just to get burritos not worth it for us now. ( drive thru )

Ordered 12 FISH rolled tacos $19.70 with tax, forgot to add guac then had to pay $4.30 for 4oz... Turns out they gave me "BEEF" rolled tacos that are 75+% RICE! $24 For 12 lousy RICE rolled tacos! Los ponchos is the absolute WORST!

Went inside to dine in but I couldn't even order at the counter. Was completely ignored while there was 3 workers at the counter. Greeted them and no response not sure if I was invisible.

This used to be the spot! I bought a carne asada burrito for almost $10. It was soooooo small. And the salsa container was tiny…half the size of a regular salsa container. I’ve included a photo that shows a small spoon and small remote so you can gauge the size.

Found toothpicks in my rolled tacos. Dangerous and disgusting. Purchased 2 orders of 12 rolled tacos in drive thru and they only gave me 18 tacos so had to go back. Once we got home to eat them we goind toothpicks inside the rolled tacos. Very disappointed
