Had my birthday dinner here for a party of 8 the day before thanksgiving. We were greeted and seated very quickly. Our appetizers and sushi boat came out very quickly! Service was great and the food was amazing! Definitely recommend the sashimi!!

This was our first trip to this place, and It was one of the best sushi services we've received in comparison to the "high end" or "well named" places we've been to. Marissa was a perfect server, recommended a few great rolls, and seated at the bar. Watching the sushi chefs whip out the rolls and plates is a great way to experience the full atmosphere of Haya Sushi. We will definitely go back for more dinners and lunches. If we could offer more than 5 stars we totally would.

Delicious! 😋 The fish is fresh, the chef was very friendly, and the environment is calm and clean. It was my first time there, so I was also given a nice fish appetizer as a "welcome". I'll definitely be back! 💜

Have been coming here several times now and will come again. Sushi are fresh and very tasty. They offer 50% off all rolls every day; however, the way they price them, you will stay pay $10-13 per roll. Appetizers are regular price. Today we ordered garlic and chilli edamame-which was to die for! Also ordered Las Vegas, Black Jack, Sex in the City, and Red Bull rolls. All were extremely tasty. Recommend this spot if you are in the area!!

Best sushi in town! I live in Folsom, but whenever I am in Citrus Heights around lunch time, this place is at the top of my list. Amazing quality, fresh, beautiful food with fun atmosphere and excellent service! Prices are great too! Their deep fried rolls are absolutely to die for. Pictured is the Ninja Roll and TNT Roll. It's a bit hidden behind A&W, but worth the look. Wish they were in Folsom.

Not a "call in to order' place. Been calling and getting no answer or anything. Have no complaints about going to dine in, but their take out response definatly needs work! Follow up....Thank you so much for letting us know, we appreciate it, just may want to update Google with that info, Hubby was saw you were open and we weren't watching the Superbowl and he got excited and wanted to order. We will be there for a sit down in the near future. We do appreciate your communication though!!

Quality sushi for a great price. They offer sushi boats here which can make for a great occasion. The sushi was unique and delicious, but not authentic. Solid 4/5 for my personal preferences and out of the dozens of sushi restaurants I've reviewed.

Sushi was better before 2020, used to be a regular before. Getting better! The water we had was good. Not a fancy sushi place, so the decor is not outstanding. I had a bento box and was delicious. I didn't order sushi because of the change in chef, but this was what I hoped. Husband had soup and enjoyed it. He is a picky eater, so he wasn't super impressed. He does always enjoy the sea steak though.

This place disappointed tremendously. walked in to an empty lobby, sat and ordered. A group of 4 comes in about 10-15 minutes after us and received an entire boat of sushi before we even received our appetizer. For obvious reasons I knew why. The rolls here are also extremely small. Not worth, spend your money elsewhere
