The meat is very thin and the griller burned it and it took a long time to bring the fries. I almost finished the hamburger and the fries still hadn't arrived.
I used to love these tortas, but the last time I went the meat had a different flavor. I'd like to think they had different seasonings that gave it the sour taste.
Quiero expresar una queja sobre la atención que recibí por parte de la cajera en su establecimiento en la Hidalgo! El día de hoy acudí a su local y la actitud de la persona en caja fue poco amable y poco profesional. Desde el inicio mostró mala disposición, contestando de forma cortante y sin brindar un trato adecuado como cliente. Considero que la atención al cliente es muy importante y esta experiencia fue desagradable. Espero que puedan tomar en cuenta este comentario para mejorar el servicio y evitar que situaciones así se repitan con otros clientes. Gracias por su atención.

The food was terrible. Besides, it took a long time to arrive, even though I was the only customer. They brought the burgers burnt, and the fries arrived 15 to 20 minutes after the burgers were served. It leaves a lot to be desired.
