The cakes are still delicious, with the same distinctive flavor they've had for the 20 years I've known them, and they continue to be reasonably priced. The only area for improvement would be customer service.

I wanted to go for a torta since I haven't been here in 10 years or more, and they still maintain their great flavors, good prices, and very affordable prices. But the service really needs to improve.
Terrible service. The staff should shower before serving customers; their aprons look like they haven't been washed in ages. And as a suggestion, check your food thoroughly, because it often has bugs—I'm speaking from experience. Not to mention their incredibly rude manners.
The food was very good, but the service was terrible. The girls who served us were very rude, and it was a very bad experience. I don't recommend it unless they change the staff and get advice on how to offer good service.
