El café está muy bueno, la ubicación muy agradable, lo único que les fallé son algunos detalles, últimamente se nota un poco más descuidado, la iluminación no es la adecuada. Pero es un buen lugar para tomarse un café.

Delicious ciabatta and good coffee, service is a bit slow, the staff is just polite. The unpleasant thing about the place is that they start sweeping and mopping even when there are customers and they're about to close; the pine smell is very unpleasant when you're eating. Decent drinks, good service, and a relaxed atmosphere for conversation. Some of the furniture needs a little maintenance, and the ice could be less rustic; it felt like I had an iceberg in my glass.

Well, I liked the place; everything was really good. I liked the atmosphere a lot because it was calm and cozy. However, the tea I ordered was too bitter, which I found strange. I've been drinking teas and herbal infusions for a long time and I've never had anything like this happen. I don't know if it was the mix of ingredients. Anyway, I'll come back again to try the coffees and see how they are.

El café está bien lastima la mala actitud de los empleados que atienden de mala gana.

Actualización Nov-2022: Tenía un tiempo sin acudir, no se si vine en un mal día, pedí 3 alimentos diferentes y no tenían los ingredientes para prepararlos, no tenían ni pepperoni ni pollo, por lo cual no pudieron preparar una ensalada, un bagel de pollo y una chapata italiana, una pena. Adicionalmente cuando llegamos nos limpiaron la mesa pero el trapo tenía un olor muy fuerte a humedad, esos detalles también se tienen que cuidar. Las bebidas siguen siendo muy buenas Anteriormente los tenía con 5 estrellas porque realmente todo lo que preparan es muy rico y sigue siéndolo, solo que es desagradable ir y que no tengan los ingredientes para los alimentos que tienen anunciados El café es súper rico, los alimentos siempre están frescos, sin duda es el mejor café de la zona. Mi alimento favorito es el bagel de pollo al mezquite Tiene precios competitivos, aceptan tarjetas salvo American Express.

We went yesterday, the 25th, because it was the only place open. We generally like this café a lot, but they didn't have any hot drinks... or so the girl with black hair and gray pants told us (terrible service; she was constantly on her phone checking Instagram and Facebook instead of serving customers properly). Nobody wants a frappe in winter, so we asked her to make it cold but without ice. She refused and made faces. Another friendly girl with medium-brown hair did serve us well... and made our drinks the way we asked for them. The espresso machine was out of order. Wouldn't it have been easier to just say that? Terrible service from the girl with black hair. Good service from the girl with brown hair.

The food is very good, the atmosphere pleasant; however, the service leaves much to be desired. The hours say they close at a certain time, and literally an hour before they stop serving food, only desserts and drinks. Half an hour before closing time, they don't even let you in. Additionally, ordering food or the bill takes too long; they may even stand at the counter and simply ignore you.

Hi, I went a little while ago to get two cappuccinos to go. I specified several times that I wanted them without cinnamon. The young woman who served me was more focused on her conversation with another employee than on paying attention to me. I repeated it once more, but she just kept talking and even told the other employee to continue. When I got home and checked the cappuccinos, they had cinnamon! I trusted her! Terrible service! Attention owner, what's wrong with the employees?!

Very poor service, discriminatory, and the waitresses are rude. It's a shame because the food is good. I don't recommend this place at all.
