Crepas Polo Ciudad De México Reviews
I've been twice; the food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the price is fair. The young woman who served us was very attentive, although the service was quite slow, so be prepared to wait.
A very good place to eat comfortably, delicious food at a good price. The facilities are clean. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There's a wide variety on the menu for all tastes. The service is acceptable, but it takes a bit longer if there are a lot of people, but it's always friendly.
We had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent and the service was great. Resonable prices and a charming atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant to others.
The crepes aren't top-notch, but the molletes are delicious.
The food was very good; the crepes were served with generous toppings, the coffee was excellent, and there was a wide variety of drinks. The location is decent, and parking wasn't difficult to find. The prices are a bit higher than other cafes, but still reasonable.
I've been twice now and I've enjoyed the food. The portions are generous and the food tastes good; the crepes are delicious and large. The service is generally good and efficient, and the place is clean. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the drinks are a bit lacking—they're not that great to begin with—but if something isn't 100% satisfactory, they'll help you improve it. However, I do think the drinks are expensive. Everything else seems fairly priced.
Good place, the crepes are a very good size, I feel the price is fair, the flavor is rich, although the place is very small, so the service is a little slow
The food was very good, but if you don't want a certain dressing, make sure the waitress writes it down because she forgets it, and if you ask for something, she forgets it. Plus, they serve you with a snarky attitude. I ordered a burger that included onion rings and fries, and they only gave me the fries.
The crepe was fine, the milkshake good, but the service was poor. They kept chatting and wouldn't serve us... The bathroom and the place were dirty. The worst part was that while we were eating, people from outside came by and asked us for money four times. Instead of having the waiters chat with the kitchen staff, they should be guarding the door. It's very unpleasant to pay for dessert and be harassed by people selling or begging...
The food is awful, and the service is even worse. The day I went, there were only two tables, and it took them about 45 minutes to bring us two hamburgers and poorly made fries with really salty potatoes. The waitresses weren't friendly at all, like they were bothered by serving us. I'm never coming back.
I must make public the situation that happened to us here a few days ago. (I clarify, I used to be a frequent visitor here.) My family member and I went one morning for breakfast. Considering they had people, we stayed for breakfast. There were only three people serving about six tables. We ordered breakfast, and after about an hour and 10 minutes, we never received it. Previously, a family was complaining about the slow service and the waitress's lack of attention in taking their order, as they had received something they hadn't ordered. 1. That was the first sign that everything was going wrong. 2. We were still waiting for two breakfasts in that time. 3. The owners weren't there to address the complaint. In short, I asked for the order status after the five tables had already left, and they were only halfway through the order, so I asked for it to be cancelled. I asked to speak to the owner of the establishment, who arrived 15 minutes later. The problem here is: How awful the owners were with THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS. They argued that their establishment is small, and that their "menu" specifies the wait time for service. To which I ask myself: Is 1.5 hours (possibly longer) considered service for them? To make matters worse, a girl (I assume also the owner of the establishment) began pointing out to me that I was always served on other occasions. She distorted the main situation at that moment with the statement: "You order, and we always offer you service." I also mentioned that the owner of the establishment began to make a violent speech against our situation, so much so that I even feared for my physical safety. Far from liking this place before, I was disappointed by how unresponsive they are in providing quality service to their customers, and instead, they hide behind it. Note: The police were on site during the first complaint and ours. I'm guessing this isn't the first time someone has complained about this place.
I waited half an hour for my bill and nothing. The crepes didn't have Nutella, just a sprinkle of chocolate. Everything takes forever.
I went once and I didn't like it because even if they serve you badly, they still demand a tip and when I told them that it wasn't mandatory to tip and I told the cashier that I was going to talk to the police because charging tips is illegal, when he heard the word police he just put a card and said, "Okay, well then," and turned around and didn't say anything.
Horrible!!! The ingredients were of terrible quality. The whipped cream on the coffees was just plain white grease. I never went back!!! The waiters were rude and rushed even when there was no one else there, anyway.
