All went really smoothly, ordered via the official dominos website. Was super hot when it got here, not warm which was amazing. Make sure you have a Mexican number because they will get confused with WhatsApp. I kept an eye on the order process so when they left I timed it thru google maps. You can’t see them physically going to your house like Rappi, but you know exactly when they’ve left. Was super nervous ordering as I have tried on Rappi (don’t even bother with it trust me) but this was all a super quick process, took 30 mins total max
I’ve always ordered pizzas from Domino’s although in recent years, if you order a promo, you might not like it, a lack of ingredients… will be obvious.
Came in a hour before closing ordered a pizza. We where told 10 minutes later we can't eat inside but other people where eating inside. Asked to use the restroom. But was told flat out no it's broken. I think it's because of the pride parade they didn't want people using it I get it but why not eat inside we would have been done in 15 minutes seriously we ended up sitting in the dirty gutter on the curbside eating our pizza bad management and horrible customer service.

Domino's Pizza is great. I walked in for a take out. I paid and then I was told it would take 10 minutes. It took 9 minutes. The pizza was cooked perfectly and like all Domino's Pizza, it tasted delicious.

To eat pizza in America it's one of the few (or the only one), indeed widespread in continent, acceptable
I was not expecting a gourmet meal but this pizza was really bad, from a chain that has standardization down. Almost no sauce, dough-y, undercooked.
The pizza was delivered cold and without the drink. Even after calling there, they didn't send it.
Poor service on the phone, delivered 1 hour late a cold pizza that was sitting on the store that one hour! Worst service ever! And they didn’t even apologise or called to inform they were late, I had to chase them 😔
Never order from here, lazy employees, no respect, bad quality of food, bad quality of service, this is probably the worse dominos experiences i have experienced in my life, here in mexico city in zona rosa!

Horrible service! Very dishonest management. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place.
