Gong Cha Ciudad De México Reviews
This is an excellent place for a date or to relax, as it has a pleasant atmosphere and all the products are delicious. The staff is very friendly, especially Axel (he serves you kindly and tries to answer your questions). Overall, it's a place I would definitely return to.
Tasty milk team, Javier and Axel are very welcoming
Javier and Pau were very friendly. Great customer service. Awesome establishment.
I really like the service, the drinks are delicious, and it’s on a beautiful place.
Enjoyed sitting outside while there was slight rain and drinking a passion fruit green tea with coco jelly and tapioca boba! Very authentic to the Taiwanese flavors and perfectly cooked tapioca boba! The guest service was great.
Super service and very tasty bubble tea!

Always a nice treat.

Very friendly staff. Tasty drinks too!
Stopped in while on the walking street. Ordered a matcha frío . It's always hit or miss trying to find a good matcha .... This place was a hit. The matcha had a good flavor that wasn't too sweet. I'll stop by again
Good service
International chain boba shop and it's what you expect from a GongCha. I got the mango slush because it was blazing outside and it was refreshing. Similar in tasted to locations around the wrong. The staff was friendly but with only one person working orders took a log time to fulfill. I think we waited about 15-20 mins. The location is in a very central and I found the cost a little pricey for Mexico City but I still really like the drink.
Every time I go they don't have the black boba, sometimes they let you know before you order, sometimes they just give you the drink without it and it's really annoying
