Pad Thai Ciudad De México Reviews
This was our first meal in Mexico City and it didn't disappoint! The Pad Thai was one of the best I've ever had. We also tried something new, the Curry Chicken. I'm not a fan of curry, but this dish was delicious. Everything tasted fresh, and the service was excellent. I liked it so much that I wanted to go back. But, my husband said there were so many other restaurants to try in the city.
Delicious Thai food and fast, friendly service! My order : spring rolls with shrimp + pad Thai with chicken Rolls: VERY fresh and delicious. The vegetables were so fresh and the sauce with it was so much better than standard peanut sauce Pad Thai: pretty good, not the best I’ve ever had but very good!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our shrimp pad Thai and tofu red curry dishes here. Though the pad Thai was just a little sweet for our taste, it was very true to what we had expected based on pad Thai we had had in Thailand. Even so, I expect that to others the level of sweetness may be just right. The noodles were the right kind and the veggies and tofu in the curry were good and fresh, as well. Properly cooked Asian rice made it well worth the visit. We’ll likely return while we’re in the city. We went back again today and, once again, really enjoyed our food. I will say, however, that we were disappointed with the mango sticky rice dessert. We specifically asked if the rice they use is authentic Thai sticky rice. Assured that it is, we placed our order. Unfortunately it most definitively is not the variety of rice used in Thailand. Rather, it is the California rice (I saw a huge bag of it in the hallway after noticing at the first bite that the rice was the wrong kind) so highly prized by lovers of Japanese rice—absolutely not appropriate for this dish. The condensed milk mixed with coconut milk was also not quite right—perhaps just not enough coconut milk. While I still highly recommend this restaurant, anyone expecting the “real thing” for Thai sticky rice with mango is bound to be quite disappointed, though the dish was reasonably tasty as a substitute.
Went here bc I was craving noodles and it’s def hit the spot! I ordered pad see ew and fried rice. The noodles were just the right amount of saltiness and full of flavors. It was cooked just right! The service was also great. Affordable. Overall my favorite thai place in Mexico City.
Very good food. Authentic Thai smell the moment you enter the place. The restaurant is small and cozy but definitely worth a visit if you love Thai cuisine .

Very hungry and desperate for some good flavorful food, we headed to Pad Thai despite reading some bad reviews on Google. Dint have much expection. The place was small and warm filled with aromas tha…
After a day of exploring my sister opted for Asian food and we found this place on a whim. This restaurant is small and you wouldn't know unless people are sitting at tiny tables. We sat down and a very nice young man was our waiter, they had a good variety of options and we decided for a few because it was my sister's first time. We opted for the Tom yam soup(it was delicious and flavored with a hint of fish sauce and loaded with mushrooms), spring rolls(fried and fresh) also delicious, the order of the satay was good as well but I'd have preferred the grilled meat with no sauce because it was overly sauced, the shrimp fried rice and shrimp pad Thai both good however the rice was the best. The pad Thai was on the sour side and I couldn't get over that. Both loaded with veggies which I liked. The lemongrass iced tea was amazing and the hibiscus 🌺 tea. All in all it was a nice little stop in,the friendly waiter and fast service was very good 👍🏽
Pad Thai is a decent neighborhood spot to get your Asian food craving satisfied. My wife and I enjoy their drunken noodles and pad Thai dishes, and they are pretty consistent in their quality and service. For the price, the portions are huge. Overall, it’s not the best in the city but it’s a nice spot if you’re in the area.
Tom Yum soup here was great! Pad see ew was not typical of pad see ew dishes in Asia, but still good (lots of additional vegetables). The satay is 🥴🥴🥴. The peanut sauce on top doesn’t taste great- if you skip anything here, it should be this dish. The mango sticky rice however was SUBLIME. I would come back time and time again for this dish. Please don’t skip dessert here- the portion is plentiful BUT so delicious!
A very simple spot to enjoy a Mexican take on Thai food at a reasonable price. Don’t expect full authenticity, but the flavors are tasty and comforting, with some creative adaptations that make it approachable. It’s casual, straightforward, and a good option if you’re looking for something different without spending too much.
Honestly it wasn’t that bad, but I have to rate it against my other Thai food experiences, which were on average much better. Everything about was okay - this is a unique situation where if I was walking by and was hungry I might stop by and get food there again, I could go either way. I like Thai food enough that a little below average doesn’t really put me off.
Food is okey. Unfortunately nothing impressive. It has Thai flavors but not enough. I would say if you are craving about the flavors you would get. Interior is nice, staff is friendly. Prices are average but I think they don’t worth the food. I wanted to have Chang beer but they only Singha.

People who give this place 5 stars have no idea what Thai food taste like. My Pad Thai was pale in color, sauce was watery and the noodles very undercooked. It’s okay if you’re needing to satisfy your Thai food craving but it’s very average.
The Pad Thai we received was not good. I received mine room temperature and the sauce was thin and watery. You can tell it had not been sautéed enough to thicken and give it color or consistency. The taste was also very vinegary. My husband received his 5 minutes after mine and it was steaming hot. The color was nice and the sauce was thicker. His was much better than mine in terms of temperature and sauce.
This is perhaps the worst Pad Thai I've ever had. The noodles have no color, are mushy and almost no flavor, the bottom of the bag was filled with leaking liquid. The tofu seems to have been breaded, but the breading is very soggy. I'm not necessarily against the large amount of mixed vegetables, though it's definitely not traditional, but then there's no bean sprouts and no lime either. Never seen anything like this. I'm baffled because many reviews have pictures of the noodles that look much better, but then I see some other fairly bad reviews and maybe this place has major consistency issues? I don't think I would risk it again though.
