Una buena opción para desayunar en la del Valle, cerca de Insurgentes. El lugar es amplio y muy lindo. La carta es concisa, pero hay para escoger. Yo pedí unos chilaquiles divorciados, aunque más bien eran revueltos, o sea las salsas están revueltas. Estaban muy sabrosos. El café americano estaba muy rico. Buena relación precio-calidad. Mi gran decepción fue que íbamos por un bagel y no tenían. Espero que para la otra si tengan.

This is our second time here, and this time I decided to leave a review because it's a place with a lot of potential. The concept is cool, like a diner, the breakfasts are super delicious, and the service, at least in my experience, was quite pleasant. The big but is the wait time. We actually waited almost an hour from the time we ordered until they delivered. There were only two of us and only one table in front of us. We waited without a problem because the place is nice. However, I definitely think if they paid attention to the comments about the time and hired more staff, the place would be packed. Please, please, please hire more people to speed up your service. 🙏🏽 And also, please update your prices, since they're not what's on the menu, and no one likes to be surprised by the fact that they have to pay more when they think they have an estimate of consumption based on the menu prices. Finally, don't touch them with the berries. It happened to us this time with the fruit, although less so because they did include blackberries, and last time with the French bread, literally one strawberry sliced ​​into a thousand 🥲. The place is comfortable and quiet to work and order something. It's a cafeteria. It's not just for breakfast or lunch. The food and service are slow because that's not their priority. The young man serving us does so reluctantly. They don't have a drinks menu, or at least that's what he told me. It took 45 minutes to bring me a waffle and a drink when there were only two of us at the table. I believe that the treatment of any customer should be friendly and not as rude as the young man's, pulling faces and being listless. The food was pretty average, nothing good or bad to highlight. The waffle was completely dry and had the texture of toast.

I was expecting a better flavor. Food is average at best. Tried the bangkok wrap. The chicken was supposed to come with a thai sauce but tasted like grilled chicken. Wrap wasn’t even wrapped. Not worth it.

Fuimos a cenar y pedimos unos molletes. En el pico de gallo había UNA CUCARACHA MUERTA. Le dijimos a la mesera y tranquilamente nos dijo que nos traería otro pico de gallo, como si fuera lo más normal en ese lugar.

Fui el domingo a desayunar con mi familia y el lugar está muy lindo. El ambiente es agradable, aunque las sillas son un poco incómodas porque están bastante duras. La comida, muy rica: mi mamá pidió un bagel de salmón y yo unos chilaquiles, ambos estaban bastante buenos. La fruta bien, el café bien y los jugos también. En general, la calidad de la comida es muy buena. El punto importante a mejorar es el servicio. Solo había un mesero para atender un domingo, lo cual hizo que el tiempo de espera fuera demasiado largo: pasó aproximadamente una hora desde que tomaron nuestra orden hasta que nos sirvieron. Esto definitivamente afecta la experiencia, ya que no todos cuentan con ese tiempo. Creo que sería un lugar de 10 si previenen este tipo de situaciones y refuerzan el equipo, tanto en cocina como en servicio. Con más personal, la experiencia sería excelente. También falta que actualice los precios de la carta

I always pass by here and today when we decided to stop by for something quick we were surprised that it took almost 40 minutes to serve us some frappes, which were very bland and the presentation leaves much to be desired.

I wanted to give them a chance, even though I've been there and heard that when they order ham, they buy Great Value. I bought two Gouda cheese toasties, which were completely out of line with the price. It's literally half an old baguette with nothing but low-quality ingredients, accompanied by a salad. When I asked what it was, the lady told me, "We'll make it with whatever we have," meaning old lettuce and two pieces of cucumber. I also ordered a cheese and ham baguette in their kids' packs. The same "quality" was served with old fries and a horrible hot orange juice. That's why everyone goes to Mandrake across the street.

Service was super late… more than 45 minutes for a very simple dish (chilaquiles for gods sake !!!). They served two tables that arrived after us first , even though we had order the same. When we complained they just said it was a mistake of the waitress (who was in fact nice but unfortunately kitchen was not on her) When finally arrived… the chilaquiles were not made with real tortilla but with a premade doritos sort of thing…. Not tasty at all . Don’t waste your time.
