Tu eres mi café Ciudad De México Reviews
The elderly gentleman is the best thing about the place, besides his special tuna crepe. The service is a bit slow, but that's due to management not hiring more staff.
A place to enjoy next to the park, impeccable service, the menu is super extensive, they have everything crepes, baguettes, croissants, sandwiches, pizzas, wings, cakes and endless hot and cold drinks at a very good price, the treatment is impeccable and the service very fast, ideal to go in a group and spend hours letting yourself be pampered, we always find a table and the ambient music is very pleasant, it is open until very very late, it is like an oasis in the desert, thank you, thank you, thank you, I love it
Excellent neighborhood coffee. Everything is very clean, the service is excellent, and the prices are super affordable. A great option for a homemade lunch or dinner. I liked that there are some very happy seniors working there. The three-cheese sandwich is fabulous. The only thing I didn't like was that all the plates and cups were disposable, but maybe that's because I went around midnight.
Delicious
Good crepes, slow service
The white chocolate cake and drinks (white chocolate with marshmallows and Oreo frappe) were delicious, and the service was efficient, but the loud salsa music ruined the cafe atmosphere and made it feel more like a greengrocer's.
The place is perfect for enjoying a late-night coffee thanks to its open space and the lighting decor, as seen in the first photo. However, it's mostly served by elderly people, so you have to be patient. The prices are a bit high for the quality they offer. The hot chocolate tasted like chocolate milk, and they didn't ask me what kind of milk it could be made with. I wouldn't recommend it for working from home, as it doesn't have any contacts or Wi-Fi, but you don't feel confined, but free, thanks to the space it offers.
The food tastes good, nothing extraordinary, the price a bit high. The atmosphere is fine, quiet, family-friendly, and one plus point is the hours; they close late. The downside, and the reason I wouldn't go back, is that they're slow, and one of the waitresses, rude and with a terrible attitude, justified herself by saying that the other waiter hadn't taken our order after waiting half an hour for a crepe. This wasn't true because we saw that she wrote it down and instead of apologizing for the delay, she just said she had too many tables to take and didn't even try to resolve the issue. They're always slow, at least the four times I've been, but the last time, in addition to the excessive time, the attitude was rude. I won't go back.
The food tastes good, it's not the best, but I definitely don't recommend it. The service is terrible; they serve you reluctantly. It took them more than 10 minutes to bring us two chocolates, and they were already ready. They charged us the wrong amount and still got angry about a mistake that was theirs.
I'M NEVER COMING BACK HERE, NOT EVEN IF THEY GIVE ME THE FOOD FOR FREE. The cafeteria has a variety of food and drinks, but the service is terrible. They only have one waiter, an elderly gentleman who should really be resting at home with a good pension. Unfortunately, they have him serving all the tables. The food tastes good, but that's the only redeeming quality. There's also a woman who always has a sour face; we only saw her when she came to collect the bill, which we had asked for more than five times. In my opinion, even though the food tastes good, the customer service leaves much to be desired.
For a cafe, it's very expensive for what they offer. The food isn't bad, but it's not excellent. The service is poor, and they even run people away. It's worth noting that they serve EVERYTHING in disposable containers, which generates a lot of waste that isn't even recyclable, as they use Styrofoam plates, plastic cups, and straws. I think if it's for eating there, they should use ceramic plates, cups, and glasses because it seems that due to laziness or lack of staff, they don't want to wash and just want to throw away. They have a lot of room for improvement.
I went with some friends, and we ordered two coffees and a chai tea. The coffees were tasteless and odorless... we asked them to fix it, but they gave us another refill, but that didn't solve the problem. The chai tea didn't taste like chai tea or milk... it was just plain water that looked like milk.
Expensive, dirty, bad service and abismal service with the waitress treating us badly... The crepes were mushy and bad tasting, the coffee was watery and the music too loud (and they angrily refused to lower the volume when we asked.) I really would recommend you to stay clear of this place. I see that older reviews are good, maybe they changed management recently? Really, one of the worst places I've came across in a long time.
