The food was just okay, like at any Starbucks. Beto's service was excellent, compared to the other employees. He should be on the board as employee of the month. We need more employees like him, please, so the rest of the team can follow his example.
It's usually very crowded on weekends, and the line generally moves quickly. The staff is very friendly and serves you quickly.

Just one person taking orders and not with the best customer service
It took them over an hour to deliver just one coffee. Meanwhile, they served about seven orders to people who arrived after me. Poor time management and organization.
Terrible service. I ordered a white chocolate drink, and first they said they didn't have ice. Then they gave me a hot drink. And the worst part is that it was just plain hot, tasteless milk. They should be more careful about who they hire.
This Starbucks in particular is incredibly slow. They take ages to prepare orders, and to top it off, they messed them up. Even though they repeated the order, it's unacceptable to wait over 40 minutes for a drink. I don't understand why there are so many staff members and they don't help each other. But of course, when it comes to chatting or prioritizing their friends, they're quick. A terrible experience.
Terrible service today, December 23, 2025. They made me wait for an hour and a half and then delivered my order incorrectly. The staff who work in the late afternoon and evening are rude and don't even bother to announce their names. AWFUL!!!!!
The coffee is poor quality, the desserts are packaged like Bimbo brand but more expensive, and the sandwiches you order take as long as if they were making fresh cold cuts. I don't recommend it.
It took over 40 minutes to prepare three drinks, and everything was wrong. What was supposed to be a frappe was watered down, and they said they'd remade it, but no, it was the same. Absolutely awful 😡
