The food is delicious, and the bread baked in an earth oven is amazing. If you have a chance to leave the city, go; it's only 10 minutes from the city center.

A good option for trying something with a wood-fired flavor, a rustic but well-seasoned restaurant just a few miles from the city to escape the routine and savor a café de olla, some bocoles, or enchorizadas with the country air. Highly recommended for a taste of something Huastec. In my opinion, it would be appreciated if the menudo were served hotter, since that's what I'm looking for...the seasoning is excellent, as well as the soft drinks being colder! First-class service from the staff.
