Every time I go to Río Verde, I must stop by for barbacoa tacos, and if they're dorado, it's even better. The consommé is a must. The waiters are very friendly and quick. Highly recommended. I've been to Río Verde again, and believe me, I stopped by for just five dorado tacos. They're delicious.
Breakfast at "Bufalo" is delicious. I personally highly recommend the tacos or tortas de cabeza, although the barbacoa is also very good. On another note, it's worth mentioning, and perhaps the staff would appreciate it, that they should post the prices. It's not cheap, and you might be surprised by the bill.
Very tasty food. The tacos are average size (not small tortillas) and very well served, as are the tortas (with plenty of meat). Excellent service.
Everything was delicious and the best thing was the service, since nowhere else I've been do they remove the seeds from the lemons, but here I really liked the good service.

Very good tacos, but the wait time is extremely long.
The food is delicious, but the taco man there is a bit of a jerk... and so are the waitresses. On the other hand, the tacos are delicious. The consommé is also delicious. They have green and red salsa, and soft drinks. You can order the consommé with or without meat. Perfect for cold weather, hehe.
Uffff the tacos dorados were luxurious...and the barbacoa, don't even mention it...very good...highly recommended if you're passing through Rio Verde on your way out of the hills...
Delicious, yes, but the wait time for your service is over half an hour! I think they need to strike a balance between takeout orders and on-site customer service! I mean, many of us would prefer to order takeout if we knew we'd be sitting for over half an hour for our food!
The tacos were very tasty, the consommé was a little salty and the price seemed a little high to me, but the truth is the tacos taste very good, maybe it's worth the price depending on each person's judgment.

The beef head tacos are tasty; they're not the best tacos ever, but they're good enough to satisfy your hunger. The tortas are good because they're fried until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The consommé is a little salty but flavorful.

Gentrification of small towns often results in outright abuse by local merchants. 7-8 cm tacos, literally "taquitos," I don't mean that figuratively. Small cups of broth almost the same size. No onion or cilantro for the broth, nothing like the photos. 45 minutes for delivery, but when they take your order, they tell you they'll have it in 20 minutes. They treat it as delivery, but they don't mention that they charge $40 pesos for delivery in a city where there's no traffic. The flavor isn't bad, but with all due respect, they're average. The cost of their tacos is very high for their size and flavor. If you're a tourist, or if you're a foreigner coming to work in this city, this place isn't an option.
Servers were rude, Flys everywhere, filty tables, not to mention the long wait for just 6 tacos. Definitely not going back.
