My first time at Taco Bell in clearlake California There is two cars ahead of me in the Drive-Thru The clerk at the window was very fast kind of back change very professional and great Taco Bell food love those Taco Supremes highly recommend for fast food in the area Try to remember the young man's name who was working the window. Ramri? I can't remember the name incredible service
It was open at 9pm when nothing else was. It served its purpose. The take out cashier was so sweet and very patient with my tired brain.
One of my favorite Taco bells to go to. They almost always get my order correct and they are pretty quick. I definitely recommend this Taco Bell
There was. Couple with a dog and it would cry and bark when owner was 5 feet away totally annoying and why was a dog inside taco bell . Didn't have a service animal vest clearly was a family pet. No one said anything and we literally had to hear it whine and bark. NOT ok.
Good experience, love the vegetarian options. Order a black bean crunch wrap and spicy potato tacos if you're vegetarian. Love it
The drive-thru wait was very long. It took me almost 10 minutes just to get to the speaker, and when I got there, they didn't even apologized to me for the long wait. The employees were very good at taking my order, and when I got to the pickup window and paid for my food after I got my change, my food was ready for me.
I went through the drive through with others and I had to drive back cause they forgot something I ordered. I gave them 4 stars cause honestly the food is smaller than expected and keep asking about going through apps, for what deliver then I will. but I still love to eat there.
I go here for one reason and one reason only. Bean and cheese burritos. They are definitely not the best burritos, but sometimes I have an overwhelming craving for the little chopped onions they put into them and before I know it I'm at the drive through window ordering two. And I'm not even hungry.
Love taco bell. But on this trip, it had to go back and get my order replaced. Food was obviously sitting under a heat lamp for a while.
I went to the drive thru, I had a big order. They filled it perfectly. I must admit I was nervous, it was a BIG order. Prices are the norm. The staff was friendly and we kinda laughed about the order. She was great. I recommend your fast food establishment.
Super excited about cantina menu! Burrito great - surprised how good. I was most excited by the cantina crispy taco…but it looked someone smashed/punched it before it was in the bag. Something slimy looked like someone might have spit in it. Gross,rude and disgusting! Because normally everyone is nice and the food is good. Going to take me a while to consider going back. 🤮🤢😕
The food is delicious, but they forgot the meat in my tacos, and the employees do not seem happy, they look like they're ready to stop working, and they didn't give me all my change back.
Service here was slow. It was almost closing time, and the workers were eager to end the day, however I thought it was unseemly that they joked aloud amongst themselves about getting the key to lock out any further customers...
The price went up and the quality went down. The tacos were all tortillas. They put our order up and didn't call our name.

Wow has this place changed over the last week. 😳 When we got there we were quite surprised that all the registers were gone. We were then informed that you can only order through the kiosk. I'm not trained on them, so it took a long time just to get my own order wrong! $20 an hr. , and now we get to do thier jobs! Ridiculous.
I would give zero stars, however that's not possible. Ordered 2 tacos and bean burrito, a number 3, which is a burrito and taco supreme. Let's just say the bean burrito never made it into the bag, but an extra taco did. The tacos only have meat and cheese, and very little of either. It only filled less than a quarter of the shell. The burrito supreme was rubbery in consistency. My husband couldn't even finish it. The only plus to this is the taco supreme actually looks normal.
Way too expensive for one burrito or one taco, just outrageous, will not go there again,
My taco Supreme only has cold meat in it. They forgot tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. Anyplace would be better.
I ordered a Crunchwrap and it came coated with spicy sauce the lettuce and everything were soggy. And then they stacked all my food on top of it. It looked nothing like the picture period and the prices are Sky High
Absolutely atrocious manager in this place. I waited in line only for this psycho to tell me they're closed even though they took an order right before me. When I shook my head and started to leave she proceeded to scream "don't look at me like that" and tried to charge towards me out the door. The door was locked. Good thing for her sake.
