I was a bit shocked at the prices, coming from Joshua where they charge $1.50 for a small cup, however, Hawaiian Shaved ice small cup is one and a half times larger. I ordered black cherry and cherry, they were both good.

Unfortunately this is not the first time that we have had a bad experience here. Today however was pretty inexcusable. We came just after 6:00, there was a line at the drive through, so we walked up to the window instead. After over 10 minutes we noticed that nobody had come to the window by us or on the drive through side, and all of the cars that were in line had driven off. We knocked on the window, then after another couple of minutes we peered into the window we saw that there was no one inside. All of the open signs were on, the music was playing full blast, all of the lights were on, no indication of the location being closed. As we drove away we passed the drive through window and we saw a single, poorly handwritten sign on the drive through window that said “ be right back “. They couldn’t even be bothered to put a note on the walk up side. From the time that we pulled up at 6:03 until we left the parking lot was 6:26, and no staff was there. The only reason this place doesn’t get a 1 star is because they have a lot of flavor options, but past that, this is the worst snow cone location in Johnson County bar none.

My parents moved here in 2019 and we use to love going here until just recently. My dad whom is a retired vet, out of courtesy gave the woman who assisted us a 2 dollar tip. She didn't even say thank you, she jus took the tip looked at it and put it down. Me and my family will not be going back here. Sad that people aren't kind anymore.

She would rather be on her phone which she did while I was ordering. There is hardly any flavor in them. Not even half had the flavor on it. Needless to say we won't be back.
I try and give the benefit of doubt to a business. If I go there once and the service is unfriendly I try again. I do however have a 3 strike rule. I have been to this establishment 3 times. Each time the service has been sub par and rude. Today was the worst. The server aggressively shoved the snowcone so fast and assertively that the top of the snowcone flew off into my daughter's lap,and all over the car seat. The person did not so much as apologize and closed her window. Supporting small businesses is important, however the small business should also strive to give the best service possible. I am not talking give stuff away, I am sayin use basic manners like saying Thank you and smile.
This place sucks, they don’t take card but have a sign saying they do & another one saying they don’t & only take venmo by scanning the QR code which doesn’t work. The girl working was no help & snow cones taste like plain ice 🤮
Pulled in to get some shaved ice and sat at the window for nearly ten minutes. Two employees inside, made eye contact, but didn’t come to the window or even acknowledge me sitting there. Ended up driving off and will not be back. Don’t usually see such poor customer service here in Cleburne. Save your money, go somewhere else.
Used to love this place. Recommend it to everyone I knew. But today after years of going to this place. I found ants in my snow cone. Wasn't outside and only got the top half off before I noticed ant after ant after ant in the remainder of the cup. Tried to call 4 different times to talk about it with them and just left the phone ringing. So if someone could take a look at your bottles and see where your ants are coming from, I have a watermelon and strawberry n' cream one. Have a good one, sorry no one could answer the phone so I could try to tell y'all in private.
Came for happy hour. Got 3 smalls at 2.50 a piece but the sign says .50 cents off any size so why did she charge me 8$? Which is wrong to begin with 3x2.50 is 7.50 All the girls that work here have attitude problems, specially the young ones. Other times I go and want blue Hawaii they give me blue coconut and tell me the same thing ( ands definitely not) Just bc they are too lazy to remake it for me. Not coming here anymore. Who ever owns this you need to get your employees in line.
Got in line waited for 30 minutes just to get to the window to order with a sign that they do not accept credit cards only venmo or cash. Please place a sign where customers can see that you only accept cash or venmo. If one was placed it was not visible. Very Inconvenient to wait in line to see that.
The Sno Cone was great but the attitude was horrible! She rolled her eyes when my husband continued our order because she had walked off before he could tell her the rest! If you don't want to work... DONT!!! We pay for your services and when they go somewhere I'm sure they expect good service.
I’ll never come back here ever again! This is my fourth time my family and I come here to give it another chance for we really like shave ice 🍧. However, if you’ll want to waste your money on a cup of ice without flavor this is the right place to. There are other better places to go and get the best experience on your taste buds without getting sick in your stomach. Most likely they are going to add more juice now, or not. Despite that, good bye, never again!
There was a long line of cars so me and my kids walked up to the window because they seats where you can sit and eat if you want. The lady working looked directly at me and ignored me. Gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited another 10-15 mins and then just left with nothing. I went thru the drive thru one more time and paid for EXTRA syrup and cream, my snow cone was a huge blop of unflavored ice at the top and barely any flavoring at the bottom. I’m not going there again, hopefully another snow cone place opens up in town because this place has horrible customer service and subpar snow cones, and it’s definitely not shaved ice. The ice is crunchy and not soft.
i’ve been craving a snow cone for awhile and noticed this place was open, the young girl working ignored that i was in line so i parked and walked up to the window and still ignored me. I ended up getting in my car and trying one more time. she final acknowledged me, but was on her phone the whole time and kept having me repeat my order. The snow cones were incredibly nasty no flavor and the sweet cream tasted rotten.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. My wife ordered a shaved ice and discovered a bunch of ants inside her Shaved Ice. Naturally, that ruined it for all of us — once you see that, you don’t want to eat anything else from there. We had already spent $28, and none of us even wanted to touch our shaved ice after that. What made it worse was the staff’s attitude. There was no apology, no “sorry,” no sense of concern at all. They acted like it didn’t matter, and that lack of basic customer service was just as disappointing as the ants themselves. Between the unsanitary Shaved Ice and the complete disregard from the employees, this was a terrible experience. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I’d warn others to think twice before spending money here.
Sitting in line right now for about 10 minutes while the girl is having a conversation with the car in front of me if I could back up and leave and when I get up to the window I asked if she wanted me to get out of line so she can finish her conversation she said no that's ok no apology no nothing I promise I won't ever spend dime her and I will tell everyone I no not to as well since costumer service is not your number one priority
