I’m sorry but they make horrible pizza. Tried the T-Mobile deal and didn’t even bother eating the pizza. Crusty, dry, and just straight nasty. I loved pizza hut but idk if it’s the franchise or the employees at this point because the pizza was barely edible

The employees are ok… sometimes a little rude but honestly i don't blame them. The manager needs to be fired. 1 employee working and 10 people waiting for their orders. I walked in and waited 5 minutes for the lady to acknowledge me and it was another 5 minutes before she started working on the order… mind you i ordered online and it was supposed to be done when I got there. There were probably 10 people waiting… with literally 1 worker making the food boxing it as it came out and serving the people.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every time I go here my order is messed up. I ask for one thing they give me something else. Every time I call to say something about it they would tell me the order is correct even thought I’m looking at a wrong order.

For the second time in a row, I did not get what I paid for and when I called to rectify the situation I was offered a credit on my account instead of being sent what I paid for. What am I going to do with a credit if you can’t get the order right????? And the jerk on the phone didn’t care at all!!!

Poor people only have 1 or 2 workers running the whole shop. By the time it was supposed to be time to pick up order, they hadn't even started it and had 6 orders ahead of us. So sad bc pizza is better than competition

Hello everyone. I called earlier today to place a large order for a children's event. When I called, a young lady answered the phone. I asked if they took future orders and was immediately disconnected. I called back and got a nice young man and asked him the same questions. He said that Pizza Hut takes future orders but because he was in the call center, he would have to transfer me back to the restaurant. When he transferred me back, the phone just rang and rang. If it were not for the nice young man, I would rate the customer service "0". I placed our order with Dominos and will encourage our partners to use Dominos in the future as we have many upcoming events. Please train your reps at your Chester Avenue location. With a 2.6 rating, that should alert that something is not right.

I ordered online It didn't say online that I had to confirm a phone number or email after I paid for pick up. The guy didn't want to give my husband our order after already being aggravated with trying to find parking for a big vehicle. The guy told me he was outside after I fused about time and parking and my order being visible and clear on my screen. The same confirmation number I had on my end, pizza hut had on theirs. The guy was rude, the manger, should I say, was rude and unprofessional. I was on a time limit and didn't notice that the manager didn't give my husband our 20ozs of Pepsi we paid for. He said if he gave out the order to the wrong customer, the money would come out of his pocket. It looks like he has no problem putting money that's not his back in his pockets, either. The store still got paid for 2 20oz of Pepsi and still kept the items. My number was on the order. Why didn't I receive a call?

This location could win a prize for worst Pizza Hut. My expectations were low, but this was a joke. I ordered their "Quick" lunch box and showed up on time 15 minutes later. The employee told me it will be a few more minutes. She repeated that many times over the next 26 minutes! I contacted the chain and the specific location but haven't heard back in over a week.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever encountered. Having visited Pizza Huts in several countries, including some undeveloped ones, I can say even they are better than this location. They messed up the order, were incredibly rude, and provided the worst customer service I've experienced. This place should be shut down.

If I could give less than one star, I definitely would! Absolutely horrible experience! Just don't do it! I paid for food to be delivered and it never showed up. I was sent through a seemingly endless rabbit hole of phone transfers for an hour. I was even accused by a customer service representative of lying about the whole thing. I was told my order had been completed. Unless you are in the market for paying for food you never get and being called a liar, I would advise against it.

I ordered the triple treat box and an 8pc boneless wings not only was the order late but it was the wrong order I ordered cheese sticks the big cookie a meat lovers and a simple sausage pizza. What I got was those nasty cinnamon rolls cheese sticks a medium Hawaiian pizza and some pizza with mushrooms, onion sausage and bell peppers this is crazy and I want my money back oh and I didn’t even get the boneless wings!!!!!!

Door dasher took OVER AN HOUR to deliver 2 blocks away! My pizza arrived mildly warm at 109°F. Pizza Hut, get your own delivery drivers and stop using s**ty doordash! Then we can talk about changing my review.
