I came through the drive-thru and the gentleman that took my order ended up paying for my order since I was a few cents short. I was unable to tell the manager how amazing their employees are but big thank you to Clayton for making my night.
The Food is good but the service at this location is a little slow some times the price for a meal is reasonable
We were helped by a sweet girl tonight, her name is Zoanne. I also saw her outside picking up garbage to keep the store cleaned up outside. I’ve never seen anyone else doing that so I wanted to make sure she gets recognized for how hard she works and also for how kind she is to her customers. Food was also fresh and delicious.
Their food is always delicious and the services here are good. The employees are helpful nice and very positive
I had such a great experience at Sonic thanks to Clayton! He went above and beyond with his customer service — friendly, quick, and super professional. You could tell he really cared about making sure our order was right and that we were happy. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes pride in their work the way he does. The food was fresh, the service was fast, and Clayton made the whole visit enjoyable. Sonic is lucky to have him on their team!
Went through last night and Clayton was our server. He did a fantastic job, he has the best customer service I've seen for quite some time! The food was hot and great! Will be back just for his service!
Stopped in for some grub after moving all day, Clayton was our car hop. My man coming in clutch with that fire customer service. Appreciate you little homie for being a welcoming & friendly face. Definitely going to stop through at this location just for him!
I love the prices! The food is always the comfort level. If you don't know what you want or having an off day, sonics is the way to go. I would prefer to do online sometimes to pick up. I have had days when the staff is snappy or not nice. I love the drinks as well. An XL drink is almost the size of an XL cup from Mavericks. It only costs about 4 bucks. Gotta love them prices man
Gave this place another shot after getting my shakes last time that were essentially just milk and we were yet again disappointed. I shouldn't have to put my shake in the freezer when I get home to enjoy a non liquid shake. Idk what the deal is are they just sitting these out and letting them melt or is the ice-cream machine not getting cold enough?
This sonic used to be a nice place to grab a cold drink and a quick bite, the drive thru is a joke, its so slow, maybe just short staffed but this place used to be way better. Always great food and drinks but the service is lacking
If I could give zero stars I would. I got dinner for my family and the food was all cold. After I told the employee my concerns I was told to wait for a manager, then I was hung up on. Customer service was not good, food was not good. The biggest problem is it is against health code to send out food for customers that is not to temp.
Kristin - The general manager was so rude so disrespectful. At least she claimed to be the general manager . Because they kept my credit card through the drive-through and I had asked them if they would even comp my drink and she told me that they don’t comp anything even though I had to drive clear from Clifton almost home to Frutia. Super rude and I would love to speak to the real GM if they would be willing to reach out.
My car hop Clayton should be fired, he’s always drunk or something and consistently makes obscene gestures to his coworkers when I come in: like a finger gun to his head or miming cutting his throat. He’s never pleasant and makes the entire establishment seem shady. There’s no reason an employee like that should be there as long as he has.
If you guys can’t hear people please get new headsets. This is the second time my order was totally wrong or missing something. Not happy :(
I used the buy one get one coney deal on the app and it didn't work and when I told the manager Clayton about it and asked for my food he was very rude and said with a stern angry voice No! I'm not giving you one! Pretty much screamed it at me. He was very unprofessional and has no place in a restaurant. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will never go to this Sonic again as long as that person is a manager there.
I asked to use diet cherry syrup in my slush, even though I know it won’t 100% sugar free and was told flat no, that they won’t do that and are only allowed to use 100% sugar syrup. As a diabetic that would like a treat occasionally I shouldn’t have to ingest extra sugar when it’s not necessary. Thanks Sonic for not caring about peoples health needs, whether it was just a treat or not
Had to go back 3 times.. ordered 2 coneys w/o onions. First time was given 2 coneys with onions upon going back i was handed 2 burgers?? Wth finally get home and pull coneys out they are American hotdogs... Absolutely insane had to go back not just cause I don't want them but the price difference! Come on people if you don't understand please ask sometime for help don't just hand out other people's food! Extremely disappointed.
This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been to it, never has anything. It is always out of stock or understaffed. The app doesn't work, half the time the staff is rude. If I could vote for the worst fast food restaurant in the grand valley, this would be it
I order ahead on the app cause I was 15 minutes away i got one thing a route 44 Dr Pepper with cherry flavor and vanilla. When I got there I checked in and it immediately said they were on the way with my order I than waited 20 minutes for one drink to come out to me when I got it the ice was melted and I asked for a refund and another one cause of the wait and the fact the ice was melted and the lady said I need to pay for another one cause unless it was made wrong they can’t refund it. Yall really need to think about firing and hiring some new people.
My husband and i were just looking for a quick meal. we ordered maybe 4-5 things. they forgot all of the sauces , along with the cheese dog. They reread our order back to us and they said cheese dog but didn’t add it to the meal. they gave us our total and at first it was 25.40 and than somehow 23.40? figuring lillian was new and did not know how to work the system. seems like she accidentally removed something. whoever took our order was very rushy. probably won’t come back.
I went there to get a quick little meal as I hadn’t eaten all day. I ordered my food in the drive thru and watched the carhop accidentally give my order to the car in front of me. They started eating out of the bag and sharing it with eachother. When the carhop got back they told her it was the wrong order. The poor carhop tried to ask the manager to remake and she told her no it’s fine and tried to give it to me not knowing I saw the whole thing. The poor carhop looked like she was doing all the work running around while the lazy manager sat there giving me dirty looks through the window. I told the carhop it was a food safety violation and to please remake it again. She came out 10 seconds later with a “new order” which I know was the old one put in a new bag since it takes longer than 10 seconds to make new tenders. Then she gave me a free ice cream and when I got home I noticed it looked like someone spit in it. And before you send the regular reply, I already reported this to corporate. Disgusting.
