Great bar
This is one of the absolutely one of the most amazingly awesome-st bars not only in the state, but in the country - it's the oldest continuingly running bar in the county! An old water-hole overlooking on the now-long-gone Chenango Canal and then Railroad and therefore the Erie Canal routes between mines in Pennsylvania and Binghampton, New York and Chicago - it is the warmest dive bar you'll ever see. This is what it used to be like to get drunk in 1895. It was a local grocers store for a time being (think CVS, or gas station). Beer & drinks s*** cheap, easy drinks, run down stools, a sagging ceiling, awesome hard rock on the jukebox; baseball games on TV during $2 beer happy hour during the week, smoke station out back, you can even get cheap little take-away bottles of wine after liquor stores close. Worth a glass when you're giving your donkey a pit-stop.
The kind of place you want to grab a beer after work. Excellent service, no bull kinda bar. Can't beat the weekday prices.
Great little bar in a historic village... Very down to earth establishment and great drink specials... best juke box in town!... 3 plays for $1!
Great atmosphere, great drinks!
My previous coworkers and I were regulars here before COVID. Looking forward to come back here to chill for a bit again after work!
The rok is back & revamped. Great selection and pricing of drinks, glad they carried on the Irish tradition of town. Looks nice with the classic vibe but fresh cleanup.

Generally very relaxed environment, nice to hang out with a drink.
Small local bar, no frills. Beer is cold, customer and staff are friendly. Pool table as well.

The consummate dive experience
I ts my bar of choice close to home & I know most of the regulars
My sister and I stopped by today to have a drink, shared a text with my brother that couldn't be there with us. I think we were ripped off. Sign says " work week drinks til 8 pm... $3 Wells and $2.50 pints". My sister had a well drink and I had a draft beer. He charged us $ 8... Huh? Guess that's math in a college town. Oh well I don't live nearby anymore..... Thanks for listening...
Hole in the wall, small, local dive bar. 'Everyone, knows everyone'. Average beer selection. Foosball game, juke box, and TV, for live hockey games.
Your average college town dive bar, where the lights are dim and the juke box is still full of CDs
