Customer service and hospitality for workers nowadays is hard to find my family, and I went in here and had a wonderful dinner with amazing service, and while checking out, I learned from Melissa that they now sell the big ranches so instead of just getting a little ones we got big ones highly recommend this place, very friendly atmosphere and great customer service

Stopped by with the family. Our purchase included 2 lunch buffets (for my wife and I) and a small pizza for my young kids. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome from the Manager Raymond. Fresh Pizzas kept coming out for the buffet without ever leaving us waiting for refills. The kids pizza also came out quick but without lacking any freshness, taste nor quality. The music choice playing was top notch as well. We hadn't been to this location in a couple of years because we had moved to a town near by. As we were in the area taking care or a few errands we made the stop for lunch at this location. It was definitely better than the last time we were here and plan to return soon again! Thanks Raymond and the entire team for a job well done!

I would definitely recommend taking your family here for a bite to eat. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. A big thank you to Melissa for being so helpful and kind. Me and my family will be back for sure.

This Round Table location was very clean and well-kept. They had a few claw machines that added a fun touch, especially for kids. Our food came out in about 15 minutes and was fresh and delicious. The salad bar was clean and fully stocked, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be bringing my family back. Highly recommend!

Superior pizza - love the Gourmet Veggie! Plenty of tasty appetizers, salads, and desserts. Great location at Herndon and Willow by Target. Something for the whole family and for every palette.

Crazy Good!!! Actually 1 of the best pizza's I've ever had from there. But no specials or coupons, she said they don't run them on the weekends.?? I found a $3.00 off which made a King Arthur's Combo $24.00.

Pizza was cooked perfectly. And jalapeño poppers where a hit. If you in the neighborhood try em out.

Melissa was awesome! She sold me on the Dragon Platter and she was absolutely right — the kids loved the mozzarella sticks. Everything was fresh, hot, and super tasty. Great service and a fun treat for the whole family. Will definitely be back!

This Location is The best ! Safe parking , Party room , light music , ac available great Ownership he’s available to book your 🌟🍕Party. And of course the Pizza & cheese sticks and twists and salad’s are The tastiest around . Worth the drive ! Shout out to Staff Karen was friendly and fast and others that kept checking in on us. I discovered this pizza place just recently. And me and my 2 girls (13) and (3) love it!! The manager (Raymond) for the place is very kind and courteous. He personally went out of his way to grab a a couple games for this location and we love it!!

The whole staff that works there is awesome. The are so kind and accommodating when we have our staff meetings for haunted house business. They love when we bring our work in to display for our staff. They make sure we are comfortable and have great costumer service. We love have our monthly staff meetings there.

The food was delicious ,and the atmosphere and the environment of the restaurant was better than Me-n-Ed's... Plus, I found out they used all natural ingredients too... Melissa not only knew what the kids would like but she offered games too! The kids were eating churros and playing battleship. They had multiple tv’s on different sports to keep my boyfriend engaged. We will definitely return to this location!

The garlic twists were warm and buttery, and everything tasted fresh and consistent. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff worked quickly and efficiently. Melissa, the manager, runs the place like a pro—she’s attentive, professional, and makes sure every guest feels taken care of. You can tell her leadership keeps the team sharp and the atmosphere welcoming. Easily one of the best pizza experiences around.

Pizza is really good here. They had a Super Bowl deal that I believe is going on until Super Bowl Sunday and it’s a great deal. Cole helped me with my order and made sure I understood what all came in the deal and Josh was great checking in and making sure the food was good. Overall great experience

If anything was getting low, it was replaced quickly. Shout out to Alexis and Melissa for making sure all lunch patrons had happy tummies. ( Well atleast our group lol)

Round table pizza makes my favoritest pizza - nothing tops their delicious gourmet veggie IMO. This particular location is always clean, the staff is friendly/inviting and they even have a room to throw a party! I was helped by Melissa during this last visit and she was super warm and helpful.

We love Round Table, specifically the Herndon and Willow location. They’re always friendly and their pizza and salad bar is consistently good. This review is based on the condition of the restaurant. We have frequently noticed that the tables are not being cleared off/cleaned often (in fact we had to clean our own last night) we enjoyed a nice slow dinner for probably a little over an hour and not one table that was dirty when we got there had been addressed. I’ve worked in the industry before and I know it can get busy, and perhaps there were lots of take out orders…but an hour is a decent enough time to clear off at least a couple of tables, really doesn’t take too long. I hope this improves and would like to see management acknowledge this review. Thank you

At least, the times I have called (after speaking with the call center and waiting to be transferred), they have gladly replaced our orders. The pizzas are inconsistently cooked. Usually, it is not cooked enough, as if it is removed from the oven too soon. We decided to order well done, and it was so overcooked. It was dry. Another issue is air bubbles, which cause the toppings to slide off. Here's a pic of an extra large we ordered where only half was appealing. Most of the cheese slid to one side. The replacement we got was good, but the cuts were absolutely silly and some tiny! To add, when I returned for pick up, it was sitting on the counter for dine in, no box... getting cold. I think we're done with this location. Also, when I came to pick up the remake, no one was watching the oven as pizzas piled up and had major bubbles. It was Saturday evening, with only two employees! A cashier and one guy in the back. Very understaffed for a Saturday.

Sold me old pizza someone not pick up! I never will go back here. Frozen dough, scant tomato sauce- burned cheese. Ordered at 6:00 PM - pick up at 6:20pm for take out. Must have been leftover from lunch- in the warmer all day- so dried out maybe yesterday- so pathetic. They think I won’t be able to tell? Good luck!! No in-store customer would tolerate this-I would have walked out. Give me my money back!!

Liked this place but after I ordered today I noticed that the window-washers this Round Table was employing going to their truck. It had ICE, Confederate, swastika, and Trump paraphernalia. Won't be back.
