Its I'd say we have an above average 'bell here. The employees overall are pretty friendly and outgoing. The wendy's across the parking lot is full of more disgruntled employees by comparison. Its standard taco bell as far as food.

I am here in Clovis for a relocation for work. I am lost and depressed leaving my wife and pets back at home, but I know this is her favorite place for fast food. For years I would bemoan the taste, the goop that this franchise would peddle. I would enjoy and even participate in the jokes about how it's the same five ingredients just rehashed, mixed around, and presented in different wrappers. I would correct people when they said they just had some "Taco Bell" for lunch, and remind them to call it "Toxic Hell". Now, I've been with my wife for eight years this Summer. We've had many trips to Toxic Hell where I would whine and moan about how much I hate it and that I'm doing it for her. So imagine my surprise when I find myself sitting in this location's drive through, my hesitation as I ordered a Cravings Box, my annoyance as I paid, and my horror when I got back to my hotel only to realize, y'know what? Toxic Hell is pretty tasty. I realized that this franchise may not be my favorite, but it is so rooted in my personal life that I've come to enjoy it. The food here was (seemingly) fresh, hot, crunchy in the crunchy spots and soft in the soft spots. I enjoyed this meal as it reminded me of the fake fights my wife and I have when going here. I realized she made me enjoy the food. More importantly, I realize, thanks to Toxic Hell, that I miss home and this meal reminded me of exactly what I'm missing.

New manager or at least friendlier people at the window. Has always been the grumpy lady for three years. Nice to get good service and appreciated.

I'm always impressed at the local Taco Bell, they consistently make my orders correct >95% of the time where every other far food place in town don't even reach an 80% accuracy rate. Always friendly, food is properly cooked, they give free stuff if they think your wait is too long (which is never really that long in my opinion) and their mobile order app is just top-notch!

My family loves the Luxe box that's available only online. It's a great deal. The booths have been removed with their remodel.

This was a delicious breakfast. Everything was very good the pancakes and hashbrowns that eggs. That cinnamon roll is to die for we really enjoyed the place and the apple juice was delicious. The service was very good and we tipped the cooks.

Our visit began with a clean store and an enthusiastic greeting. We were able to place our order quickly. Or food was prepared very quickly and was ready to go before we even finished getting our drinks. While we were eating, two different employees checked on how we were doing. When we left, we were cheerfully told to have a nice day and to come back again soon. This is one of the best Taco Bell we've been to in a while. Did I mention that the food was great? Well, it was!

Order was prepared quickly and all items were in the bag along with the proper amount of sauce. Staff was friendly and patient with my order due to my loud truck in the drive-thru. Tacos had good amount of fixings.

Loved it. Good hot food, quick service, friendly happy workers, will be returning in the future. Got the chicken enchilada burrito, soft taco and 2 bean burritos for $11, not bad priced compared to everything else.

I don’t know what the new remodel got this Taco Bell feeling like, but by far the best food I’ve ever had here. Tim made the experience welcoming and enjoyable to the new atmosphere the remodel brought. Tim should be GM or face of the Taco Bell online community. Seats and lighting are nice, too.

Met a few divers getting certified for diving while there. They were very excited about being able to explore. I did not participate but it did look like you needed to know what you were doing. It's not a restaurant it's just a place of interest .not recommended for small children in my opinion

Ordered online, waited about 5 minutes before I left my house, drove the 10 minutes and still had to wait about 5 minutes in the drive thru. Very slow, but food was good.

Decent fast food restaurant. The customer service was above average. They were very courteous, and offered our family extra food as they had made too much. Fairly clean and easily accesible, especially being near a mall.

I would have gave a 3 but I'm sure it was an uncouth customer who left unpleasant stuff in the bathroom, on the wall. So today's society is really to blame, not Taco Bell. The food was great, it just would have been better if I hadn't had to wash my hands, first.

The service is great and they prepare your food quickly. The drive-through takes a while to go through as they are a bit slow over there, but other than that, this place is great just like any other Taco Bell.

I enjoyed our trip, however, our granddaughter did not. I guess being 11 gives you the right to complain about everything. I explained to her that next time she will buy her own lunch, and there will be no complaining. She stopped complaining. We enjoyed our lunch. The food was great as always!! Thanks Taco Bell!! The girl at the window was friendly. Food was hot, but not the place to make special orders for picky kids. Ordered 4 doritos locos tacos, no cheese, or tomato received 2 doritos Loco tacos with cheese, and 2 regular with cheese. My husband's quesadilla was missing cheese, but the rest of the orders were good. Perfect for late night snack runs.

Drive thru was fast, service could be better, the person working window screamed OKAY upon driving up, I asked in not sure I heard you, they spoke like that again, not alot of courtesy, but the food was good, and I got out of there quickly so it was 50/50.

We did drive tru, we order Dortio tacos combo and a mexican pizza.. our order right and hot and delicious. The employee at the window was nice and asked if we needed any extra napkins.

Food is typically good, service is sometimes slow but that’s to be expected when the place is often short-staffed. Cleanliness is also a typical issue. One major gripe. If you order on the kiosk and choose to dine-in and your order includes drinks, they will forget your drink every single time without fail. And the employees will ignore you when you stand at the counter and try to get someone to help.

Normally good food because my son and I sub meat for potatoes on the crunch wrap and make our tacos soft with potatoes instead of meat also. Last time no potatoes on one of the crunch wraps and the other had a nasty slimmy sauce that upset my son's stomach.

I’ve heard this location made SUSIE a manager….. their worst and rudest service person. There are multiple reviews about this woman and multiple complains about her. How can they make her a manager???? How have all these reviews about her not done anything to open their eyes?????

I would say.about 40 % of our visits are made wrong or items forgotten or NO sauce in the bag. We have to have hot and mild sauce ... It's now 1:22 am and they put spicy sauce on the quesadilla and asked not to. We can't even call up there bc no one answers. I'm on # 15 times trying to call now... But there goes one of us back again. And never get extras thrown in after a mistake no twists that don't even have hardly any cinnamon or sugar in them,ever... But for some reason we keep going back!!! Aye.....

Very disappointing, I ordered on the kiosk and they got my order wrong. On top of that the burritos🌯 looked like half or a quarter of a burrito. Maybe 3 bites and it was gone. I am very disappointed and will not be going back for a long time.

Poor professionalism. Lots of cussing, hardly ever anyone stays upfront long though. The customer area isn't cleaned often, and you can see that it's pretty dirty in the back while standing at the counter. Food is decent, if you know what you're really getting, considering it's mostly for the cheap, very rare stuff for me, especially considering the price. If you want to eat at off of 5 bucks, here ya go. I heard an upcoming remodel is in the works. Hope they don't ruin it and it loses its reputation for not being the cleanest, to say the least, fast food dining-in place.

The service is reasonable, employees are friendly. 2 stars are simply due to managment (I'm guessing). Several times they are no longer serving an item still advertised on the board. It's not a complicated process to post a notice over the item, or even cover it all together.

Almost always a good experience. BUT~moving on to our experience at around 6:00 p.m. We ordered and paid online for pickup at the business. We got not one item we ordered. The staff was indifferent and offered no assistance. Due to food safety and handling the food cannot be given to the intended person as it left the store. Taco Bell you need to step up your game and give your paying customers what they paid for .

Was the only car in the drive through December 7 2024 around 1105 AM ordered #10 burrito looked awful!!!! I didn’t get a soft taco that I asked for and zero sauce that I asked for I can understand if they where busy but no just me and food presentation was awful and with simple missing items very disappointing!!

Everytime I order they forget the sauce packets. I ordered on Doordash, asked for 28 packets (extreme I know, but was to make a point) and they put 0 in the bag. Hire staff that can read in the future... it's not that hard.

When I go to get tacos, I like a plain meat and cheese taco with extra beef. I PAY for extra beef every time and they consistently fail to give me what I pay for.

Idk why but I can drive 20 miles away to Portales, NM and the food tastes so good, the service is amazing, and they are so fast. Here in Clovis, the service is slow, people are not friendly, and the food is literally awful. Like not just made incorrectly, but the flavor is disgusting.

My daughter went to Taco Bell a little earlier, got her food, and had to get back in line, because they forgot part of her order. She came back and was still missing quesadillas, so she drove back into town with her receipt and she had to pay AGAIN for food that wasn’t in the bag! Not only did they screw up the order they made her pay twice! So done with Taco Bell and rest assured I’ll be passing on this information to friends and family! 😡😡😡

My whole family usually likes taco bell. But we ordered last night and all 4 of us got food poisoning. We all were sick to our stomachs last night and today still. It has been horrible. Never again.

So I want to say this is the worst taco bell I've been to. I order a few tacos for my mom that doesn't do fast food very often but tonight she's was wanting Taco bell. So since I came into town I went to order a few simple tacos a couple of Loco tacos and a mexican pizza. The order was wrong there was extra food that we didnt order in the bag and no Loco tacos. I have to drive from farwell to get it and by the time i realized it i was already back at my moms. Not sure why they can't follow simple instructions but it sucked that I had to give my mom food that was thrown in the bag and everything was crushed. Not asking for a refund or anything out of it. Just be more attentive to there job.

Update: been 3 years since my last review and these Sierra Sticks STILL can't read the dang board and follow instructions! Do yourself and everyone else a favor go be a door greater! Trusty tacobell.... you can only trust one thing. SOMETHING in your order will be messed up. Never fails. Only changes. Normally they forget food. I guess this could be the same, since they FORGOT the meat in out tacos! Then they will expect you to come back and deal with their long a lines because if their slow service. I remember when I use to work both on post and in town, grande's combos were made in under 30 seconds and looked good. Now, a taco and burritos will take 2-3, why don't you all flatten THAT curve. And just the cherry on top, ordered for the family. 15 items, 6 sauces......... yay for that.

We usually have a great experience. Tonight was horrible. We went through the drive thru and they messed up on our order. Its after 11 pm, so we couldn't get in to get our food, that they messed up on. My boyfriend and I tried calling with no answer. My boyfriend went to the front door and knocked and was only stared at by employees. So we finally decide to go back in the drive thru behind 4 other vehicles and the lady on the intercom was VERY rude. She claimed to have answered the phone but she didn't. A young woman walked out to our car and hands my boyfriend his food. She was the best person we dealt with tonight. I'm disappointed in how the lady on the intercom handled the situation. I suggest going during the daytime to get the best service.

Disgusting the lady couldn’t even hand the drinks correctly pinched at the top dropping them to us almost spit on us. The beans were so over cooked basically dehydrated. The quesadilla was uncooked and not cut. The grilled cheese burrito was disgusting and not correct. The chips were thrown in the bag upside down not edible food and a waste of time and money.

women at the drive thru was all rude 1st of all, 2nd nacho fries in the 5 dollar nacho box are regular fries, the chalupas I ordered are all cold and hard. got 2 sauce packets for a 5 dollar box, 2 burritos and 2 chalupas. We got our food and it was terrible. All of it was smashed and the taco and double decker weren't even put together. They weren't wrapped and the contents were falling out inside the bag. Pure laziness in the kitchen and super disappointing. We didnt get that much food so it wasnt like it was the weight of items crushing other items. It's just laziness and probably someone with a bad attitude..

Be careful of your Cinnamon Twists if you get your order to go. The Clovis Taco Bell will try and short you every time. They are betting that you don't look at your food before you leave, and that you won't drive back for a dollar menu dessert. The sad thing is they know that they do it, its not that it got over looked. As soon as you say you didn't put my C... they are already reaching around to grab it. So i dont know if this practice is a encouraged practice from the owner, or if the Manager are just stupid that they don't notice all their staff eating Cinnamon Twist all the time. Either way the place is poorly ran.

Absolutely horrible staff, super dirty lobby and kind of ridiculous prices at this point. The employees acted like it was a problem to take our order for us inside, why? Just because you have the kiosks doesn't mean people prefer that. You can't customize food the way you'd like on the kiosks either. Horrible location.

I always ask for the Chicken Chalupa with extra chicken. Either the shell is too hard and stale or the chicken is sometimes dry & they always skimp. For such a busy restaurant, the food prep employees are always goofing off, or just look like they don’t want to be there. Went there today for lunch and was rushed so fast out of the drive thru I didn't even get to look at the menu. Whoever was working the drive thru rushed me to where I couldn't even look at the new items and actually order what I wanted.

Gosh, What happened to Taco Bell? For like the last decade, I have ordered most of my items with one or two ingredients changed, which is like a specialty of Taco Bell and highly encouraged by the app. And for a decade, I have almost never had a mistake on my order. Taco Bell in Clovis has been the most reliable fast food restaurant in town for years. But in the last 6 months, every single order I have gotten has been wrong, often enormously so - every item wrong. Forget special orders now, because they don't pay attention to them. If you order a Mexican pizza, don't expect it to be cut correctly, and sometimes not cut at all. If you order something that needs to be eaten with a fork, I hope they packed you lots of napkins because you'll be using your hands. If you're allergic to sour cream and need it out of your burrito, you better unroll that thing and double check. I just don't understand how they went from the top of the mountain to the bottom so violently. After tonight I guess I'm done. Unless I'm just ordering some straight up Doritos tacos, I can't count on them for jack anymore. Food's great, when it's right. Service is decent, but slipping. But there is no care in the kitchen anymore. Update #1: Because I'm a fat guy who loves Taco Bell, I have kept going, hopeful. I mostly order things that I don't need to customize, except usually one item where I need a sauce removed or something. I have now gone 20 times since the above review. I have kept track of how many times they have gotten my order wrong. It has been 19 out of 20 times. 19 out of 20 times they can't get a simple customization correct. How is that even possible? Update #2: It's been real hit or miss since my last update. Even when ordering simple items, the issue now becomes them running out of the food you order. Normally they are out of Baja Blast Zero. I can count on one hand the amount of times I've gone to any other fast food place and they've said that they are out of a specific soda, and that's all other places combined. This Taco Bell is out of this one particular soda 50% of the time I go. That is not an exaggeration. It is mind-boggling how often they are out of this soda. But I can get past that, because they always have diet mountain dew as a backup. Never run out of that. But tonight I think was the final straw. I ordered three items that required no customization. I ordered on the app. After processing my payment, I was informed at the window that this Taco Bell was out of beef. All of the things that I had ordered were beef-centric. They replaced everything with steak, however none of the items I ordered were good with steak instead of beef. I tasted each item and could not eat them. I wish I had been informed at the speaker, so I could have canceled the order instead. But no. Now I can either just throw away the $17 or try and go through the app and customer service to get a refund, which will be like pulling teeth. I know I've said this before, but I am 100% done with this Taco Bell. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF BEEF WHEN IT IS YOUR MAIN THING? MCDONALD'S ISN'T EVER RUNNING OUT OF BEEF!

My fam goes to Taco Bell one day, by surprise of course. If you have a family you know that those surprise trips always got you happy. So imagine as I’m about to dig in to my delicious bean and cheese burrito…. ONIONS, the smell. I have a very keen smell when it comes to onions I’m like a wolf. (So I’ve been told) I open my burrito and there lies my death and demise at the same time. The one thing I can never forgive them for. Not just a couple onions here and there, no it’s personal. They added them in all the hiding places so I had to really dig to get them out. After around 10 minutes of digging hands and knees I get majority out. I go and take a bite but by my disappointment these tortilla flaps are hiding things from me. Nasty. Oniony things. I’m over it, no longer will I suffer through this hell and discrimination TACO HELL. No longer will I suffer long hours on the toilet for your mediocre food. Signing out.

Ordered online, made my burrito wrong, made my potatoes wrong it had sour cream. And it about made me gag. One of my cheesey gordida crunches was stale and everything was cold. Especially since I was waiting for the food in store

They told us AFTER we already ordered and paid that they don't have any breakfast items despite it being breakfast time. When asked how they were going to fix it they said we had to order something else that comes out to the exact same amount! ridiculous! Then when we said we would just make a super order of food we didn't come here for and we would dispute the first charge with our bank they finally said we could get a refund. Extremely rude and unprofessional service. Food was trash as usual since only their breakfast is decent. Total disappointment.

Went this morning to grab some breakfast it was 8:05 when I pulled into the drive thru the manager came on and said we do not open until 8 my husband said it’s 8:05 and no response so we just left this manager is also very rude has horrible customer service honestly not sure why she is still employed !

This is the worst taco bell i have ever been to and that says alot when i travel across the states for work with my husband. They never get my orders right especially when ordering on door dash. They give you a number to call and then dont answer. For reference this morning i ordered 12 delights on door dash along with a breakfast wrap and coffees, i got my coffees and breakfast wrap correct i only got 2 delights. 2! I spent $8 and got 2!

Went and got a large strawberry freeze today, just to not get that. The woman working the window hands me a cup that's 1/3 empty and I ask her if that's how the large is supposed to be and she says that it "just dropped" and "it's full." My friend asks her if she is supposed to fill it and the woman says nothing just shoves the food at us and says in a rude tone to have a nice day. I dont know how to post a picture of the cup as received, but this is not even the first time this crap has happened. So ridiculous to pay a more for less AND get shitty service.

every single time i go here, my order is wrong & theyre so bothered by a customer being there. barely even said hi to us tonight & we ordered 2 luxe boxes both w no sour cream & one w no lettuce. we got home and opened our food, FULL of lettuce & FULL of sour cream.. I would call and tell them that pretty much our entire order is wrong but they wont care & wont do anything about it. Theres one lady in the morning that is usually very nice & actually greets me anytime i go. I usually dont say anything but this is ridiculous.

My wife and I ordered Taco Bell and when our order arrived, it was not what we ordered. We ordered 2 box meals, only recieved one and the items in the meal box we did recieve didn't have the correct items. My wife ordered the cantina burrito box and only got her soft taco and chips w/ quac. And sadly this is not the first time that this Taco Bell has messed up our order.

Terrible decided to try it again even after the manager was rude to my sister and they never made it right. Ordered food tonight and they didn’t make the bean burrito right it was simple with extra red sauce instead got an extra dry burrito lots of dry cheese no red sauce and no onions at all I didn’t even eat and there’s no reason to call because they won’t answer anyway.

At the drive through I watched the blonde girl with fake lashes blow on the drink tops to get the foam off before handing them to the cashier to give out. Absolutely unacceptable.

If I could have given less than one star, I would haveI ordered black bean crunch wraps and they were empty. Like literally no black beans, lettuce, etc. Just a little cheese and flat tortilla. I also ordered the seven layer burrito with extra beans. The burrito was straight sour cream and the beans were on the side. Like I know it's just Taco Bell, but the order of only 5 things was 35 bucks and it was not even made right. Do better! I can, and will from now in, drive to Portales and get great food and much better service.

Came into the drive through at 1130. When I made it to the order station, the first girl asked for our order, then almost immediately asked us to hold on and wait. A male employee hopped on the microphone, asked for my order a second time, then began talking to someone else, either employee or another customer at the window, ignoring me. I then hear a commotion and a loud scream, either from the front car or the employee. The original female employee jumped back on the mic, asking if our order was completed, which we had barely gotten out a sentence of. To top it all off, when we arrived home, not all of the items were present. We had 2 $7 luxe boxes missing our 5 layer burritos each. Overall, nightmare. Next time i see these employees at the window, i very well may cancel my order and leave to save myself the hassle

☹️UNBELIEVABLE☹️ i guess a super-large corporate restaurant chain doesn't monitor these reviews... it's a tragic shame they don't, or they would see a definite need for an entire staff change into people who actually care about food preparation AND quality customer service!! Clovis is a very small town, that being understood, a severe lack of customer service can easily send a business into a downward spiral and then bye-bye... good riddance!! This lack of corporate interest combined with a team of managers who have no idea what the term "customer service" means nor what the lack of can do to a business in a small community! 🚫BOYCOTT🚫 🚫TACO BELL🚫 ☹️UNBELIEVABLE☹️ the food here, like most fast foods of this type, is mediocre at best but that is not what this review is for... please realize that my management skills are in teaching and performing only the best Customer Service! this Taco Bell serves the neighborhood north of the Clovis Mall, and we stop by maybe twice a month... service is always substandard and i actually spoke to a shift manager a couple weeks ago regarding her crew needing a teaching series in Customer Service, which she received favorably. I guess tonight was too soon to expect positive results from a group of children! perhaps my expectations are high but I feel a courtesy, "hello, we will be with you shortly" is expected by anyone of the shift crew if there isn't a member at the register station! After waiting 5 or 6 minutes with two other patrons, and the door opening to others... i asked to speak to a manager, and had to ask twice since i was continuing to be ignored! the window member said, "hello" and as i began explaining the situation of a severe lack in Customer service etiquette, she began speaking with someone else over her headset to which it became obvious to me she hadn't heard a word i had said!! after being insulted, she turned and walked away! the one member who had responded to my manager request, he kinda shrugged and continued his job... two other customers waiting in open mouth dismay just looked on as i walked out to go elsewhere... actually, ANYWHERE else where customer service has meaning!! Time of this unfortunate waste of my time - 7pm Sunday evening only two customers seated... Taco Bell rating at this location?? Management - ZERO Customer Service - ZERO Standard Etiquette - ZERO

I just moved to new Mexico this tacobell has given me a very bad first impression the lady working the drive thru window today was very rude don't know her name she has on glasses with fake nails she really need to learn better customer service and how to talk to people. They gave me burnt food and tried to tell me that how it comes the nuggets do not look like nuggets and fries were hard as rocks. First I was going to let them replace the order but the drive thru worker was so rude I did not want anything else from this place. I will never come here again she threw my bag back at me saying I can't take this walked off n slammed the window. I will never come back again taco bell was one of my favorite places to go but not while I live here.

Food was garbage. Ordered my meal without sour cream, and they loaded it up with sour cream. No tomatoes on my taco with the least amount of fillings I've ever seen in a taco.

I just want to say that the employees at Taco Bell must be taking food out their own personal stash of food to make your order because when you pay $14 for a chalupa meal and you got to search through lettuce to find steak meat 🥲 ain’t it

Normally the food is good. But I don't recall ordering trash on the side. A piece of dumdum or lollipop wrapper and a piece of sauce packet wrapped with the food item. Had to toss the whole thing away. No telling what else they hidden in side the food. I don't think I shall visit there again. Afraid someone will put body fluids in the food. By the way, I went through the drive through on 12 May 24 around 15:00.
