My family and I went to the dinner show last Thursday night and were absolutely blown away by the talented Christine Love. Her voice is just incredible and she was so friendly and entertaining. We had such a good time. The service was excellent as well. We will be coming back next time we are in the area. It was a lovely way to spend the evening and a real highlight in our trip to the valley.

Lovely club, open to the public. Both sides of club upstairs have decks overlooking great views. Bar menu has many options but not enough low fat/carb ones. Service is great. Restaurant offers a nice menu and terrific view. Great water feature at entrance. Looks like it's raining but it's a waterfall of sorts.

A combined birthday celebration and a 50th wedding anniversary. This was a big night out for the four of us, and it was a wonderful evening. Initially there was some confusion with the address and GPS because there are so many places called “Indian Wells”. And the building that IW Live is in looks like a private condo building. Perhaps when it was called Frank’s Place there wasn’t this confusion! Food and service was outstanding and we found the prices reflected the quality. The entertainment started promptly at 6pm. Marc Antonelli and Maureen MacDonald (a lovely Canadian singer!). There are two sets to their program. We wish we could have stayed for the second set, because the set list would have been more to our liking — more celebration music, rather than somber Classic (opera) music and a sad song to commemorate 9 / 11. The Prayer, by Carole Bayer Sager. But the singers have wonderful vocals! To top the evening off, the staff presented our table with beautiful desserts, one for the birthday, one for the anniversary! Thank you!

The View has a stunning view of the golf course and mountains. A decent happy hour and very tasty selections. The only negative, that I do notice every time, is a foul odor near the stairwell in the lobby that continues to the top of the staircase.

Like the decor and layout in the bar. Pity that the entrance and stairs smell like a sewage factory. You would have thought an establishment owned by the city could get THAT fixed straight away.

Cool old hotel and nice restaurant lounge but wow, the food is so badly overpriced and disappointing; $29 for a salad and $39 for lasagna, both were ok but not great. The pizza was absolutely terrible, $21 for a small 7 inch frozen pizza they must pick up at the grocery store. The live music was great however.

Couldn't find the place. The hotel on the premises didn't know anything about it. GPS had poor instructions.

Call for a reservation and the hostess literally laughed at me.
