Honestly, don’t even bother going past 5pm. Even if you see this review as “posted 5 months ago” and think hey, maybe it’s different now. It’s not. It’s not going to be. Foods disgusting, cold, the orders are wrong, missing items, half filled cups. I’m the fool here, because in 4 years I still find myself ordering McDonald’s and going and picking it up, but it’s always the same exact thing. Your money is your money and I can’t tell you where to spend it, but if you spend it here, you get what you deserve. Dining room looks cool though, thanks modernism.

Ordered and paid for a milkshake, then was told at the window that the shake machine was “broken.” The most predictable McDonald’s moment imaginable. My daughter settled for a McFlurry, which the employee confidently claimed was the same price (it’s not). No refund. No price adjustment. Just incorrect information and zero effort to fix it. If the machine is down, customers should be told before paying, and staff should be honest about pricing. Poor customer service, poor communication — but at least the broken shake machine was right on brand.

Sent my man to get 4 mcchicken and two medium fries and a sprite. The girl at the window wasn’t listening or something and rings him up for 1 mcchicken and 2 medium fries and a sprite then he has her correct it. After getting home we realize we only have one medium fry a sprite and mcchickens. The past four times we have decided to get food here we have been beyond unsatisfied. GET THE TEENAGERS OUT OF THAT STORE!!!

Pulled up waited about 2 mins before the girl said "what do you want." Took my order with very poor effort! I ordered a number 1 with a dr.pepper no pickle, double cheese no pickles, snack wrap no ranch, and a small fry. My snack wrap was covered in ranch. All the fries was horrible. The experience in all was a 0! I work for mcdonalds an what i just experienced was a disgrace.... do better crew!

My girlfriend just went through. Ordered me a big breakfast with hot cakes an a Carmel frappe.... They gave her a Carmel latte that tastes like nothing but steamed milk (no flavor), my hotcakes were half cold, an they gave me barely a quarter of eggs that the platter calls for (I used to work at a McDonald's an know how much goes into these items).…. The McDonald's brand has gone to the toilet... This location was the brands last chance to keep me as a customer!!! Several locations have given me attitude because I'm a lesbian, one location had ants in my frappe another location I found cartilage in my McChicken (bowling Green)... I'm DONE eating at this horrible brands establishments!!!!! Try giving this place another chance and twice now I've been through there in order to kids meals for my nephew and twice now my nephews opened up his kids meals and found no toys inside this place is pathetic and doesn't deserve to have the McDonald's brand

Literally that whole staff needs replaced. I’ve never seen so many idiots in one store in my life, oven cleaner sitting right above fully cooked chicken. Had my order repeated back to me and was still wrong then tried to argue that my drinks weren’t supposed to be large. Why ask if I want sauce for my nuggets if you’re not even going to put one in the bag. Staff was awful and argue with everything you say even with a receipt in hand showing I paid for LARGE drinks. Big Mac was completely drenched in sauce I get that the Big Mac is known for the sauce but damn a whole container on one sandwich? This place is awful

This place is awful. Try to stop in the drive through just to get a shake. She took my order. Repeated it back to me, but it was wrong. So I tried to get her attention, and she wouldn't listen to me, so I drove away. First time i've been there in years, and that's only because I had a gift card. Well, those gift cards are going in the trash.

Terrible staff for inside dining. Dining room under 50 degrees on a 30-degree day. There is no excuse for this. Asked the manager on duty if she could please turn up the thermostate and immediately copped an attitude. When I spend $14 at a restaurant I expect to eat it before it gets cold. No way here!
