I'll give them 5 stars because the food was really good and cheaper than Popeyes. However their drink station was messy and as slow as it was (I was the only one there) anyone of their employees could have wiped it down.

This casino is one of my favorites. I usually get my money back. Waitresses are very friendly. Hope you all enjoy this place as much as I have.

I travel from Indio to Coachella for better service and better quality of the food, tonight it was not the case, the food was good but the service was slow and the place was dirty the young female supervisor was not on duty, that probably made the difference

Service was good jus the AC was not working not good it was 116 with all the money they make fix the AC

When you are running so late that you have no idea what you're making for dinner or going to have for lunch the next day they have specials that foot the bill

Good food had to wait about 10 minutes for it but it was good. Only thing is I asked for hot sauce and honey mustard and they gave me ketchup and ranch

Staff seemed to be rushing us through the ordering process at the drive-thru and still had us park and wait for a while. They didn't seem very busy. Food was good at least.

Dirty tables and dirty floor .dirty soda fountain .food was good

New crispy chicken sandwich was good, but Popeye's remains the best. Fast service at this location.

Now this Kentucky Fried Chicken was pretty much horrible I didn't even get to order I stepped up the person said they had to go and they never return back to the register I got tired of waiting so I blew but the placing pretty clean and empty

Nice, clean place. The good was good and the customer service was nice. My only problem was that the soda machine got stuck on while getting my Pepsi, and then suddenly squirted out a BUNCH of carbonation, getting soda all over the counter and my new shoes.

They dont have anything!!! I understand most places have a shortage but this place was out of everything and the substitutions where not worth the price

I asked for sauses but got honey when I never asked for that. they also forgot my biscuits so I had to go back ugh.

KFC get it together, you know it's Dinner time people don't want to cook, you should have Chicken ready. Than I had to wait in Drive thru for 2 other cars ahead of me. Manager please check your staff, they need to be on top of Food.

Stopped by Sat evening for takeout 01/17/26. Service was horrible and staff was rude. After eating, I got food poisoning that lasted all weekend. I love KFC but dang that was quite an experience. Use your judgement when eating at this location.

Only customer in the store. Appx 10:45am and my order was still messed up. Ordered Cole slaw and received corn. No ranch dipping sauce, no honey or butter for biscuits after requesting them. Really sucks you can't trust these fast food places to get your orders correct. Most going through the drive through are heading back to work and don't check their food until they're getting ready to eat it. Now we have to sit in line while we check to make sure these (I want $15.00 an hour) employees paid attention to what they're supposed to be doing.

The people in the Drive-Thru were extremely rude. The female and the male need to be. The gentleman had a very bad attitude. He kept looking at me as if he was upset.

Bad enough I was served soured Cole slaw, but not even an apology but rather a rude attitude. KFC isn't the only chicken place around here.

KFC states they close at 11. We were at the drive thru around 1015. Inside and out was closed already. Change time if it’s going to close. Thank you!!

Terrible service. Waited almost ten minutes for someone to come to the register. Had to change my order because it was going to take about 25 minutes for the order to be ready. He checked to make sure they had what I was ordering and 35 minutes later I still don’t have my food.

Every single time I go they always forget something of my order today I ordered extra potatoes, biscuit and 2 extra fries they forgot everything sadly I didn’t notice till I got home

They where very disrespectful!!!! In the middle of asking a question and blabbed on about it and never answered the question and would not wait for us to think of we want and was just very disrespectful and I do not suggest going here

We arrived at 9 pm, ordered 2 20 piece fill up orders. I asked for extra crispy, I was told that they are getting ready to close and they weren't going to make anymore extra crispy. All they offered was original. We do NOT like original. Found out that they close at 11 pm. I am NOT a satisfied customer. Never coming here again! Would have no stars if optional.

Terrible Service. Went through the drive through, they forget all 6 biscuits I ordered. Left my name, was told I had two weeks to stop by. When I called to see if my name was still on the list, they said no, asked if I had a reciept, of course I don’t! Then whoever I spoke to offered me 4 biscuits this time as if she is doing me a favor. Instead of the six they skimped me. Very unsatisfied. I understand people make mistakes, but one should never try to be argumentative over their own mistake.
