I have a high standard when it comes to Taco Bell, which means I can easily be an unsatisfied customer. This location has exceeded my expectations when it comes to a fast food Taco Bell restaurant. The place is clean inside and out. The staff is well mannered and friendly. They also got my order out quickly. The food was great!! Thank you Taco Bell in Coachella!!

Got amazing customer service from the Coachella location this evening. Even though I went through the drive through the desire to make sure that my visit was a positive one was evident. The young lady at the drive through window, I believe her name was Mariana, really demonstrated a high level of customer service and pride in her work.

Stopped in this morning to grab a few crunch wraps. Friendly and efficient service. The crunch wraps were outstanding. It’s still my favorite menu item

John is a very heartfelt manager. He loves what he does and has been in the industry a long time. I am super glad to have met him and wish him and this store the absolute best! I like it when people walk it like they talk It, unlike the manager in palm springs. I'm not going to say her name but that general mamager talks a lot about how much she manages well, yet I have heard her mistreat employees. John is an excellent manager, and has never mistreated any of his employees from what I have seen.

They ran out of black beans, so they make our bowls of rice and beans with refried instead.

Really friendly staff. The food is good. You dont have to spend a lot to eat here. Plus they're dollar menu is great compared to other places.

Service can be sometimes slow but thats due to lack of employees so understandable, food is great, but it sucks that there is always homeless hanging around giving you sort of a guilt trip but as a human being its freaken hot outside so i rather them not die of heat strokes, overall pretty nice place...

Drive thru is slow, and they never pay attention to the order. So why ask what you want, if they are going to give you what they want. I like the food, but they need to pay more attention.

Not able to get your own beverages as the homeless run this place. The bathrooms don't have a code so trying to use it was impossible. The sauce packets/ napkins were behind the counter.

Chicken was dry and over cooked, customer service was poor, not a good place.

Wasn't acknowledge waited 5 minutes at the cashier stand while they was in the back playing around and laughing at Each other, while we patiently waited, then another customer walked in then we got somebody to come take our order. 3/19 6:42pm Very bad first impression. Gave this taco bell a second chance and they did not fail to dissapoint, burrito was practically flat with nothing inside and crunchwrap supreme was nothing but lettus, will not be going back ever again. 8/25/19

I will never go to this place again. To start, the soda machine didn't work. I waited 20 minutes and didn't get my food. I was the only person in the dining area. The person that came after me got their food. This was ridiculous.

If you could 0 stars slow service with nobody inside and very rude the worst ever been so far , drive-thru is priority for them .

I love taco bell except this location in coachella ca....a lot of hoodlums and homeless hangout out inside the dining area charging their phones filling up whatever they have with fountain drinks... nothing personal against them but it smells terrible in there...

Worst experience ever they take forever to take your order and to give your food. I waited 30 min at the drive thru just to be told they didn’t have what I have ordered. I could tell from the faces of the employees that they hate working there.

Not had a good experience manager looked very lazy and tired of his job he did not have nice customer skills. The food wasn’t great at all would not be coming here again.

Some joker put his phone number on social media as the Taco Bell # here and told people to get free sodas until it tapped out the soda machines, etc. seemed like disgruntled person who might have worked there. Everyone who slayed dragons online knew about it. called himself K3, idk what ever? We tried it awhile ago and decided finally the food was ok and the people who worked there didn't deserve the pranks and bad comments about service and comments about workers attitudes on the other reviewers, No Fair ...

Service was ok , the normal nothing superb but the food was awful I always get the chicken or steak bowl at dell taco in Indio . Welp I went to this one today and it was disgusting! The steak looked like it was the left over meat, soggy, and the small bite I took was disgustingly salty. Very dissatisfied.
