The place needs to be cleaner. The service is good. The restrooms are closed, perhaps because people from outside get in for free, but that's really bad.

Previously everything was clean, but now the tables are dirty, and the same rag the waiter used to clean my table was used on other tables without being washed. The bathrooms are filthy and have no water. And to top it all off, the heat is unbearable; there's no air conditioning. It's a complete departure from the quality service they used to provide. I even commented that if they do this in plain sight, what will happen to the customers?

Great service! The staff was super attentive; they took your temperature in a friendly way as soon as you arrived. Needless to say, the pizza was delicious! Whether you order takeout or eat in, I highly recommend it.

I rate the environment as low quality since the employees do not keep the tables or the bathrooms clean, much less the floor, nothing like Domino's El Palmar, that one is clean and it's the same, so I recommend that branch, but not the one downtown!

The place was great as always; however, one of the employees was very rude. Even though he asked permission to take out the trash, there wasn't enough room to move, and when he saw that, he rushed at us. My wife is pregnant, and he almost hit her with the bag. The employee is a tall, thin, white young man. His attitude was terrible.

Horrible! The place smells strongly of dampness, and the air conditioning is practically nonexistent. The bathrooms are unreliable, and the pizza tasted mediocre compared to other locations. They didn't even include all the ingredients we ordered.

Very bad service, I came at 9:00 pm and it took almost 20 minutes to give us the pizza, plus they started sweeping even though there were diners present and the toilets were already out of service.
