Not what it used to be. Menu options have been reduced and last time I came here was the fourth time I ordered crepes with vanilla ice cream and waitress brought crepes without any ice cream.

Honestly, VIPS has really gone downhill. I went for breakfast with my mother, and considering how busy it was, the wait was endless. While I was waiting, three other people complained that their orders had been waiting for over 30 minutes. I ordered the Mexican breakfast; the steak—or rather, thin slice of beef—had absolutely no flavor, and the meat was dry. The chilaquiles tasted good, but the cheese they added wasn't even melted and was cold. The only decent thing about them was the molletes. A lemonade I ordered never arrived. We've given this restaurant and the one downtown more than three chances. For the price, you can honestly find much better options.
