Great visit. Service was good. Store was clean, tables, floor, soda station too. Nice decor, not run down at all. Sandwiches were spot on. Made to our order, just the way we like them.
Such a great vibe with Saleen and Clay they were very friendly, the place was so clean there was such a great positivity in the place.

I went to this location on my way home yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. I placed my order online so to be honest I did not expect much. Usually I have to go in to the location and tell them exactly how I want my sub made. Not this time. The two that were working were Sarah and Marlen and they were fantastic. Very friendly. Marlen made my food, and much to my surprise, she actually made it perfectly. Bread was exceptionally fresh as well. I plan to try this location again soon, and if it remains satisfactory, I will drive the extra 15 miles or so to get my subs here instead of the locations where I live. Keep up the great work.

The people who work here are usually very nice. Last trip to Subway was not so good. They wouldn't make a sandwich tray for me even though there was nobody else in the store (because it wasn't ordered 24 hours in advance) but they did make 5 foot long sandwiches... the equivalent of a sandwich tray, and sell them to me for the price of each sandwich. Lame!
The people who work here are usually very nice. Last trip to Subway was not so good. Only reason they are getting two stars is because of one lady I can’t remember her name but the other two ladies working were to focused on their conversation that they nearly messed up my friends order and they messed up my order when I asked for ranch they put mayonnaise on it instead and to make me a whole new one which slowed down the line. Also when I came back in the line for a to go order for my mom and I was waiting to pay one of the ladies I mentioned earlier for talking was on her phone talking and than walked off before I even paid. I’ve had no problems with this location until now. Hopefully everything gets sorted out and I can enjoy it again cause this left me pretty heated.

Came in tonight after a family members football practice. First of all, we were not greeted or even spoken too when we walked through the door. The woman took our order and genuinely looked like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there. When we got to the register, I guess the card machine or the system was down, I have no idea. We stood there for 5-7 minutes and once again, she never said a word to us or even said that the system was down and it would be a minute. In my opinion, working face to face with customers, you need to be friendly and helpful with a smile on your face, enticing the customers to come back because they had a positive experience. This experience was the complete opposite of what I expected. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would never be eating here again. Note: while eating our food, the beeping for the online order was going off. It was going off for about 30 minutes, turned out both of the workers weren’t even in the store.
I have had a bad experience the last two times I went but today was the worst. They were out of every cheese except pepper jack, no black olives, no pickles. The lady that helped us had no name tag on, and was wearing big headphones. She didn't ask if we wanted the subs toasted just put them in I had to stop her. Overall bad customer service. I will drive to Livingston for subway. Not going back.
The lady was very rude. I wanted a turkey bacon and guacamole wrap and once I figured out they don’t use tortillas and wrap it in a weird way with flatbread currently I decided to change my order. The lady asked me very rudely that didn’t you ask for the wrap? I explained yes but I wanted to change it because it wasn’t like the wraps that I was used to. She looked like she was about to spit on my food because I changed my order. I just walked out. Very bad attitude.
They would rather work on a to go order that’s not even present than make 1 sandwich and get me out of there instead the manager says oh sorry this is a big order like I’m gonna walk out and leave Naww bruh I’m hungry tend to the customer you have in front of you along wit the line behind me before you stand over a to go online order that isn’t even here yet .. get on top of your business…. Making your customers wait 10 minutes while you work on other things doesn’t look good for business!!
This place needs to go out of business. They very often have very limited toppings, and most of the time those toppings are wilted or dried out. They sell sandwiches which specifically come with Ranch dressing, but they are frequently out of ranch and don't tell you that until after they have made the sandwich. And their electronic payment system is down weekly, so chances are they will only accept cash. And the staff would clearly rather be anywhere else than serving customers.
Ima be real man. I get food sick every single time I eat here. I think it’s just an across the board type of thing with Subway. Something just ain’t right with how they’re keeping their food or something. If you got an iron stomach go right ahead if not expect to have a bad few days after eating here.
We went in at 830 pm tonight, service was horrible. I asked for the hero , she wanted to toast before the meat . When we first walked in , she said what do you want 😱then I asked her for her name ,she replied it's on my hat, can't you read. I couldn't see it because it was on the side. Very rude both girls. We will never go back. I will call home office tomorrow
This place closes at 10pm. Says open till 11pm but I placed order on app at 10pm and I was called by a young man saying they were about to close. He said I could get cold sandwiches but no meatballs no steak. When I got there none of the order was made and I was told I would be refunded on my debit card. A week later no refund. I called and was directed to subway.com. So far I have been robbed. No response no calls. Nothing. Do not order through app around closing time with debit card. This place will rob you.
Absolutely terrible I just put in a online order at 9 for it be made at 10:20 and they canceled it ,but let’s not forget they close at 11. I used to work here and it was decent at best but now it’s just unbelievable, i literally saw them leave the subway at 10:30 then I was notified that my order was cancelled. Never waste ur money at this subway, there is one in Cleveland but they are all ran by the same person so that is ur choice. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I've never had issues with this location til tonight. I placed an order online TWICE since the first one never went through. I got the confirmation on both orders but when I went back in thinking the 2nd one went through, no surprise it didn't. So by this time I just go ahead and order in store, one of the wraps was messed up even though I read off what to put on it. As im checking out the mgr just seemed like she was irritated with my order and me. It's not my fault the system said the order was confirmed with an confirmation number and I had to come in multiple times then one of our wraps still got messed up as I told you what to put on it. I don't think I'll be going back to that location for awhile
