Nothing special. Pizza was alright and the restaurant was dark, dreary and looked rather dirty. Online menu said no salads, but there was a salad bar when we went in, but we already ordered salad elsewhere. Ordered wings with buffalo sauce, but they came dry.

While I personally don’t care for their Pizza, I enjoy the salad bar. They’re rare these days! The Dining Room needs a Facelift. Ripped seating in boothes. Christmas tree visibly stored in a corner; vacuum in another!!(( Eyesore. At 2 different instances this summer 2024 I’ve visited the Rome, NY restaurant. I ordered a glass of water with the salad bar. The waiter never came back and checked in on me either visit. One time I wanted more water!!(( I changed my 2 service stars to 1 & Atmosphere from 1 to 0. I would hope for more interaction with a pizza order!?!?

The pizza was good. Simple thin crust cheese. Can't really mess that up. I had no idea they changed the meaty marinara pasta to basically a pizza topping pasta. Not a fan at all. Why change a classic dish? Bring back the original pasta dish! That was the best! Sorry to say will not be getting the pasta again... Maybe no more Pizza Hut altogether...

Food being delivered should be in tamper proof containers to ensure it arrives to the customer safely and untouched. Also, I would be happy to give more stars for food but I have yet to get a pizza with a sufficient covering of toppings, even if I order double toppings which they charge for but you can't tell for sure. I'm confident that the pizzas would taste better with a better and higher distribution of toppings.

Absolutely disgusting the salad bar was pathetic only a few minimal things to choose from the pasta salad was disgustingly awful. What ever they used for italian dressing looked and had the consistency of human snot the pizza was so over done the crust was like chewing on a piece of glass. As if was trying to shank my gums like a prison snitch the lettuce was brown and wilted like as if some ones left it siting out overnight. The pepperoni was so burnt it looked fossilized 35 dollar for all this trash can food my stomach is still turning.

No prices on menu. It took about 5 minutes to get our drinks. And the bread sticks took 10 minutes to get here but the bread sticks are pretty good. and the pizza took. 40 minutes to get here the pizza was pretty bad

Please don’t go here I ordered boneless wings and it was trasshh! It looked like they got the chicken from the supermarket. Overprice for bad quality food ya need to get it together Pizza Hut

Absolutely disgusting. Same owner as New Hartford yet they clearly don’t care about this location, everything is pieced together. Stacks of soda crates in the dining area. My bf used the restroom and said it looked like someone had shaved in the mens room, hair all over the sink. Later to find shaven hair on our pizza plates 🤮 Employees standing around looking very unkept (surprising I know considering they were freshly shaved) maybe clean your work clothes, clean your nails, wipe down your workspace. It was disgusting which sadly pizza is delicious just NOT THIS LOCATION!!!!
